男朋友哥哥生日,之前去過九龍嘅香格里拉香宮慶祝,所以今次一於試埋港島區既呢間夏宮啦😊夏宮貴為米芝蓮一星餐廳,環境同服務都的確唔錯既👍🏻我地首先叫咗一隻片皮鴨二食$920,燒得幾靚,皮脆肉嫩👍🏻另外,佢嘅配菜仲m除咗有平時食開嘅青瓜、甜面醬、同蔥之外,仲有蘿蔔同椒絲,選擇都幾多二食我地揀咗鴨鬆,唔錯既!口感似生菜包,如果唔鍾意食生菜,其實可以用片皮鴨啲皮包住食,味道都唔錯之後就係我最愛既焗釀大響螺$170啦,大大隻之餘,餡料都非常豐富加咗少少咖哩粉一齊煮,食起嚟更加惹味其實呢個焗釀鮮蟹蓋$170都出色既,蟹肉份量超級多,不過味道就無響螺咁惹味同出眾,如果要二揀一既話,一定係揀響螺之後係梅菜東坡肉$260,五花腩炆得軟腍入味,味道合格,但唔算驚艷,呢個質素應該普通餐廳都食到😅再嚟係鵝肝醬煎牛仔骨$280,鵝肝味道唔特出,牛仔骨亦比較多筋,同樣覺得係普通餐廳質素,個人覺得唔叫都無蝕底😅最後係燒雲腿拼香芒炸脆奶$280,呢個我地係食剩既😅首先芒果比較硬,味道上同個脆奶亦唔多夾...唯一好既應該就係即叫即炸囉😂總體嚟講,我地都比較鍾意香宮多啲!整係佢嗰棵甜品樹都贏咗🤭 continue reading

夏宮位於香港里拉酒店五樓,是米芝蓮一星餐廳,可見有一定的水準。 食物 5/5「素菜雲吞沙湯」很清的湯但亦很鮮甜!「鹹魚乾蔥雞石鍋」這是侍應特吃推薦的,需時製作要25分鐘。初時還在想鹹魚和雞的味道會怎麼中和呢?原來鹹雞香的口感很惹味,肉質嫩滑,再加上一碗白飯的配搭就很開胃「黑松露雜菌素春卷」是非常值得推薦的菜式。我是因為吃了它才愛上黑松露的,以雜菌為餡,香脆的春卷咬下去有濃濃的黑松露雜菌,菌香滿溢!而且炸得比較乾身,不油膩,素食人士也可一試,是我吃過最特別的春卷 環境 5/5一到門口就會見到氣派的大門,可以想像裡面的華麗。座位與座位之間的空間感很大,環境優雅舒適,也適合聊天。 服務 5/5服務非常周到有禮,客人一有問題便會耐心解答,五星級酒店的水準 慶生小貼士如慶祝生日想買蛋糕的話,這裡的切餅費是HKD150一個蛋糕。但如果你在酒店的餅店「高美食店」(位置在夏宮隔壁)便免收切餅費,而且餅店會把蛋糕拿到餐廳的。 continue reading

住在港島的人一定會知道這個地方,曾經也是李超人的御用飯堂。從小就喜歡這間中餐廳的環境,永遠不會人山人海要等位,因為要預先訂位,而且座位之間的空間較大,不會給人壓逼感。喜歡這裏食物的色、香、味,看得出廚師的手藝、心機;喜歡服務生行服務態度,敬業樂業、以客為本。多年來食物質素沒變,雖然價錢偏貴,但勝在環境舒適,是傾解的好地方!今時今日,好的地方、好的食肆,可以說是可遇不可求。而整體質素能維持數十年,也十分難得! continue reading
