💭近排都係鍋鑼灣搵食,今日又黎到V Point 啦,今次上左22樓食下日本菜,都係朋友介紹,話晚餐Omakase 出色又扺食,點可以唔試下!◾️裝修幾有氣派,用上金、黑做主調,瑰麗堂皇,圓型壽司枱幾創新,仲有落地大玻璃望到夜景,的確唔錯。◾️餐牌方面,有4款套餐,其中一款係素食,幾有特色,至於我地,今日就點左楓 Momiji $850食。🥢自家製炸芋片小食係炸芋片,薄薄一片,好脆身,但一d都唔油。🥗角螺片沙律首先,今日前菜角螺片沙律,角螺好爽脆,有咬口,味帶甜,底下配上海藻,加埋個和風汁 酸酸地,非常開胃。刺身🥢𩶘魚薄切𩶘魚表面灑上柚子皮,令原來比較淡味嘅白身魚,魚味更突出。加上旁邊來自芬蘭嘅紫蘇花,配以酸汁食用,酸酸地,好味!🥢大拖羅+北海道海膽大拖羅霜降紋非常厲害,好肥美,上面仲加上北海度海膽,拖羅入口即溶,加上海膽甘甜,好鮮味呀!燒物🥢蒲燒鰻魚 用咗新鮮鰻魚燒成,鰻魚厚肉,外皮幾脆,唔會乾,肉質都幾結實彈牙,如果無骨就更好啦~壽司🍣左口魚邊壽司一聞已經滿滿魚油香,肉質好滑嫩,魚油重,軟滑口感入口即溶,正呀。🍣曹以壽司魚肉油份較少,食落肉質比較結實,口感爽脆,魚味就相對較為清淡。🍣秋刀魚壽司入秋後秋刀魚夠肥美,魚肉食落鮮甜,肉質好有彈性,配上薑末同蔥花,去走魚腥味,令魚肉鮮甜可以長流口中。🍣石垣貝壽司又係Seasonal 食材,大大隻石垣貝,輕輕打佢仲會收鬆,認真新鮮。食落非常爽脆,有咬口之餘,又索下索下,夠晒鮮甜。🍣熟成拖羅壽司經過5日熟成,燒香之後,魚油爆出黎咁,食落當然就滿口油香,魚味夠濃,入口即溶,好邪惡呀~🍣北海道海膽壽司最後仲有海膽,色澤金黃,味道好甘甜濃厚,剛好消除左拖羅嘅油感。🍲大和蜆麵䜴湯蜆肉細粒但肉好鮮味,飲碗麵䜴湯清一清個口,perfect~甜品🍈靜岡蜜瓜 晴王提子最後有超甜嘅靜岡蜜瓜同來自岡山嘅晴王,好滿足嘅一餐。💭總括而言,鮨蕾嘅Omakase 晚餐,性價比幾高,價錢超值,食材都好新鮮,用上季節性食材,又有靚景!如果下載返鮨蕾個app,仲有全單95 折,抵抵抵食呀~ continue reading

趁著朋友生日,包子終於有機會去試呢間位於銅鑼灣有名的日本料理🍱餐廳 -- 鮨蕾!時晚當然沒有令我們失望,水準一流! 鮨蕾位於登龍街V-Point之上,環境都非常清幽。餐廳正中一大個圓形⭕️的壽司bar 枱,拉近顧客和壽司師傅之間的距離,樣食客可以近距離觀賞師傅製作壽司🍣盛宴。另外餐牌只有3款Omasake🥢廚師發版為主要的選擇,所以食物選擇都一一都放心交給師傅吧!開餐之前,餐廳更奉上一客餐廳現炸既新鮮熱辣脆薯片🥔,認真貼心!首先前菜是新鮮的日本番茄🍅配上日式和風醬汁,新鮮醒胃,為接下來的盛宴畫龍點睛。而第一道前菜便是新鮮的時令刺身🍣拼盤!師傅介紹今日的拼盤包括有兩種不同配料的深海池魚刺身,另外還有海膽配上吞拿魚腩!而碟上的伴碟用上了紫蘇花🌸,是可以食用的,配上鮮味濃郁既海膽吞拿魚刺身,有獨特既香草🌿味,而且刺身也不會太漏, 配搭一流!而之後就係當晚既壓軸主菜,由壽司師傅精心準備了6款不同的壽司🍣,包括: 左口魚,伊佐木,金缐鯛,碟魚邊,以及熟成吞拿魚!同Omasake廚師發版既"規矩"一樣,壽司口味由清爽到濃郁,魚油香味會慢慢加強。而最後一道熟成吞拿魚🐟更加係鮨蕾的"王牌"⭐️,經壽司師傅介紹,這款壽司是主廚Micheal發明,採用極新鮮既吞拿魚腩肉,用和風秘製醬汁醃上一晚,令魚肉內既筋"軟化",吞拿魚入口即溶,認真唔簡單!師傅也提到這款壽司是銅鑼灣區絕對是獨一無二。可見鮨蕾壽司師傅深厚既功底,款款壽司有讚冇彈!最後餐廳奉上蜆肉味增湯🥣給食客暖胃。味增湯亦落咗一番功夫,蜆肉大大隻,絕對不hea!當晚甜品有由日本空運過來的時令香甜蜜瓜🍈,為這夜的壽司刺身盛宴劃上完美句號。⁉️鮨蕾絕對係一間值得再來🎀encore的日本料理。食完仲可以申請佢地既會員,下次再幫襯仲有優惠! continue reading

