住在港島的人一定會知道這個地方,曾經也是李超人的御用飯堂。從小就喜歡這間中餐廳的環境,永遠不會人山人海要等位,因為要預先訂位,而且座位之間的空間較大,不會給人壓逼感。喜歡這裏食物的色、香、味,看得出廚師的手藝、心機;喜歡服務生行服務態度,敬業樂業、以客為本。多年來食物質素沒變,雖然價錢偏貴,但勝在環境舒適,是傾解的好地方!今時今日,好的地方、好的食肆,可以說是可遇不可求。而整體質素能維持數十年,也十分難得!

試試米芝蓮2 星!餐廳風口大,可以詢問服務員拿披肩。我們選了梁主廚的tasting menu,還額外點了酥皮蛋撻。第一道前菜有鮑魚,燒肉(乳豬),另外兩樣其實不知道是什麼,後來要問待應才知道。店員沒有逐一介紹菜式。這方面可以所作改善。菊花湯,豆腐切成條狀,好像菊花!暖胃好喝~蟹肉蒸蛋!滑溜濃味,下次來可以再點~黑松露雞皇焗飯,梁師傅的fusion 菜式。焗飯好吃非常飽肚。可惜我胃口少,一個人吃不完。奶油非常膩蛋撻還可以。我對芒果過敏,不知道這兩道甜品水準如何。

The shrimp w black garlic in casserole tasted fresh with balanced seasoning. The minced quail meat lettuce wrap was juicy and not dry. The vermicelli with crab meat and scallop was not oily.

All and all, they all came out perfect. They gave my grandma gigantic longevity bun at the end of the meal.

Service was attentive and ambience was classy oriental.
