To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因疫情關係,加上限聚令,故今年冬至唯有order這間經常光顧的食肆為冬至而設的盤菜。揀選了價錢為$1,650的六人冬日盛宴,並贈送燒腩肉、生炒糯米飯及紅燒貢品飽魚,算是抵食。盤菜的餸料包括 : 鮑魚、柱甫、花膠、海參、豬手、北菇……等共20款,十分豐富,但筆者發覺可能因餸料太多,雖然已經淋上附送的鮑魚汁,但有些食材及隨後加的蘿蔔根本吸收不到醬汁的味道,而且雞肉鞋口、鴨亦帶有騷味,但糯米飯又偏鹹,較之在堂食,盤菜食物的味道明顯較遜色,是較人失望的一餐。

今日2人到這𥚃食午餐。酥皮义燒包,似一個有餡嘅菠蘿包,暖暖地,幾好味。石頭魚湯雲吞 $70,有8粒小雲吞,魚湯濃烈,吾錯。潤腸滑雞飯$88,潤腸有點酒香,雞都幾滑,但個飯就濕左d,爛爛地,口感不佳。炸鮻魚球$55,有8粒,魚肉打得吾夠彈牙,個蜆介汁太浠又冇乜蜆仔肉,這個好一般。豬仔豆沙包仔 $27,有3個,影下相就ok,但其實只是一個小的豆沙包仔,冇乜特別。埋單$330/2位,久不久食一次,都ok 嘅!

The 蜜汁叉燒 was amazingly delicious despite being takeaway! They were still warm when eaten. I really have to say they are much better than those we had at Man Wah. 外脆内軟,肥瘦適中, and the sauce was just perfectly sweet. Maybe the best char siu I had ever had...

When I opened the box, this 君度橙花骨 smelt so nice of orange. There were loads of real orange cubes and orange skin. Very appetising sauce. The pork bones were reasonably tender. There were so many pieces. I had to admit that I chewed and swallowed the bone. I didn't break my teeth fortunately.

我覺得灣仔的茶樓現在越來越少,想去舒服而又好吃的茶樓也少了選擇!見好耐無去鴻星,就去下!首先我推介的是金沙苦瓜條,非常之好吃,外面是香脆的咸蛋黃,裏面包住苦瓜,這個配答非常好,連我朋友平時不吃苦瓜,她也話好吃!跟著第二推介的是流沙奶黃煎堆仔,其實我平時不吃流沙的,但這個流沙煎堆非常好吃,好煙韌鬆軟,裡面留住奶皇,大家可以當甜品吃😍跟著生煎包,其他餃也不錯!食物水準keep 到👍🏻下次我會再去的!

因為要同長輩食飯所以特登去搵一間酒樓,又咁啱在旺角moko咁不如試下未去過嘅鴻星酒樓。我喺度諗係咪都係炒粉麵飯家常小菜吧!但下午三點鐘食小菜又好似有點過份,咁到底食咩好呢?不如試下點心拼盤同埋甜品,來到點心蒸完出嚟,質素算唔錯👌有皮嘅都算皮薄餡靚,嗰個甜品(忘了名稱可睇相)簡直抵到爛!咬落去又香口又脆又甜得嚟又唔令人覺得過火👍地方尚算闊落,環境整潔😊侍應效率亦都高,態度亦良好。所以如果飲茶,呢一個地方都係我會推薦嘅地方,而我自己亦都會再去

office在附近, 這裡簡直就是我們的食堂,因為老闆最喜愛到這裡用膳,環境和招呼相當好,食物質素也不錯,尤其點心方面,很多特別款式,有些更是可愛動物造型,好像到現在也未完全試過每一款,至於今次試的這個甜點幾特別,黑白雙色,擺放成太極圖案,黑色是芝麻膏,白色則是椰汁膏,兩款也是我的至愛,好看又好吃😋

office在附近, 這裡簡直就是我們的食堂,因為老闆最喜愛到這裡用膳,環境和招呼相當好,食物質素也不錯,尤其點心方面,很多特別款式,有些更是可愛動物造型,好像到現在也未完全試過每一款,至於今次試的這個甜點幾特別,黑白雙色,擺放成太極圖案,黑色是芝麻膏,白色則是椰汁膏,兩款也是我的至愛,好看又好吃😋

依間酒樓真係世外桃源,好食到傻咗!尤其係粉絲+勁大隻既海蝦,仲有燒鴨,果盤豬仔包好可愛,一隻大既豬入面仲有隻細既豬仔最最最好食係個燕麥蕃薯,外脆內軟,出面真係好難食到依個甜品果晚同屋企人去食,咁啱撞正有政府高層官員搞晚會慶祝退休,成個場好熱鬧!雖然我地間房係入面,十幾個親戚朋友一齊有少少逼,但酒樓做既啊姨呀叔都好好服務,態度又好,成日會走入黎睇下我地有咩需要,一啲都唔會因為出面有event就冷落咗我地。服務好好!

每次參加在會議展覽中心舉行的工作坊,午餐選擇其實不多,在對面瑞安中的鴻星海鮮酒家可算是有得飲茶吃點心的就腳點。雖然不是酒店中菜廳,但是一般價格比普通茶樓酒家高了一截。 鴻星的賣點的確有它的吸引力,例如可愛的豆沙小豬嘜,但是豆沙少得可憐,其他基本點心如蝦餃燒賣都不錯,香煎墨魚餅也達標,不過價錢不菲,要88元得幾件,陳村粉蒸排骨則比較乾,豉油皇腸粉很入味。招牌炒飯和肉絲兩面黃都不錯。整體質素可以,服務一般,但價錢和酒店中菜廳已是差不多,中午點心炒粉麫都要每位起碼150元。

自從中環鴻星結業後,很久沒吃過鴻星海鮮專門店。在附近辦證件,就找到了這家。點了兩人份量的「蟹樂」,不用自己拆蟹肉,但就是沒有米飯,平時食開份量大的,感覺這個就是不太飽肚。始終只是Tasting menu,可以加個叉燒,或是叫一份炒飯。餸菜送來的次序不是跟餐牌一樣,有點混亂。官燕石頭魚羮,有一匙羹燕窩。金姿煎釀蟹腿,就是蝦膠包着蟹腿。米湯泡小象蚌,以為有米飯在底,只是很淡的粥水,泡了菜和小象拔蚌,小象拔蚌的份量按人頭計,一人一隻,味道很鮮。皇室焗驤蟹蓋,芝士和白汁的味道很濃,蓋過了其他味道。蟹肉片兒面,炸了的雲吞皮,蟹湯很鮮甜。蟹將軍,很可愛的蟹型炸雲吞。精美甜品,腰果小點。幸好服務員的服務不錯吧。四百多元吃到二人蟹宴,感覺還是不錯。
