香港人不嬲都鍾意打邊爐,成班人可以坐埋一齊食野都真係福氣來。係疫情嚴重期間冇乜得打邊爐,宜家好返小小同舊同事一齊聚一聚。上次出街打邊爐已經係二月初,今日難得出來,仲要係銅鑼灣,啱晒我。野食就一般,正正常常。最頂唔順真係個限時,6:30入座,8:00未到已經係咁收野,執枱。8:15分又催,8:26分直頭叫我哋交枱。大佬呀,我地又唔係任食,都成$384一位,使唔使趕走咁囂張。講真你係任飲任食,夠鐘趕我走就好合理呀。成間舖頭都係七至八成入座率,又冇人排緊隊,又未係收工時間,張單$15XX,都趕。我真係想問疫情期間佢哋好好生意咩,夠錢出糧交租咩,D員工仲咁既態度,好難有回頭客。火鍋唔係快餐,唔係只係食嘢,仲有同朋友一齊傾計架。感覺好似比班茶記阿姐serve。間野sell 懷舊,播下D舊歌,擺下啲中式碗碟,亦都秉承叫客食完快啲走嘅精神。我唔會再去。 continue reading

今天探的是位于铜锣湾的十下火锅。整个店内装潢非常复古好似年代久远的屋村,放的也都是王菲、郑秀文等唱的上世纪流行曲,一度以为穿越进了TVB时代剧。我们今天点的是豆乳锅和麻辣锅的双拼,汤底自带鸭血和豆腐(这一点倒是和台湾火锅一样),大刀手切牛肉(这气势),三宝滑,海鲜拼盘,紫菜响铃(吃完才发现除了响铃没有点任何蔬菜😓)。三宝滑是鱼滑,虾滑,牛肉滑三样,不过特别之处在于每一样滑里都加了其他食材,比如咸蛋黄,发菜,鱼籽,搭配适宜;海鲜拼盘里有两只鲍鱼,汁水挺多的鱿鱼,两只贵妃蚌,四只海螺,还有几只大蛤蜊(385一盘能有这么多东西也是很良心了)。其实火锅的精粹在于汤底和食材两样,此间总体来说汤底浓郁(虽然好像豆乳加得不够),麻辣锅也够香够麻(一度以为港粤人都不怎么吃辣),牛肉肥瘦相间,海鲜新鲜无沙。今天的人均消费是550+,在爬山快被晒成人干后觉得相当满足,餐厅另有两人套餐288一位,除了没有什么海鲜以外内容非常丰富。顺便说一下这间的汤底其实很有特色,有“烤花生沙爹锅”,“木瓜番茄鲜鱼汤”这些比较特别的搭配,希望下次可以尝一尝。粤语里的吃火锅叫打边炉,出处也许是“冬至围炉而吃曰打边炉”,也是很有仪式感了。 continue reading

中午又去登龍街開餐,今次試一間樓上食肆,十下火鍋,中午當然唔會食火鍋,但聽聞佢地因應之前邊爐家族少咗人食火鍋,佢地午市用火鍋湯底,火鍋配料做車仔麵,靈活識變通,都要去支持下。食店用上香港八九十年代佈置,綠色雪櫃,木板間隔,舊暖水壺,對於我呢d老餅,感覺份外親切。睇睇餐牌,可以點自選配料車仔麵。又或者唔揀,直接叫佢地招牌火鍋湯底米線。第一次幫襯, 當然要試下佢地既招牌火鍋湯底米線,上湯花膠雞湯米線。估唔到都幾足料,見相都睇到大量花膠,當然係火鍋配料硬身既花膠,但都係爽口,不錯。而且真係有好幾件雞,幾十蚊真係無得輸。而我覺得最正清雞湯,清清地可以當湯飲,好味。同場叫咗碗自選車仔麵,可以自選埋湯底,有雞湯,藥膳,胡椒,沙爹,辣汁,都幾多選擇。飲品加杯洛神花茶,開胃醒神。店員有禮,服務週到,專登遞上小碟放雞骨。 continue reading

係銅鑼灣,我最鍾意到呢間火鍋店食野,尤其係而家哩啲天氣落雨陰陰涼涼,好耐無出去打邊爐。餐廳大致走香港懷舊風味,一入鋪頭就見到牆上嘅霓虹燈,而野食好豐富,湯底好多選擇仲有有得自己揀食咩 或者叫set都得。而最緊要嘅係,佢地嘅service 一流,超貼心驚你怕污糟就俾定好多濕紙巾你。而哩間餐廳都好出名,好彩有朋友提我叫我要訂位同埋講好俾我地食耐小小,唔係夠鐘就走就食得無咁痛快。總括而言,哩間餐廳值得大家去烚下烚下,真材實料,超級高質! continue reading

呢間餐廳裝修幾特別,充滿懷舊香港風味,一入門口就見到牆上霓虹燈寫住餐廳名「十下」,另外採用左圓枱,好似係大排檔食野既感覺,而地磚亦採用左格仔圖案,成個氛圍都包裝到八九十年代咁🤣湯底有好多款,有d仲可以拼鴛鴦湯底,揀左養生豆乳白鍋同埋麻辣湯底,一款麻辣辛香,一款清甜不膩,完全係兩個世界,湯底已包蜂巢凍豆腐同埋有鴨血👍🏻打邊爐最重要緊係個調味,一坐低就可以揀自己鍾意既醬料和調味料,食物上菜速度都幾快,點左5分鐘左右就開始有食物送到我覺得比較特別既係十下三寶滑,分別係鹹蛋黃蝦滑、臘腸魚滑同埋馬蹄牛根滑,係出面都比較少食到,睇外表都見到起哂膠,食落都好彈牙😋不過鹹蛋味唔太重,好似平時食開蟹籽蝦滑咁叫左大既安格斯牛肉,紋路都幾靚同埋唔算多肥膏,食落重牛味帶點嚼勁,不錯👍🏻 continue reading
