好一陣子没去韓國,就是有點想念韓國菜,所以放工來到同事介紹的Surasang。Surasang走現代路線,但帶韓式宮廷風,設計時尚典雅。餐牌圖文並茂。前菜是韓國菜不可或缺部份,這裏的前菜每款都好好食,尤其八爪魚,煙煙韌韌,食唔停口。拖羅海膽紫菜包飯粉紅色的拖羅蓉上是青蔥、三文魚子和海膽。小卡附有食法,攪拌是個療癒的過程,看到粉紅色橙色和青色混在一起,用搗布紫菜包裹,再用炸紫菜捲起!每一口都是拖羅的肥美,海膽的鮮味和紫菜的香脆,令人食唔停口!水芹菜蝦仁煎餅金黃的煎餅上是滿滿的蝦仁,水芹菜的爽脆和蝦仁的彈牙,令煎餅入口毫無厚重感,食多幾塊都不覺滯!韓式和牛雜菇鍋上台擺盤精美,紅白相間的牛肉是看得到的肥美!入口肉味濃,和一旁的雜菌是完美的配搭。整個燒的過程都由侍應幫忙,服務貼心。飲品方面,選擇都十分多,點的兩杯荔枝梳打和柚子梳打,都好好飲,用來送肉也不錯。不過下次如果不用揸車的話,就一定會試這裏的韓國特色酒類飲品!優美的環境、高質的食物和貼心的服務,是令人下次會回來的原因!Read More
