呢次既獺祭有5款不同的清酒每道菜由前菜到甜品 都有一杯清酒去配合配合前菜的是一杯濁酒 (由右邊數起第一支)味道獨特 似champagne 味但又沒champagne 咁濃味另外值得一提的是 呢杯係一杯有氣清酒所以淨係呢杯都回票價由右邊數起第二杯的是遠心分離利用蒸餾技術提升純度去除了酒精的燙喉令清酒更易入口用黎清一清口中食物的味道 再去品嚐下一件美食最適合由右邊數起第三杯是寒造早槽味道開始濃 但都是不燙喉的我感覺上 飲完可以解除油膩右邊數起第四杯 一樣都是遠心分離但是比教燙喉可能是用黎提醒食客食物差吾多到齊最後一杯 用細杯裝住清酒味比前面的都更濃但沒有太大的燙喉感覺最後 細杯是贈送給客人的 很有意思 continue reading

成日比人話我食埋唒d 低價壽司🍣⋯⋯今日阿女友就帶我黎呢間食返個高層次嘅壽司午餐。有set lunch 價錢由三百至五百起,我地揀左八件果set... 實惠d⋯⋯由淡至濃味。每件壽司由當日食材而定⋯⋯set lunch 係有蒸蛋,味噌湯,烏冬同咖啡☕️茶仲有soba。好🈵️足。入口即溶嘅拖羅,甜味海膽,好食到想追加一件。下次一定試埋另一個set🍣🍣🍣如果想靜靜享受午餐,建議不要選擇坐巴枱位置,因為難免要同壽司父師有所交流。 continue reading

喺銅鑼灣嘅日本料理店真係多不勝數,今日好不經意嚟到鮨蕾,食咗個滿意又滿足嘅午餐。一入到餐廳,已經被開陽光猛整潔嘅環境吸引,服務更加是一流,Roy經理見我們拿着大小袋子,立即貼心拎出兩個籃幫我地擺放住啲袋,並放置整齊!幾個服務員都非常有禮貌,對料理店食品亦瞭如指掌,每道菜式上枱時都加以悉心詳細介紹。午餐選擇唔算多但好全面,我選定幸.特選壽司set。前菜已經看出心思,係時令食材,茶碗蒸蛋非常香滑而唔稀削。壽司賣相吸引用心,非常新鮮美味,連伴菜都能帶來驚喜。豚肉麵豉湯味道剛剛好,唔太鹹。之後仲有個烏冬,口感煙靱有彈性,唔經唔覺成碗食晒。最後,來一個放在花型碗上的豆腐雪糕,加上一杯香氣撲鼻的咖啡,真係一個最圓滿嘅午餐!最後一提,連廁所都是非常整潔設備非常齊全。從每一個環節都睇到佢哋係好認真用心咁對待,我覺得鮨蕾是一間非常值得推介的餐廳。 continue reading

Sorry I know I posted this place a lot - not that I’m related to this restaurant but U guys all know I love this place!!❤️❤️ I was quite surprised that the place was all full despite the price range in cwb. But I guess it’s all worth it with a combination of the toros...ESP. the 🍣DRY AGED TORO (get the premium 10 pieces set!)!! Everything else was of good quality anyways - my friend was satisfied and nothing beat a 🐟good sushi lunch on a working day 🥺. Ask for Michael as always 🤗. HKD 550. . continue reading

為慶祝紀念日,中午來到位於銅鑼灣V-Point的鮨蕾食日本菜,位置方便。一進入餐廳便感受到高雅的格調,窗外能看到一些海景,而侍應的服務態度亦很好很有禮貌。坐下後點了份omakase,感覺食物比較豐富,以午市時段來說價錢亦較合理。首先來到的前菜有一客櫻花蝦水煮蛋的食物,比較精緻,當作前菜亦是不錯。繼續上了的前菜分別有經過特別製法的玉子和南瓜等配菜,都是比較開胃的東西。然後便上了一碟外觀非常吸引的taro,配上特配的醬汁口感非常嫩滑,我個人亦是最喜歡這一道菜。之後上了各種壽司,有吞拿魚和海膽壽司等,全部的味道都很新鮮。另外亦上了A4和牛粒,外觀同樣相當精緻,唯吃下去比想像中乾了一點,但味道仍是不錯的。及後上了一碟有多款新鮮魚類和帶子的刺身,中間配上喜馬拉雅山鹽,侍應會逐一介紹食物和配食醬汁的方法,很細心。最後到了上甜品,我選擇了豆腐味道的雪糕,這個沒太大特別,也是美好的完結了這一餐。總括來說我是很推介喜歡日本菜的人選擇這間餐廳的,因為無論食物、環境、價錢和服務應度也屬於中上,值得一來。 continue reading
