今天中午二人到這裏飲茶。椰皇鮑魚灌湯餃,個湯有淡淡椰香,灌湯餃份量不少。脆皮蝦腸,有六件,個腸粉皮薄薄的,大量蝦滑在𥚃面,所以好爽口,好食。蝦餃,個皮好厚,這個比較一般,脆皮焗义燒包,面頭個皮好鬆化,個包底又好脆口,入面d义燒餡好豐富,d汁個味又啱啱好,食完一客,非常回味,追加多一客。蓮蓉西米焗布甸,這個甜品,吾系度度有得食,個蓮蓉好淡色,應該系白蓮蓉,所以吾太甜,焗得吾系好夠時間,又系比較一般。埋單$700/2位,這個地段,合理!題外話,有位女侍應 LING ,做野好勤快又有禮貌,一讚。

近日都在金鐘周邊活動,中午就在米芝蓮一星⭐️中餐廳夏宮(Summer Palace)黎個一盅兩件。裝潢來說這裡比九龍香格里拉酒店的姐妹店香宮來的明亮一些,服務意識一如既往地專業友善。至於食物方面雖不花巧,但材料上乘,味道上佳其中黑松露上素餃、麻辣海鮮餃🥟、飄香荷葉飯和鮑魚灌湯餃是個人比較推薦的點心。棗皇糕和春卷也做的很好吃。另外這裡毗鄰金鐘太古廣場、英國駐港總領事館及高等法院,不少商務客人在此用餐宴客,過去洽談公務十分便利。

四個人食唔到咁多,但可以介紹啲比較掂!
1)菠蘿义燒飽,皮薄餡靚

....但片帶子真的可以厚小小😂

「黑松露雜菌素春卷」是非常值得推薦的菜式。我是因為吃了它才愛上黑松露的,以雜菌為餡,香脆的春卷咬下去有濃濃的黑松露雜菌,菌香滿溢!而且炸得比較乾身,不油膩,素食人士也可一試,是我吃過最特別的春卷

一到門口就會見到氣派的大門,可以想像裡面的華麗。座位與座位之間的空間感很大,環境優雅舒適,也適合聊天。

好耐以前有黎過夏宮食飯,不過都好耐就唔系好記得味道如何啦,今次約埋朋友一齊重溫一下!氛圍好有feel啊,算比較安靜啦,而且位置足夠,呢度噶點心真系好正,基本都系高水準,對得住個價啊,比較推薦呢度噶腸粉真系好好味啊!

住在港島的人一定會知道這個地方,曾經也是李超人的御用飯堂。從小就喜歡這間中餐廳的環境,永遠不會人山人海要等位,因為要預先訂位,而且座位之間的空間較大,不會給人壓逼感。喜歡這裏食物的色、香、味,看得出廚師的手藝、心機;喜歡服務生行服務態度,敬業樂業、以客為本。多年來食物質素沒變,雖然價錢偏貴,但勝在環境舒適,是傾解的好地方!今時今日,好的地方、好的食肆,可以說是可遇不可求。而整體質素能維持數十年,也十分難得!

極度失望的一餐,預定的富貴雞上枱時已賣相欠奉,食落肉質像隔夜湯渣一樣,跟經理反映後,師傅試過後說冇問題,箅吧,奉勸别點這道菜。其它菜一般,擺盤欠奉。待應服務還算不錯。

試試米芝蓮2 星!餐廳風口大,可以詢問服務員拿披肩。我們選了梁主廚的tasting menu,還額外點了酥皮蛋撻。第一道前菜有鮑魚,燒肉(乳豬),另外兩樣其實不知道是什麼,後來要問待應才知道。店員沒有逐一介紹菜式。這方面可以所作改善。菊花湯,豆腐切成條狀,好像菊花!暖胃好喝~蟹肉蒸蛋!滑溜濃味,下次來可以再點~黑松露雞皇焗飯,梁師傅的fusion 菜式。焗飯好吃非常飽肚。可惜我胃口少,一個人吃不完。奶油非常膩蛋撻還可以。我對芒果過敏,不知道這兩道甜品水準如何。
