這間餐廳以前有食過,價格親民水準唔錯,他們的海南雞飯確係好食,今次encore再來食,試下其他新野先。牛車水醬油雞飯 $85此菜式有點似廣東菜的豉油雞,雞件醃得尚算入味,醬油甜味比咸味重,雞肉幾嫩滑,另配三款醬汁佐食,但最重點推介的其實是那碗油飯,雞汁精華令油飯香口而油潤,飯粒偏軟身但好好食。另此餐跟配雞雜冬瓜湯,味道鮮美可口。火焰醬香椰子雞窩 $168雞窩上桌時,店員同時拿著一杯矛台酒及沙漏前來,原來係即席將酒倒在煲蓋上再點火,用沙漏計時,夠鐘後一打開,不但有酒香更有香濃椰子味撲鼻而來。湯底超級清甜,完全是整顆椰子水作湯底,再加少少酒味及雞味,好飲到成煲湯清晒。雞件有半隻雞份量之多,但始終是煲了湯的雞肉,不算太嫰但亦不鞋口。反而椰子肉就好軟嫰,好好食。麻辣玻璃魷魚通菜 $25(跟餐另加)跟餐另以半價加的菜式,魷魚質地好彈牙爽口,麻辣醬料幾香口,醬汁滲入通菜內都幾惹味好食。砂拉越菠蘿冰 $48原個菠蘿上桌份外吸晴,飲得出無額外的糖水,純天然果汁製成的沙冰,還有片厚切菠蘿果肉,夠清甜,超級解喝。涷生椰拿鐵 $12口感很順滑又不會很甜,比一般拿鐵多了一點點椰奶味。 continue reading

好耐之前食過一次蘇山雞飯,念念不忙佢隻海南雞🤭原來而加係太子都開咗一間,方便好多呀👍🏼人流好旺,個場6半去到已經full哂,食到7點半再望一望已經要排隊😂好誇張!獅城芽菜走地雞(半隻) $140寫明係走地雞㗎!真係得里度先有!雖然啲皮無好黃,但入面超嫩👍🏼有啲凍啫喱添呀!味道唔會好咸,無咩骨,明顯店員處理過👍🏼唔會食到好污糟❤️雞肉比較瘦,健康人士必點!海南豬扒叻沙摻摻 $70有得揀老鼠粉,米粉,油麵!我地就揀咗油麵,湯底好香有椰香味又唔會太辣😍仲附送魚蛋片同白魚蛋添呀!!豬扒先至最正👍🏼我地食完都讚不絕口!好香香茅,又唔會太油!有啲肥肉痴邊,好好味😎下次都要再點!!里個餐我加咗$49要小食拼盤2人份量黎,不過好豐富好多嘢食😱性價比高!有魚餅,炸蝦,炸雞中翼,炸雞髀仔,肉串👍🏼👍🏼有水準呀!開心果椰子奶昔 $35好香呀!!椰子奶昔好飲好消薯👍🏼👍🏼仲加咗開心果,個色好似healthy drinks😂 continue reading
