新泰有好幾間分店,呢間喺MTR附近,幾易去~~$88嘅串燒比想像中大串,豬、牛、雞共六串可以自由配搭,除返開先$14串,街邊檔價錢,餐廳嘅環境同食物,CP值幾高。串燒燒得香但仲保持肉質嫰滑,而且已經用香料醃過。點埋沙嗲汁就更香更甜泰式炒椰菜仔口感好得意。因為啲椰菜一球球咁,炒落既上汁又爽口。飲品方面叫咗Minty Lime Lychee。呢杯特飲雖然$48,但比較大杯,可以兩個人share,而且賣相吸引,打卡一流。整體嚟講青檸味較重,但除咗酸甜味仲有少少薑嘅辣味,飲落一消暑氣~~最後唔少得芒果糯米飯。黑白糯米經典配搭冇得輸,一款有咬口,另一款較軟糯,加埋椰漿同鮮甜芒果,為呢餐泰菜作結~ continue reading

之前食過尖沙咀店覺得唔錯,於是再戰灣仔店。呢度裝修充滿泰式風情,而且地點幾易搵,但入餐廳要行樓梯。我哋叫咗香口嘅椒鹽軟殼蟹。雖然佢用個盤仔裝住,但食食吓發現份量都幾多,都幾抵食。大量椒鹽、炸蒜啱晒撈飯,軟殼蟹炸得香脆,而且都幾多肉。泰式蝦炒金邊粉鋪上一層蛋網,賣相特別。同樣伴以唔少炸蒜,再擠上檸汁,酸味一解炸金邊粉嘅油膩感。金邊粉好黏韌入味,有油光但唔會滴油,炸得啱啱好。成碟份份量都幾多,足夠比3-4人share。兩款泰式經典飲品—凍奶茶同珍多冰都好大杯同地道。總括嚟講餐廳較適合多人聚餐,因為份量比較大,而且有唔少cushion卡位。人多啲去食就可以試多幾款喇~不過餐廳繁忙時段有可能限時食飯,最好打去問清楚同book定位。 continue reading

食泰國唔一定去九龍城,灣仔其實都在好多泰國餐廳。今次黎試下灣仔呢間泰國菜,係盧押道,地下係門口拎位等位,上一層先係坐低食野。餐廳入面大部分員工都係泰國人,不過都識廣東話。餐廳裝修以啡木為主,配柔和既燈光,幾舒服。餐廳唔多人,慢慢食傾下計都幾好。兩個人叫左個生蝦,泰式鳳爪,泰式乾炒河粉,芒果沙冰。 生蝦都算幾大隻,爽口,下面有盤冰冰鎮住,第一次見會有埋檸檬,食落都唔錯,泰式生蝦精髓係個醬汁,但略嫌唔夠惹味。泰式鳳爪都好大碟,幾足料,如果再辣d惹味d就更加好。 成餐飯個重點係個泰式炒河,超級好食。即叫即炒,好熱,好夠味,佢有用左d蛋黎炒,d蛋又入哂味,真係好好食呀。芒果沙冰好大杯,食完熱野飲返杯凍野係幾爽。呢餐飯300蚊落樓都幾抵既! continue reading

夜晚經過灣仔,想吃不太貴又坐得舒適,食物好吃得地方真的不多。剛巧碰到這家餐廳,cp值很高,環境不錯有情調,適合談心坐久一點也可以。一坐下很口渴,我們先點了飲品椰汁冰,椰汁甜甜地,有好濃的椰子味,好喝,而且凍飲很大杯,冰不多,可以喝好多口。青咖喱是我的最愛,配上雞肉,咖喱裡有很多蔬菜非常健康,咖喱有點辣,很惹味,椰子味與咖喱配搭很好,香甜惹味。雞肉肉質有韌度,有咬口感。我們還點了印度薄餅,點咖喱汁吃真是絕配,薄餅鬆脆,有點厚度,容易吸滿咖喱汁。燒豬頸肉超級大一塊,啖啖肉,以為會很肥,但又不是啊,沒有很多油流出來,可能在烤的過程已經把油烤掉了,肉質很軟,抵食又好味。最後點了甜點芒果糯米飯,飯是用白糯米和紫米,蒸到軟綿綿,特別喜歡紫米,有股米香,米殼的口感很特別。 continue reading
