自從上次服務員落錯單後,心有不甘捲土再来,再叫左一次想試既。味道一如過去穩定,午餐性價比遠遠高過晚餐。服務唔差,但都明白理解點解唔少人批評比餐廳服務,我見到因為人客太多,食到成2點半仲有人黎,服務員都累啦,我覺得大家都係人囉。整體開心,食物味道應有 Michelin Star 推介水平。 continue reading

今個weekend 和好友們一行六大兩小外出用膳,友人選了壽司廣,小妹數年前到過尖沙咀分店,服務及態度是不錯的,走的是中高價路線,食物有一定水準。友人訂了12時,但只可以吃個半小時。我和老公跟據店員訂位時確認的地址,準時上了10樓,誰知原來我們的位置在9樓,算了,走樓梯吧。到了門前,店員正在不好氣的跟在門口的外藉客人說:我們十二時才開呀!心想,只爭一分鐘罷了,不用這個態度吧! 進店後,發覺店子很小,不好坐,店員走過來跟我們說,因今天有位壽司師博沒有上班,如點壽司就請立刻點,因有可能要等一個小時,我們問那是否等一個小時我也是要1:30還枱,店員竟然說"是",可怒也!來壽司廣當然是吃壽司啦,但店員這樣說,我們都不太敢點,小妹就點了穴子飯,唉,很失望,這個飯的賣相很差,魚的肉質還帶點梅,骨又超爆多,吃了兩口已經不想吃。 友人點的鰻魚飯+壽司,老實說,真的不太特別,那個海膽更是不敢恭維,帶點腥及異味,唉,這是壽司廣應有的質素嗎?可怒也x2! 最令人憤怒的是這裡員工的服務態度,三番四次催促我們點食物,小妹真的忍不住問她,為何不早點跟我們說,讓我們不用來吧!她竟以凌厲的眼神回應:我都唔知架!我們O了咀,店12時開,他不會12時才上班吧!如果真的那麽人手緊張,就煩請告知以當日已訂位的顧客,讓他們有心理準備,或索性叫他們不用來吧!可怒也x3!其間又上錯菜,一點歉意也沒有,只能用不知所謂來形容,可怒也x4。到了差不多1時25分,店員想收友人的湯,友人其實一口也未喝,店員竟然化了西人,怒啤我們,可怒也x5! 心想,你當我們是什麽呀?又想多做生意,卻得不償失。 小妹覺得以這個價錢,不會期望餐廳報以這個比快餐還劣的服務,及一般的食品質素,這家店,從此會在我們的黑名單上,再見! continue reading

朋友仔生日,要慶祝一下,決定豪食壽司廣我地訂左六點半,去到餐廳都無咩人因為唔太想諗食咩,我地點左四個壽司set. 個set 有12件壽司,仲有前菜,湯,同甜品食品賣相好精緻,餐具都唔例外先來一個小食,螺肉鮮甜然後有一個紫薯濃湯,雖然係紫薯,但並非甜的,感覺怪怪地終於上第一碟壽司喇,每件魚生都好新鮮,入口即溶,慢慢細嚼會有幸福的感覺。日本通朋友同我講,原來酸薑的作用係用來淡化之前壽司的味道,即係每食完一件壽司食酸薑,可以另口腔更清新,試下一件壽司,又長知識了第二碟壽司,十分鮮味有個酸酸地的海帶最後一碟壽司,有海胆,魚子,樣樣都好鮮甜,大大滿足食完最後仲有湯同甜品,我叫的是袖子雪芭,唔太甜架總結,壽司拍得住去日本食的水準,但價錢的確係貴左d。 continue reading

呢餐係生日飯,本身想食一間由廚師推介既壽司,但因為星期六好多都full booking ,睇openrice以為有shabushabu食,結果就黎左到。黎到點知唔係咁岩我地心水,但都硬住頭皮叫左兩樣。前菜有豆腐,好香滑。鴨胸,食左一塊之後俾佢收左。有酒,幾好入口。廚師推介壽司$420老實講呢個價錢我唔識欣賞。有幾舊唔太新鮮。和牛薄切鍋$300入口即溶,湯好清甜,我飲哂都唔覺得口乾。唔似有味精。呢個鍋值得推介。 continue reading
