疫情嚴峻，餐飲業生意大跌，一粥麵亦推出外賣特價優惠，希望搶客，一隻豬手$33 ，是原價的七折，今日特登買咗一隻試吓好唔好食。外賣有一盒豬手，還有一碗醬汁。豬手當然沒有德國豬手那麼大，偏細，不過$33可以接受。皮比較厚，看上去膠質挺多，充滿骨膠原，而且不會炆到溶溶爛爛，是完整一塊。但豬手肉比較實，不鬆軟，要俾多少少牙力咀嚼。肉味道也不夠鹹，所以要靠附送的醬汁彌補。整體而言， $33可以接受，屋企求其加一個餸，但原價我就不會考慮購買。…Read More
