朋友話上環呢間 Omakase 好正,就去試吓,午市套餐一試真係唔錯!店仔細細,八個位圍住師傅,氣氛好似日本咁正。前菜昆布醃海膽好香,入口creamy到不得了,刺身中拖羅同赤貝新鮮彈牙,壽司米煮得啱啱好,燒鰤魚皮脆肉嫩,油脂好正。和牛壽喜燒熱氣騰騰,肉嫩湯濃,甜品柚子雪葩清爽,食完好似旅行咁開心!但有啲地方唔夠好。刺身得幾款,食完覺得未夠喉。湯品有啲鹹,飲完要多啲水沖淡。座位逼咗啲,坐得唔係好舒服,講嘢要細聲啲。 continue reading

位於上環永樂街,低調但型爆!八人吧枱設計夠晒潮,坐低即刻有種置身日本街頭 vibe,晚市套餐一上場就hit中。昆布醃海膽夠晒creamy,中拖羅同赤貝刺身新鮮到飛起,壽司米彈牙帶甜,燒鰤魚外脆內嫩,油香爆棚。和牛壽喜燒係亮點,肉質嫩滑,湯汁濃到誇張,甜品柚子雪葩清新解膩!不過有啲位未夠perfect。刺身款式少咗啲,潮人期待更多花款。湯品偏鹹,飲完有啲口渴。吧枱位窄,坐得有啲逼,影相chill唔夠chill。服務快靚正,七分畀佢鮮味同氣氛,四分扣畀細節同空間,下次再約兄弟來試,仲係潮人必踩點! continue reading

朋友慶生,揀了這間上環的小店,隱於永樂街,推門而入,木質吧枱與昏黃燈光交織出日式靜謐,八人座位圍繞師傅,彷彿一場私密的味覺儀式。午市套餐揭開序幕,前菜昆布醃海膽清新入魂,壽司米溫潤帶米香,搭配中拖羅入口即化,鮮甜在舌尖綻放。燒物鰤魚輕炙至皮脆肉嫩,油脂與醬汁和諧共舞,主菜和牛壽喜燒濃郁溫暖。刺身份量略少,期待更豐富的季節性海鮮驚喜。湯品略鹹,蓋過了食材原味,稍顯失衡。座位緊湊,與鄰客肩並肩,私密感略減。但整體而言,讚其用心與鮮味,挺有心的小店。 continue reading
