我的心上人,外表吸引,有内涵,又耐看,越看越喜歡,有藝術氣質,整齊乾淨,给你舒服感覺,訴說中國文化,但約佢要付錢。每隔一段時間,我就要約佢,從酒店大堂到餐廳已充滿中國藝術佈置。夏宮門面、牌扁,棗紅刺繡缎質的高背木櫈,樓底特高高掛微黄大水晶燈,金色中國花木雕,配襯每面不同中國花鳥蟲魚畫,古銅色牆纸印金蝴蝶,厚白枱布,光滑白瓷具等,可等高貴氣派,不落俗氣,每次用心情款款眼神凝望殷想!先來一杯淡粉红玫瑰花茶,令我迷一陣,這裏點心及小菜,款色及心思較其他酒店多。我是佬佬,最喜歡咸濕及臭臭的東西,所以一見馬友肉鬆燒餅$66,必叫(普通一定叫),外脆芝麻香,鲜肉包小小微咸魚味,不濃烈,以解渴望之情(海味街,馬友要成條買,巧貴架)。羊肚菌松露醬帶子餃$66,,賣相似朵百合花,白色晶盈外皮為花瓣,黑色松露醬為花蕊,露荀片為花蕊枝,帶子新鮮不再說,羊肚菌夠矜貴,又係貴嘢,又有益又香。上次試油雞縱菌腰果炒茄丁,野味爽口,今次揀有手指公的無錫骨$210,瓦罉全是红色肉排,酒香,敝,感覺膩,本人吾喜歡食太多肉,無菜墊底,無錫骨有茴香,桂皮,黃酒,八角,不知是否含有這些材料,帶出肉香,肉質鬆腍,咸中帶少甜,當然要個靚仔,白雪雪,香噴噴,光澤表面,絲苗白米。佢今次又令我滿心滿意,,遲些再找你,my darling continue reading

經過金鐘太古廣場,由於午膳時間,四處人多!所以就去左香格里拉酒店入面既夏宮食午膳,侍應們態度都不錯!還會幫客人添茶!叫左龍井~味道清香不濃不澀!水晶蝦餃皇,皮薄不厚,蝦肉q彈爽口有質感!味道幾好!芝士蝦春卷,香脆爽口內層半溶芝士幾吸引脆卜卜岩哂小朋友們黑松露醬牛鬆蛋白炒飯,黑松露醬香味十足,炒飯炒得幾乾身唔油膩一碟大約有4-5碗既份量!各share黎食都好足夠侍應更為客人添飯,可謂細心體貼的服務呢。 continue reading

上星期日帶左爸爸媽媽去試吓米之蓮二星既夏宮。由於當日才訂枱,故被安排了比較晚的時間入座,但夏宮既服務員相當貼心,有顧客取消預約,即來電通知我們可提早入座,讚!進入夏宮,環境寧靜典雅,牆上既掛畫及玉石擺設甚具氣派。食物方面,我們點了椰皇鮑魚灌湯餃、脆皮叉燒餐包、翠玉瓜帶子餃、欖菜肉崧四季餃、香芹馬蹄龍蝦富貴杮、香煎蘿蔔糕及香煎黑豚肉鍋貼。椰皇鮑魚灌湯餃賣相吸引,湯喝起來有淡淡椰香,內有一隻小鮑魚,很稔,口感很好。可惜把灌湯餃刺破後,椰皇的香氣就給遮蓋,而且略帶油膩,不過饀料豐富,尚算不俗。脆皮叉燒包雖然普遍,但這家真的好好吃,外酥脆內軟,充滿肉汁而不覺油膩。大推翠玉瓜帶子餃味道清新,非常適合老人家亨用。欖菜肉崧四季餃,欖菜既油香帶出碎肉既鮮甜!不過應該不是每個人都喜歡欖菜的味道。香芹龍蝦富貴杮,賣相靚唔靚真係見人見智。芹菜香味很出,龍蝦肉亦見爽口,味道較為清淡。香煎臘味蘿白糕,個人覺得很好吃。没有太重粉,蘿蔔味濃,没有被臘味的味道遮蓋,口感軟滑。推香煎黑豚肉鍋貼,外皮香脆卻没有煎乾,濃濃的肉汁被封鎖著,一口咬下還有湯汁濺出,正!醮上醋吃,解膩開胃,超好吃! continue reading

家中長者去過一趟香格里拉夏宮用餐,對那裏的味道念念不忘。 今日她邀請外地回港親友和我們聚首一堂茶聚,共享美點。夏宮位於港島區香格里拉五星級的酒店内,裝潢華麗,這間餐廳還榮獲米芝蓮二星殊榮,招呼周到。眾人被引領入座後,還特意每人奉上清香的玫瑰花清茶,香氣撲鼻,飲到各人心曠神怡。老人家喜歡這裡的义燒及燒鵝,肉嫩汁充盈,新鮮出爐熱騰騰,頗滋味。脆皮叉燒做得好好,皮脆、肉入味而又不太多醬汁。這裏廚師推介的椰皇鮑魚湯灌餃味道就見仁見智了,湯清甜,味是可以的,但肉就煮得有點太過了火了。那客荷葉飯的量真得不能低估,8人最少各有2碗還有剩,味道不錯。 continue reading
