大🈵足!好吃都不得之了的(12貫壽司)午餐(必食)雖然要早幾個星期之前預約,雖然只是匆匆午飯時間的一個小時,雖然沒有華麗的裝修,但真心覺得這間餐廳值得被讚揚!食材新鮮、款式眾多、價錢相宜、物有所值!從未食過如此鮮甜又唔「聲」嘅秋刀魚壽司🍣每一款壽司都精心配搭不同的調味,廚師可說是用心良苦前菜的質素確實也非常之高,尤其是苦瓜和蒜頭,讓我吃完又吃!侍應的服務亦很貼心、周到好好地讓我「優雅地老去」吧~ continue reading

食壽司淳一定要試阿新師傅既手勢,刀功同廚藝都與別不同,每次阿新師傅都會好似老師咁講解每款食材既來源地,點樣整先好食,擺盤好似藝術品咁,完全感受到佢既熱誠同高要求!就算幾難book都要book佢~壽司淳既omakase同其他餐廳唔同,會少d壽司,多d海鮮刺身,唔洗食飯食到飽曬,可以試到多d唔同海鮮,係真正食海鮮食到飽!今次食lunch omakase ,780蚊有十幾款,講幾款我最鍾意既1. 熟成鱆紅魚薄切刺身:有得玩既前菜,師傅教拍一拍支紫蘇花,紫蘇香氣出曬黎,配埋呢款爽口刺身食,有魚油香之餘仲有陣陣花香2. 淡路島真蠔 :特別調製既酸酸甜甜柚子汁令到蠔味更加突出,好鮮蠔味3. 北海道帶子:呢隻新鮮帶子同平時食既急凍帶子完全兩回事,師傅一撻隻帶子肉落砧板,隻帶子係會識收縮,見到一絲絲纖維,食落係彈牙同埋味道好鮮甜4. 響螺:食落勁爽口同好鮮甜5. 海膽蝦刺身雞尾酒杯:師傅好有心思去裝飾,日本飛黎既芒草好有秋天既色彩,白色小蝦同牡丹蝦好鮮甜好好食,加埋至愛既海膽,更加鮮6. 海膽三食+蟹仔爬蟹肉山 :個蟹仔擺盤好可愛,一黎到大家就俾佢吸引住,和牛馬糞海膽卷同鯛魚馬糞海膽卷兩個配搭食到唔同海膽既味道,和牛同海膽原來咁夾,亦估唔到炸海膽係咁好食,仲炸到好脆7. 川勝海膽 : 師傅話呢隻係超難買到既海膽,近關西海域先會搵到,食落creamy之餘仲有芒果味,好似食緊雪糕咁8. 太平洋秋刀魚 :好少食到咁新鮮肥美既秋刀魚,師傅話中秋前後既秋刀係最靚,平時秋刀會好濃魚腥味,呢隻完全無,仲好香魚油味9. 壽司淳必食拖羅魚油手卷:師傅會用火槍燒拖羅肥糕,魚油落雨咁滴曬落碗拖羅吞拿魚肉飯,再包手卷,紫菜脆卜卜再加埋魚油香十足既魚肉飯,係成餐飯最完美既ending~ continue reading

今日下午去咗搵新師傅食Omakase😊新師傅真係好難約,要提早三個月之前book先得,名副其實嘅Head Chef 💪🏼我同朋友都好滿意呢餐,$780每一位,就食到中午嘅廚師發板,由12點食到2:30, very attractive! 呢餐廚師發板,食得好飽,食咗超過10款菜,而且每一道菜都好有花臣,眼球同嘴都食足兩個半鐘!最印象深刻係呢個海膽手卷,佢會預拌左一盤壽司飯,師傅會攞住拖羅既皮脂,用火槍從高處燒,油脂滴落飯度,好香筋子壽司,好好味!印象深刻係因為佢嘅緊致真係好Lim口,油脂分布好多,而且食落去比三文魚子更有鮮味!紫菜包住新鮮用火槍即燒嘅拖羅,超級好味!師傅話,所有裝飾都係來自日本,例如有日本粟米芯嘅牙籤,日本楓葉,日本芒草,真係彷彿去咗個日本旅行咁❤️ continue reading

今日午餐由Ryan 師傅發板。 多式漬物,頗有誠意有點行貨嘅沙律,但有蓮蓬,好爽,口感特別 另外還有胡麻豆腐,胡麻好好味 ,和酸汁海蜇 澗白魚(章魚)又肥又滑又有魚味,加花花加薑蔥蓉加豉油,太美滿 北寄貝,新鮮爽脆但唔夠甜 赤貝,厚肉而且比北寄貝更爽脆 北海道獨眼龍生蠔,清甜,不過係creamy type 非我杯茶 刺身有:赤身 鯛魚(魚),加了青檸皮,特別香 蝦碗:白蝦,牡丹蝦,好鍾意食蝦蝦又甜又膠口 牡丹蝦蝦頭用來炸,好鬼脆呢~ 重葉蟹platter  - 蟹棒,蟹膏,蟹肉,魚子,豆腐牡丹蝦蝦頭,薄粉炸,好香口,極熱氣 再黎個併盤,師傅話等我地可以食多幾樣:• 金目鯛包海膽,海膽好甜,俾魚肉包裹好充實• 池魚,超爽實,口感唔似魚,魚味濃,好好味• 安康魚肝,白子,白子輕輕火灼過無咁膩,伴魚子,酸汁墊底,但個魚肝唔夠肥潤 壽司有:燒青魚 肥拖 火灼銀鱈魚壽司(只係日本細條的鱈魚才適合做壽司) 鯥魚 吞拿魚手卷,個紫菜脆到想像唔到,飯就鹹咗啲最後還有雪糕,個益力多雪糕真係好嘛嘛,好彩可以食埋大少嗰份芝麻雪糕補番數!食到咁都唔洗$1000位,午餐真抵食! continue reading

同朋友諗住慶祝生日,就決定試吓呢一間人氣omakase。價錢算係相當合理,最平嘅話八件壽司($280) 。我哋就嗌左12件壽司($480) 。壽司質素算係新鮮,但覺得餘生溫度可以再掌握得好少少。因為有啲刺身會偏凍咗啲。然後整體來講餐廳冷氣都開得好凍。但壽司師傅非常風趣幽默,同我哋有介紹吓食材,又有講吓笑咁樣。然後我哋食到一半話太飽,師傅都好貼心咁樣淨係上刺身,唔上飯。呢一個價錢可以食到大拖羅同埋海膽真係好抵 continue reading
