鮮青蓮魚唇
比平時的盆菜更有特色的是有魚唇,即是翅裙,平時好少食到,所以感覺更矜貴,要做得好食都不簡單,口感軟滑,蘊含豐富膠質!

另外,食得出係游水海蝦並非急凍蝦,蝦好甜又彈牙,有點與別不同。

其實今時今日盆菜花樣多多,我個人比較注重食材質素,這家盆菜用料上乘,重點是價錢不貴,我覺得物有所值!
我打算會再訂,團年或者初二可以再食又可以請客!

2/5They use some special dried seafood with is good, but need lots improvement to really make it happen. I think they could do much better then this.Lots of flavour leaking. My bird’s nest taste like water. I think they didn’t drain out the water, so even I add the almond milk and syrup is tasteless.
