早前假日糖心軒飲茶,發現食物質素唔錯,今晚一於同屋企人試吓晚飯。=========================砂鍋雞煲翅六兩 $348一份可以分到四人嘅份量,而且每碗魚翅分量見體👍🏼 奶白色嘅雞湯濃郁有鮮味用上新鮮雞,雞肉有鮮甜味,略嫌份量比較少;呢個價錢預咗係平價魚翅,但質素頗高😮 翅針大概牙籤咁粗,口感爽滑,浸泡在濃湯之中入味,cp值甚高!清蒸老虎斑 $398老虎斑鮮度還好,不過蒸魚嘅火候值得一讚,魚中心嘅肉輕輕黏住骨,肉質爽口。花雕醉鴿 $108上菜時聞唔到花雕香氣,不過入口鴿肉入味帶微微酒味,不過鴿身幾大隻,肉質偏硬。金銀蛋莧菜 $99莧菜嫩,鹹蛋白滑身,不錯=========================糖心軒 (上環)📍 上環德輔道西28號宜必思酒店2樓 continue reading

去過呢度飲茶幾次, 點心選擇唔算太多, 不過質素總算ok, 同埋有時覺得飲茶嘅環境好嘈什, 所以講嘢自己都要大聲啲, 不過依間酒樓就冇呢個問題, 唔算太嘈什, 座位都夠寬敞。 今次叫咗小籠包、 蛋散 、叉燒包、 金沙炒飯和午市特價孖寶。 小籠包個皮好厚, 不推介; 蛋散唔太甜, 又夠鬆脆; 叉燒包真材實料,like; 金沙炒飯味道正常; 午市特價孖寶有海參和魚肚, 都係賣88蚊, 非常抵食, 質素可以。 三五知己飲下茶、傾下計, 呢度會係一個好選擇。 continue reading

糖心軒一間令人好有驚喜既酒樓,今次係第二次幫襯,第一次食已經好滿意,仲要滿意到唔記得左記低佢,今次補番。先講一講個地點,佢係上環尾近海味街既 ibis Hotel 既2樓,位置黎講呢,我個人就覺得幾唔就腳既,不過為左食就算喇。今次都係中午去飲茶,分別係點左鐵板蔥燒魚唇、叉燒、蝦餃、燒賣、牛柏葉、蝦腸、腐皮卷、山竹牛肉,每人仲叫左兜翅。直接啲講,就係性價比好高,每樣點心都熱辣辣味道好好,完全無過咸之類。而個鐵板蔥燒魚唇同叉燒,一定要重點推介,好味,我覺得我每次再去飲茶都一定會 encore 呢兩樣。 continue reading

今日老細心情好,叫埋我地3條女一齊去飲茶,仲要係去糖心軒糖心軒出名食品精緻,特別在店內所有食品都不會加味精,樣樣原汁原味食得安心又放心。價錢我地唔睇架喇,係咁叫唔客氣😂,椒鹽魷魚🦑鬚($60)、金牌燒腩仔($68)、鮮蝦腐皮卷(大點)、香茜叉燒腸(特點)、鮮蝦韮菜餃(大點)、水晶鮮蝦餃(特點)、蟹籽燒賣皇(大點)、雞湯魚滑生菜煲(廚點)。每樣點心都相當美味特別要介紹一下個金牌燒腩仔,真係外脆內軟😂,個皮咬落去聽到「卜卜」聲店內環境好好,樓底夠曬高,又夠光猛👍🏻,呢餐好似係$4xx,實際幾多我真係唔知喇😂*茶錢每位$14,小點$24,中點$32,大點$38,特點$44,廚點$58,另加一服務費多謝老細🙇‍♀️ continue reading

就到lunch hour時間,同事話做野做到悶悶地要去食餐好消消氣,於是book左枱去糖心軒飲茶,呢度有好多魚唇,海參,花膠之類嘅點心,菜式可以order, 因為老闆系開海味舖,點心價錢比平時酒樓貴少少,不過可以接受,起碼系真材實料黑椒鐵板蔥燒魚唇,好惹味,大大舊魚唇一般酒樓無得order 又系魚唇呀沙嗲蒸魚唇椒鹽斑頭腩,好好味,炸得好香口,吾油味菜魚唇炆米,有啲魚唇太大舊就吾系甘入味,整體都好食嘅。重有帶子腸粉,帶子好鮮味,沙律海鮮卷都好好味,非常滿足嘅一個中午 continue reading
