之前曾經有同事帶我來這裏飲茶記得蝦餃大大粒, 一大隻蝦在內, 還有煲仔飯, 煲底有微微的飯焦,脆卜卜最正還有迷你砂煲海參,花膠,魚肚聽聞酒樓老闆都是上環海味街的老細, 所以餐牌上很多鮑參翅肚的菜式 今晚歡送退休老板, 來試試晚飯有人想食冬瓜盅, 有人想食魚翅, 店員推介 冬瓜盅拼魚翅半肥瘦叉燒啫啫芥蘭煲欖角骨, 骨中帶點肥肉水煮牛肉, 麻辣味雖不算太濃, 但牛肉嫩滑麵醬唐生菜招牌當紅炸子雞, 皮脆清蒸龍躉旗, 食完即刻覺得充滿骨膠原蒜片牛柳粒, 蒜片才是最正蛋散, 有點失望, 好似兩日前的賣剩貨燴牛筋 continue reading

糖心軒酒家前身係「魚翅城」, 創辦人鄺先生係專營鮑參翅肚, 家族在魚翅行業內舉足輕重, 所以雖然係嚟飲中午茶, 但點都要試下佢個足而二兩雞湯翅。足二兩雞湯翅, 呢碗雞湯翅足料不在話下, 個湯底都餚得好濃都, 真係物有所值。水晶蝦餃皇, 大大隻鮮蝦食得出好爽好鮮, 個蝦餃皮要攤凍少少先至夠煙韌。原隻鮮蝦腸粉, 鮮蝦腸粉入面啲蝦係同蝦餃一樣嘅蝦, 不過腸粉皮稍厚唔夠滑。魚肚蒸滑雞, 魚肚夠厚又夠淋,食得出係上等貨, 雞都好滑,味道唔錯。瓜子馬拉糕, 瓜子仁撒滿馬拉糕表面,糕夠鬆軟,甜度適中。今次用餐整體感覺良好, 希望下次再嚟可以試下晚飯時段嘅小菜。 continue reading

【#飲茶精選🍵 】#糖心軒 今日假期想去一間中上價錢既酒樓飲茶,之前都有來過,係貴少少,一次半次冇乜所謂啦。#鮮蝦腸粉 保持高水準👍 腸粉夠滑,🍤大隻爽口,$46頂點頂瓜瓜🤣#沙爹土魷 應該係新出品,大點$38,味道幾好唔會過咸,質地唔會太硬,唔驚胃痛👍另外兩樣點心都好食但覺得比之前退步咗。灌湯餃冇記錯之前係特點,而家升格頂點,都算足料,不過今日個湯就比之前既淡口,唔知係咪入單時間較早(11點前)有關,湯未夠時間🤔沙律蝦春卷(大點)基本上次次都叫,脆口啖啖蝦肉好正♥不過今日食就係啖啖雜果💔蝦肉少咗。茶錢$15@,茶香味夠👍感覺好似比之前退步咗,之前明知佢貴都要去食就因為食物質素高,但如果差咗,又或者只係比平價酒樓好少少,咁就要再考慮。埋單$332,差唔多可以飲到三餐早茶🤔推介指數:5/10 continue reading

2/5They use some special dried seafood with is good, but need lots improvement to really make it happen. I think they could do much better then this.Lots of flavour leaking. My bird’s nest taste like water. I think they didn’t drain out the water, so even I add the almond milk and syrup is tasteless. continue reading

上次試完糖心軒盤菜,家人都好滿意,一月是我生日,家人提議訂位去糖心軒吃!我記得糖心軒的海味質素好好,我想試下翅和鮑魚,所以訂位時順便訂了!今次我們吃的是海虎翅,海虎翅是魚翅中頂級的類別,翅針好粗壯!大家都知道處理魚翅的步驟都好繁複,所以吃到美味的魚翅都不簡單!海處翅用煲仔上,香氣撲鼻,熱辣辣!每條翅都好粗,質素有保證,而且翅的份量也不少,翅吸收了雞湯的鮮味,雞湯味道濃而不膩!翅的口感幼滑帶點爽口!第一次食到這般優質的翅,令人滿足!另一驚喜就是南非乾鮑魚,是28頭的!個頭都幾大,厚肉,切開看看,是溏心的!炆得非常入味,腍得來又不失咬口!慢慢咀嚼會感受到濃郁的鮑魚味!整乾鮑工夫好多,在這裡吃都是$480,絕對物超所值!另外點了一條瓜子斑,有點似東星斑,買開魚就知,瓜子斑不是常有,這條斑好新鮮,蒸得剛剛好,魚肉鮮甜! continue reading
