中環老字號, 雖然係橫街, 但知名度極高, 經常都好多食客. 舖面唔大, 但有好多個員工, 聽佢地既對答, 相處應該好融洽, 不過佢地對食客既態度, 就更似親人一樣, 有D人可能接受唔倒, 但感覺得到既, 係佢地一D都唔造作.早餐款式其實唔算多, 但同一樣野, 做一千次, 一萬次, 就可以做到極至, 哩個可能就係佢可以屹立不倒既秘決.看似同其他茶記一樣, 不過佢隻蛋, 感覺更有蛋味, 煎蛋之餘, 個蛋黃可以做到太陽蛋咁流心. 多士烘得唔會好硬身, 脆得黎, 搽左牛油既位置, 熱力剛好令牛油融化, 令到包既中心軟身, 哩D就係真真正正既外脆內軟.麵底唔係用出前一丁既, 不過可以加錢改, 五香肉丁亦都唔係用大牌子, 不過就好似硬身左少少, so far so good啦. 飲品其實出名係飲樽裝鮮奶既, 我本身諗住嗌朱古力奶, 點知掛住覆訊息, 唔小心淨係叫左朱古力, 到上左枱先知, 不過就唔好意思再換喇.

小的之西多率先出場,其實這邪惡美食是絕對地沒得輸,況且這客西多中間還夾了芝士與火腿。在金黃色的脆炸外皮上面還鋪有一方塊的魔鬼牛油,再加上小的瘋狂喪加的重糖漿,絕對是向三高與脂肪的終極挑戰。不過小的之哲學是:要吃麼?就別太顧忌。樂天主義,吃了再算!

老伴之常餐附有火腿奄列與多士,多士給稍稍烘底,非為一般的白麵包。相對而言較香口,不過這孤寡的澱粉質就非小的杯茶。火腿奄列做得不過不失,雖然目測似乎有蛋漿沁出,但蛋皮不夠軟滑,更直接說是有點粗糙,未能與外間出色的蛋作匹敵。

及至老伴的雞翼公仔麵上檯,最大失所望的情況便告出現。說甚麼瑞士雞翼,其實只為一般的滷水。四隻雞翼底下的麵條才叫慘不忍睹。那是經典粗製濫造式的茶記出品,先把便價的大公麵灼個半熟,然後所有麵餅則一同置在一邊候命,待得有人落單,遂把半生熟的麵餅放到預先落了味精湯粉的碗內,加上熱水,上面再鋪餸食,即時製作的公仔麵便大功告成。

儘管大部份茶餐廳也沿用這樣的流水作業,不過若麵條先給灼軟些還比較好受,而這個麵餅仍堅持地糾結在一起。對不起!小的只愛軟飯。而且其淺白色的所謂湯汁是觀其賣相已不開胃。

試一試滷水雞翼,其味道不算差,不過比之老媽製作卻是差得遠。既然食物水準一般,店員態度又差,何解咱們尚要光顧?

有時返工悶悶地,又想搵嘢食,不如叫個下午茶啦😏,我自己幾鍾意叫[瑞士咖啡室],因為佢嘅外賣都幾有誠意❤️架芝士火腿西多士。一打開盒就見到四件金黃色嘅西多士👏🏻。牛油已經係西多士上面溶緊,盒底已經有一層糖漿。我自己覺得幾方便,一打開個盒就食得👍🏻。‼️不過有啲人可能鍾意少啲牛油🧈,少啲糖漿,咁就可能麻煩啲啦😅。食落口依然溫暖🥰,糖漿已經包滿整片西多士😚,芝士溶化包住左片火腿☺️,一層包一層,一種味覺既享受☺️,正吖。

星期六工作完成,同事們提意醫下肚,問我有乜意見, 我意見當然有, 只是無錢。。。。 糧尾出街食飯要食得精明, 我提意最好就是選岩時間, 吃個抵食下午茶。  就帶佢地去利源西街 享受下本土情懷。 大約四點幾餐室內人流不多, 可以隨便坐。 這裡的下午茶餐足足有二十幾款, 真強大。 我點了震店之寶 $55常餐、快餐其實來來去去都係個啲野, 不過最特別就是非一般湯麵 中翼漲漲卜卜, 上色度十足, 隻隻油潤十足, 瑞士汁簡直超入味,不會過份甜膩,  咬下去亦充滿彈性, 好味到連手指都啜埋。瑞士汁更滲入湯中,令到湯底變成甜甜地,公仔麵軟硬適中, 無敵。  正正常常, 多士夠脆; 火腿奄列則有點單薄。蔥油豬扒撈公仔麵 $53份量十足之選, 兩大塊豬扒, 不會炸到柴皮。 肉質仍然充滿陣彈性, 有咬口。 將超多蔥油再加埋甜豉油,撈埋公仔麵一起, 大大啖放入口, 蔥油咸香絕對是爆出來, 甜豉油添色添層次,又一次完勝!                               兩個套餐都轉「紅豆冰」紅豆和花奶是完美比較是1:1紅豆超多,作為紅豆控的我巧開心。紅豆粒軟糯棉棉,甜香可口,花奶濃郁, 無得

常餐、快餐其實來來去去都係個啲野, 不過最特別就是非一般湯麵 [瑞士雞翼公仔麵(中翼四隻)]
