之前在灣仔工作,經常到這一間泰國菜吃午餐,大件而且抵食。今日約舊同事吃晚飯便回來吃這一間餐廳聚一聚舊,而且回憶一下。可能是平日,餐廳晚上不是十分多人。即使我們沒有預訂也立刻有位置。我們二人一共叫了四道菜一起分享1) 冬陰功(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):冬陰功湯是用爐上的。即使放耐了,湯仍然是熱辣辣。如果冬天來就認真一流。味道方面餐廳將傳統的冬陰功改得比較適合香港人口味,有十分香濃的椰奶味,但不太辣。一份大約有三至四隻海蝦,大隻而且新鮮,吃起來肉質結實,一般雪藏蝦絕對做不到的。2) 蒜蓉炒貴妃苗(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):這個貴妃苗幼嫩而且新鮮。簡簡單單的配合蒜蓉炒已經十分惹味。3) 泰式蝦炒金邊粉(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):這個金邊粉份量挺多,而且炒得乾身。味道方面甜甜酸酸,十分開胃。伴碟也十分豐富,包括有海蝦,魷魚,紅青椒和花生。4) 日本南瓜焗海鮮飯(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢):這個日式南瓜焗飯也是另一飽肚好選擇,一份大約有三至四碗。焗海鮮飯本身是用炒飯底的,香口而且乾身。配料方面有青口,海蝦,魷魚。特別一提,南瓜本身是頗為厚的,吃起來啖啖肉。即使幾個月沒有,來這間餐廳還有保持一貫水準,而且十分抵食。下次經過灣仔也必定會再來。 continue reading

這天有內地的親戚來港,借這機會難得可以一家人約齊腳一起吃晚餐,我特地找了間比較有特色的泰國菜餐廳試試。新泰軒尼斯道呢間分店我之前午餐都會同同事來吃,但晚餐就第一次食呢間分店。內裏陰陰暗暗的環境倒是很適合聚會談心,亦有種泰國果種神秘詭異既感覺。點左盤串燒,有豬雞牛混合。挺大串的,很多肉,我吃了牛肉和豬肉,味道夠濃,係沙爹味,不過吃得多會膩。最深色既係牛肉串燒。最淺色係雞肉串燒。呢個中中間間就係豬肉串燒啦。家人無湯不歡,我地點左個冬蔭公湯。份量都可以,夠六個小碗,試下味。佢個椰奶味都幾重,另外酸酸辣辣既香草味亦好開胃。炒個貴妃苗,嫩滑又有鑊氣,三兩下手勢就食完啦。泰式炒菜真係好受歡迎,下次應該叫多碟菜。呢個係今晚大家勁讚既南瓜飯,飯量都唔少,有少少海鮮咁啦,但配合南瓜蓉幾足料,而且醬汁都好夠味。最正係食完飯仲可以食南瓜,一雞兩味,抵食!不過個人覺得個南瓜未夠軟綿綿,仲有進步既空間!整體而言都幾抵食,好似食左好多款式又夠飽肚,一人都只係150。的確係適合大顆聚餐。 continue reading

同家姐姐夫人一行3人去灣仔政府合署辦完文件都已6點幾,打算係呢頭食埋野先各自四散,之前家姐同姐夫食過話呢間覺得幾好味又坐得舒服唔迫,呢是就帶我黎開餐。家姐同我都係勁爆肉食分子串燒沙爹6串(牛、豬各3串),唔點醬都燒好香好惹味肉唔乾身,幾好咬口,個表面燒到有少少脆口,點埋醬係會令味蕾提升,老姐覺得點醬會咸,但碞我爆醬家既重口味個炒菜好入味,夠爽口,平時多肉少菜既老夫我都有夾左幾轉食生菜包家姐至愛,幾好味,我加左魚露混埋一齊包住食,正蔥爆牛油雞翼都幾好味,外層煎得金香,食到牛油香幾入味,入面雞肉仲幾嫩,一D都唔乾,又係重口味者愛之選蘿飯炒飯基本上無得輸,甜甜咸咸既炒飯幾本上會令人不自覺地食上癮,飯炒到入味有菠蘿既微甜呢個芒果黑白燸米真係無得輸,平時食既芒果燸米飯都係常溫或者係凍既,呢碟係熱辛辣辣穿的入面係半分天下,半邊燸米,半邊係黑燸米,煙煙UNUN咁混合一起食,正野飲選左泰式咖啡同龍眼冰,冰凍飲品夠晒爽喉透心涼地方好開揚,一D唔侷促,飯後我地仲坐係度吹左好一陣水,坐得幾舒服。整體而言,店鋪裝潢、侍應服務態度&食物味道,都好有水準,唔錯 continue reading

朋友知我鐘意食泰國同越南野,所以搵到好路會帶我去覓食。今次帶左我黎呢殊食泰菜,佢食過話坐得舒服同野食幾好味,所以今次一齊黎共享美食。一出LIFT見到而門裝修得好有特色,比左張卡位我地座,好舒服有咕臣攬同挨住坐,碞晒我呢種無脊椎生物。餐牌太多選擇,我有選擇障礙症,所以由朋友揀佢之前食過話好味既款~~LAMLAM牛油雞翼雞翼幾大隻下,唔係炸,係煎完再連洋蔥,面頭有牛油香,雞翼煎得幾好咬落入面仲有肉汁的,唔乾身攪埋側邊既香蒜同洋蔥撈飯食夠惹味,呢味唔錯我地係重口味分子當然唔少得點番D香口野食下,點左肉串過下口癮,燒得好香,沾埋醬食仲正食泰國野當然唔少得黎過生菜包呢,呢味最鐘意食,去到邊殊都定必例點的說,肉碎炒的香,菜新鮮爽口\菠蘿炒飯仲有點左個菠蘿的海,呢個菠蘿炒飯帶微甜,幾香口,令我不知不覺咁隊左2大碗黎食我點既係龍眼冰,微甜有點潤喉,飲完係口乾感,直達喉嚨有種爽歪歪既清涼感 夠冰涼,甜味適中,夏日炎炎飲夠哂爽。朋友揀既泰式咖啡,佢話完全有別於香港沖既咖啡,入口好順,滑入喉嚨的,碞晒平時飲凍奶茶都要多奶既佢口味整體食物味道唔錯,坐得又舒適,攬住咕臣望住街境,是日一個令人滿足既晚上 continue reading
