To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假期到T.PARK參觀，是香港首個自給自足的污泥處理設施，要預早預約入場當日我們先到屯門V city坐接駁車👍🏻大約30分鐘車程便可到達，門前有噴泉花園環境很好舒服，樓上有一間cafe，望住大海食午餐😍 ～素肉丸意粉 🔺正常發揮😏 ～三文魚意粉 🔺比想像中出色😘 ～檸檬蜜糖（凍） 🔺普通😅 ～老陳皮冰糖燉檸檬 🔺有驚喜好正😊cafe是一間環保餐廳，需要顧客自己洗碗，大家記住呀🫣

今次去T · PARK參觀，T · PARK位於屯門曾咀，T · PARK是香港首個自給自足的污泥處理設施，可惜因為天雨關係無法於室外拍照。源 · 茶 T · CAFE 是一家的咖啡店，儘管這家咖啡店的環境比較小，但因為是T · PARK中唯一的一間食店，所以客人都頗多。用餐後，顧客需要自己清潔餐具，這可能稍微有些不方便。不過，這也能體現出這家咖啡店的環保理念，讓客人參與到保持環境清潔的過程中。這家咖啡店的價格偏貴，但他們的食物質素好。今次試了烤杏仁鮮奶咖啡，口感濃郁香濃，有淡淡的杏仁味。2個意粉都好好味，唔乾身。甜品試了有機豆腐芝士餅，好滑的豆腐味。總的來說，我對源 · 茶 T · CAFE 的用餐體驗非常滿意。儘管價格較高且環境較小，但他們的食物質素絕對值得一試。#香港 #曾咀 #TCAFE #TPARK #源·區 #環保 #烤杏仁鮮奶咖啡 #有機豆腐芝士餅

我第一次來到T park，才知道是污泥處理廠，到來真學會不少新知識，新事物，厰房很大，供參觀的地方雖然不算小，但聴過了導賞團，再遊玩的話，時間不需很多。由於導賞團和泡spa的時間分隔一個多小時，且shuttle bus亦預約不到较前的時間，故只能呆在美而簡約的室內中。源茶便是此處唯一一家餐廳，更是一家社企。他提供的食物以西點的糕餅，三文治為主，主食也有意大利面，all day breakfast, 味道偏淡，沒油沒鹽。食品全為過水制作，用水煮熟，可以很多人都會認為無味。如來參觀，又要吃得豐富，建議還是自備。還有，這兒是自助洗碗碟的，要有心理準備😄😄
