成班8個女同事一齊出嚟尖沙咀瘋狂購物,行到攰已經九點幾仲未食飯。唔想周圍行就由偽韓國媳婦同事帶路行咗入山林道食。安排我地座房,未坐低就已經擺好晒前菜,泡菜(唔過酸夠新鮮)、酸蘿蔔絲(食到尾佢救左我地因為可以消滯再繼續食)、醃黑豆(唔係度度有得食)。呢間其實我之前食過不過咁多人一齊食好開心可以乜都叫。見到餐牌梗係話乜都食一出嚟叫咗個$1388四人餐先之後再散叫野。餐包括牛肋骨、肉眼扒、雞肉、帶子、泡菜煎餅、人蔘雞湯、石頭鍋飯、韓式炒粉絲。另外叫咗豬手、燉牛肋骨、炒年糕、海帶湯、泡菜豆腐湯同五花肉,openrice bookmark送左我最愛既燒豬皮。芝麻葉、菜、蒜同前菜無得refill傷心死⋯⋯無包菜我食唔到咁多肉🙈以為四人餐份量會好少點知原來份量都夠。牛肋骨、肉眼、豬皮有專人幫我地燒,可能怕我哋燒焦啲靚肉掛🙄其他呢我哋就自生自滅。啲靚肉係真係好味,牛肋骨有濃郁牛肉味但唔老(姐姐燒得真係好),肉眼甜肉質軟。豬皮係我最愛梗係好重骨膠原好有彈性超級膠質。五花肉燒到脆卜卜不過同事燒到有啲乾。點提供既醬救番佢😂雞肉就麻麻哋,帶子都OK大粒嘅但唔鮮味,泡菜煎餅就多夠辣,人蔘雞湯好大隻唔夠滑,冇乜人蔘味,只見到一粒蔘。海帶湯普通。豬手勁大碟😻,皮勁滑好好味,肉又夠冧,一啲都唔鞋入口即溶,配埋辣醬生菜同蒜一齊食一流。炒粉絲好大碟有青口魷魚圈唔油但無乜麻油味,粉絲質地好彈牙都炒得入味唔鹹。韓式炒年糕個味好好味,中間有啲魚糕,年糕唔韌。個汁就真係辣但係辣得來好好味嗰個辣住出汗都要食。燉牛肋骨又係好味,泡菜豆腐湯配飯上,雖然好飽但係都係個個爭住食。石頭鍋飯郁都冇郁過⋯⋯太飽啦。眼闊肚窄咁叫實食唔晒要打包左個飯。埋單仲每人俾左杯蘋果醋我哋消滯添。 continue reading

之前去過韓國食過醬油蟹 撈埋d紫菜飯食好好味 一試難忘,自此之後返到香港就一直想試返,但係食左好多間唔同既韓國餐廳都搵唔返正宗既味道,佢地大多都唔係用韓國蟹整。今次就試下呢間,點知一試就食到似曾相識,好似上次韓國醬油蟹既味道,原來佢地真係由韓國引人原料,原隻新鮮韓國運黎,連大廚都係韓國人黎,怪唔知得食得返正宗既味道,而且叫醬油蟹仲配有紫菜飯,食返真係回味無窮,想試醬油蟹既朋友呢間真係不容錯過! continue reading

尖沙咀韓菜多,今日就試呢間山林道既樓上鋪,裝修都幾型格!落單後,侍應送上前菜,五款選擇相當多,仲會refill! 個人認為菠菜同牛肉唔錯。叫左240蚊既牛肋骨,入味,可以肉質未算腍。下次再黎試下韓燒先! continue reading

跟幾個朋友新一年第一個飯聚,有人想食韓燒,便去了山林道的一家韓國餐廳。被帶子吸引,點了4人餐,另加一個年糕。先來幾個韓式小食,水準正常。肉眼出場,肥膏偏多,肉汁及肉味濃,包著生菜食中和了肥膩感,尚算不錯。已醃好的雞肉及牛肋骨肉,雞肉乾了些,兩者燒出來都比較鹹。萬眾期待的帶子,燒起來都嫩口,不過略欠鮮味。炆牛肋骨,炆得夠腍身,但過甜了些。海鮮煎餅,又厚又大件,份量很多。煎得不算油膩,只是裡面大多是蔥,不太覺有海鮮。另外還有人參雞湯和石頭飯,同樣是份量大,味道正常。還有另點的年糕,用了芝士焗,又一飽肚之選。韓國菜很少煮得難食,而韓燒的重點是肉的質素。這個餐以熟食的份量多取勝,肉的調味則稍為遜色。 continue reading

如果想試韓國地道野食真係要去試下,一入到去就見工個韓國人既經理好有禮貌,坐低叫餐沒耐就送上前菜 有5款咁多 到正餐 燒韓燒果陣 一碟一碟既肉拿過黎睇落已經唔錯 燒落去更加係肉味香農,食落發現好入味 淡淡肉汁再點埋d醬 真係未食過咁好食既韓國餐廳 想食韓國地道風味既朋友有機會真係去試下 continue reading
