如果你同港大/西環/舊式茶樓有任何關係既,你無可能唔識新興由幾個舖前就開始食再見佢轉幾個舖再俾人加租加到見報,終於係依個位叫做定左咁耐實在太好伙記同師傅都仲有好多係舊人,一齊感受下舊式茶既風味同美味!佢既點心有即蒸起既,定蒸起個刻賣唔晒放喺度既,即蒸起既就梗係會好味好多啦牛肉腸,由於啱啱蒸起,腸粉皮都好腍好味既,中上既味道蝦餃,佢既size係一口個隻,入口口感唔錯,笋味濃,味道幾好相對蝦鮮味較弱,不過都ok既黎得舊茶樓就一於食下鵪鶉蛋燒賣,好多新派飲茶都無lu賣相不錯,味道正常,鵪鶉蛋細細粒又濃味,夾埋舊腍肉係好適合做燒賣既好食在佢既風味,特別有感覺另外試左個元貝金菇餃,根本上係加入左金菇既蝦餃,無咩元貝味,都唔錯既,個相對,蝦餃會更好味最後到左勞蘇食推介 —— 炸鮮奶 + 鮮蝦菜苗餃炸鮮奶都真係好少食到,大良菜式,整得相當不錯唔會好厚粉,唔會好油膩,外脆,入面一咬就係甜嘅鮮奶口感一流,味道亦都好正,係一定要試既另外鮮蝦菜苗餃,食蝦餃食多左不妨一試,有蝦餃既蝦味、筍味,加返少少菜吊下味,口感再滑啲,係其實好正既個人覺得比蝦餃有過之而無不及(新興咋)唯一唔好處就係多人,又要等又迫,無得話坐得好舒服慢慢坐,但就食物質素、即蒸即煮、同舊茶樓風味,佢係無得輸既咪試下外賣囉#其實流沙飽都係必食不過食唔落#話說有次Eason坐我隔離枱 continue reading

再次去呢间店饮早茶。早上10点半已经全场满座,证明深受西环居民喜爱。点左牛肉盅饭,棉花鸡同凤爪。最喜欢肯定系棉花鸡,鸡肉嫩滑。牛肉盅饭同凤爪都唔错。虽然整体价格比较贵,但每个点心分量都好充足,3个点心含茶钱要79元。但值得再来。 continue reading

Sun Hung has been my favourite dim sum restaurant in HK where the foreigners called it 3am-dim-sum-place. Why is it called in such way? Because the shop opens from 3am till 4pm. It used to be my favourite spot for midnight supper in university, and now, as we arent not young anymore, so we come here for 2pm dim sum haha. I would say its the most authentic dim sum place where you can see the C fu making and streaming the dim sum, meanwhile its all self service that you go to the catering corner and take the dim sum yourself. All dishes are delicious, especially siu mai and custards bun which are my favourite. And the food is cheap as well! continue reading

在電視報章看過關於這間點心店的報道,一直都很感興趣,終於在元旦日,是一事。1月1號中午12:30 ,店舖已經爆滿,門口排10幾人,我們估計不會排很來,所以繼續排。最後等了大約20分鐘,在人迫迫坐下了,一張小圓枱,坐上六個人,非常擠迫,旁邊走路通道也十分窄,門口迫爆外賣,排隊和俾錢的人,簡直是一片混亂。擠迫如此,點心阿姨仍然努力拿着新鮮的點心叫賣,點心款式不算很多,但基本的也有,我們點了蝦餃,皮比較厚,味道也沒有特別。腸粉也一樣,一般。精彩的,有金錢肚,非常新鮮,加上特別的咖喱汁,很好味。一定要讚流沙包,黃色的奶皇,爆汁,食落去亦十分有沙沙的感覺。燒賣也很不錯,顏色和味道也很特別。坐走廊旁邊的人要特別小心,點心和茶會在你的頭上經過,下一次最好找小人一點的時間到才去,價錢也比較便宜,可以媲美添好運。 continue reading
