男朋友哥哥生日,之前去過九龍嘅香格里拉香宮慶祝,所以今次一於試埋港島區既呢間夏宮啦😊夏宮貴為米芝蓮一星餐廳,環境同服務都的確唔錯既👍🏻我地首先叫咗一隻片皮鴨二食$920,燒得幾靚,皮脆肉嫩👍🏻另外,佢嘅配菜仲m除咗有平時食開嘅青瓜、甜面醬、同蔥之外,仲有蘿蔔同椒絲,選擇都幾多二食我地揀咗鴨鬆,唔錯既!口感似生菜包,如果唔鍾意食生菜,其實可以用片皮鴨啲皮包住食,味道都唔錯之後就係我最愛既焗釀大響螺$170啦,大大隻之餘,餡料都非常豐富加咗少少咖哩粉一齊煮,食起嚟更加惹味其實呢個焗釀鮮蟹蓋$170都出色既,蟹肉份量超級多,不過味道就無響螺咁惹味同出眾,如果要二揀一既話,一定係揀響螺之後係梅菜東坡肉$260,五花腩炆得軟腍入味,味道合格,但唔算驚艷,呢個質素應該普通餐廳都食到😅再嚟係鵝肝醬煎牛仔骨$280,鵝肝味道唔特出,牛仔骨亦比較多筋,同樣覺得係普通餐廳質素,個人覺得唔叫都無蝕底😅最後係燒雲腿拼香芒炸脆奶$280,呢個我地係食剩既😅首先芒果比較硬,味道上同個脆奶亦唔多夾...唯一好既應該就係即叫即炸囉😂總體嚟講,我地都比較鍾意香宮多啲!整係佢嗰棵甜品樹都贏咗🤭 continue reading

住在港島的人一定會知道這個地方,曾經也是李超人的御用飯堂。從小就喜歡這間中餐廳的環境,永遠不會人山人海要等位,因為要預先訂位,而且座位之間的空間較大,不會給人壓逼感。喜歡這裏食物的色、香、味,看得出廚師的手藝、心機;喜歡服務生行服務態度,敬業樂業、以客為本。多年來食物質素沒變,雖然價錢偏貴,但勝在環境舒適,是傾解的好地方!今時今日,好的地方、好的食肆,可以說是可遇不可求。而整體質素能維持數十年,也十分難得! continue reading

試試米芝蓮2 星!餐廳風口大,可以詢問服務員拿披肩。我們選了梁主廚的tasting menu,還額外點了酥皮蛋撻。第一道前菜有鮑魚,燒肉(乳豬),另外兩樣其實不知道是什麼,後來要問待應才知道。店員沒有逐一介紹菜式。這方面可以所作改善。菊花湯,豆腐切成條狀,好像菊花!暖胃好喝~蟹肉蒸蛋!滑溜濃味,下次來可以再點~黑松露雞皇焗飯,梁師傅的fusion 菜式。焗飯好吃非常飽肚。可惜我胃口少,一個人吃不完。奶油非常膩蛋撻還可以。我對芒果過敏,不知道這兩道甜品水準如何。 continue reading