浪漫高質 日料理 同男友周年慶,食好小小,去左銅鑼灣鮨蕾食。店員全程都非常客氣,逐一同我地介紹。因為係廚師發辦~OMAKASE,味蕾享受,又神秘又特別,ENJOY。餐廳環境冇得頂,裝修高雅有氣派,同埋位置高層,又係落地玻璃,可以望到海境,額外增添浪漫感。我地叫左2個楓momiji。餐包餐前小食,兩個刺身,一個燒物,六款壽司,麵豉湯同埋甜品。小食係炸薯薄片侍應話係自家製即炸嘅,夠薄夠脆,薄申配上少量的調味,所以不油膩。另一前菜有日本嘅豆腐、腐皮、南瓜,日本特色,口感特別,配上特別醬汁,夠開胃。大和蜆麵鼓湯有海帶,蔥花,豆腐一同熬製嘅大和蜆麵鼓湯,非常鮮甜。大和蜆食起上嚟比較多肉,個質感啖啖肉。兩盤刺身分別係鱲魚同埋北海道海膽配拖羅。鱲魚- 鱲魚本身味道偏淡,所以餐廳用上微酸嘅和醬汁去帶出鱲魚嘅味道。北海道海膽 + 長崎縣中拖羅 - 兩款都係比較常見既食材,配合起上黎都不錯,好有口感好新鮮,而且賣相卻係一流的。六款壽司,先上第一碟,甘木,伊佐木,石垣貝。第二碟,海膽,燒左口魚邊,獨家之熟成五日拖羅。店員教我地由淡至濃咁食,先至試到唔同嘅味道。我最鐘意熟成拖羅係招牌,拖羅不單重油香,熟成處理後連魚香都兼仲保持到油份,非常好食。火炙左口魚群邊都好正,魚肉非常軟腍,經炙燒後外脆肉軟,油香正!靜岡蜜瓜食到最後梗係要有甜品啦,大家都知道靜岡蜜瓜出名係甜美多汁,用呢個水果作結真係回味無窮。 continue reading

工作忙透了,又是食餐好獎勵自己的時候。今晚到訪的是位於銅鑼灣食廈的鮨蕾。餐廳的裝潢有別於一般鮨店,天花以流缐形金屬天花,配以雲石壽司吧枱,感覺時尚,無咁拘謹,而格調高雅。Omakase 晚餐有四款:楓$850、堇$1150、蕾$1580、松$750今夜和honey 試下:楓$850(前菜、刺身二點、燒物、壽司六款、麵豉湯和甜品)小吃與前菜:先送上小吃:芋頭片(自家製)炸得又薄又脆,芋頭味十足。鹹鹹脆脆的,令人吃過不停。前菜:熊本水果蕃茄這小蕃茄個子小小,味道極為甜美多汁一如水果,加上醋汁海藻沙拉,口感清爽而輕盈。刺身兩點真是別緻,造型美侖美奐。鯛魚刺身切得透薄晶瑩,口感柔軟而清爽,夾上芬蘭香草,拌以芥末和豉油,味道清甜,又帶陣陣香草氣息。另一款是拖羅配北海道海膽:嘩!一口氣品嚐兩種極品滋味!正!一放入口,那拖羅的脂香豐腴,油潤的口感真叫人興奮,肥美拖羅巧遇北海道海膽的柔滑鮮甜,再加上柚子汁的丁點酸提味,配搭新鮮,味道更有層次,好吃!燒物:銀鱈魚西京燒這銀鱈魚西京燒得剛好。銀鱈魚的魚皮脆香,魚肉雪白幼滑,口感油潤甘香,充滿了麵豉獨有的甜味,正呀!再吃一口紅酒蕎頭,爽脆酸甜,少一點膩口感覺,不錯。接下來是壽司分別有赤貝、甘線鯛、赤身、aged toro赤貝與金缐鯛:赤貝口感脆爽,帶有海水感覺和鮮甜味,加上壽司握的力度剛好,壽司一入口,飯粒即散。甘缐鯛口感柔軟,油脂豐富,有著溫婉的甘甜味,平易近人。赤身亮澤鮮紅,加上醬油漬的處理,讓赤身的甘甜和深度更一上級。Aged toro 不愧為signature 壽司。經過熟成的拖羅味道極之濃厚,經過火炙逼出油份,令拖羅更加甘香可口,魚脂盈腔,甘甜和脂肪的均勻無可比擬,真是叫人滿足。而自家漬物有柚子蘿白、茴香紅菜頭和壽司薑,每一款的味道都不錯,亦正好清一清味蕾。接下來是:北海道海膽壽司這海膽壽司份量十足,北海道海膽海膽味超濃,入口creamy又極為甜美,加上脆脆的紫菜,超級正!口腔𥚃完全是海膽滋味,捨不得吞下去,太幸福的感覺!麵豉湯和甜點:大和蜆麵豉湯這麵豉湯沒有一般麵豉湯咁鹹,或許是選用了白麵豉的原故吧。再加上海帶、冬茹和蜆的甜味,味道比較溫和。甜品是我的最愛:曰本水蜜桃和晴王提子。曰本水蜜桃桃香特濃,果肉軟熟又無渣,味道清甜多汁。晴王果皮爽脆,超甜爆汁,甜到一如糖汁糖一樣,好吃!曰本水果真是最恰意的甜品。這一夜和honey 撐枱腳,慢嚐細嚐,有著fine dining 的感覺,真是視覺和味覺上的滿足。下次一定再訪。 continue reading
