趁假日和朋友品茗,到了港島香格里拉酒店的「夏宮」。一到達,當然被它富麗堂皇的裝修吸引。門面紅噹噹的招牌,內裡佈置有如宮殿,華麗的吊燈及牆上的壁畫,感覺很有氣派。餐桌枱布雪白潔淨,有一盆花卉點綴,優雅亦使人心境愉悅。侍應遞上餐牌,及送上welcome drink - 玫瑰花茶,它散發著陣陣清香,隔著一段距離亦可嗅到。看了點心和甜品餐牌,我們討論了一會,點了以下美食。因為我們四人分兩臺坐,侍應會把點心分配好才送上。水晶蝦餃皇外表飽滿的,內裡蝦肉亦填得滿滿。蝦餃表皮薄而鬆軟,鮮蝦爽口彈牙,味道鮮甜可口。帶子燒賣皇表面圓形白色的東西是帶子肉,鮮甜而一梳梳肉質的口感十分迷人。燒賣的豬肉肥瘦均勻,入口鬆化,內裡混了冬菇絲。香煎臘味蘿蔔糕煎得外表香脆,內裡濕潤,混了甜甜的蘿蔔絲和充滿鹹香的臘味粒,配微辣的豆瓣醬,更加惹味。安蝦鹹水角賣相金黃色,脹卜卜的。入口煙韌黏牙,麵粉漿微甜,內裡韮菜和肉碎味道香濃。越式脆蝦腸粉名字很特別,侍應亦推介我們點一客。原來它有點像炸両,表面的腸粉、包著中間一層很薄像春卷的脆皮,內裡填滿蝦肉。一啖咬下去,同時感受到三種層次的口感,十分有趣。蝦肉份量極多,這方面值得一讚。叉燒份量不算少,整齊地排列好。紅潤的色澤加上泛起點點油光,已經令我們垂涎三尺。肉質柔軟諗身,蜜汁味香濃甜美,一吃難停。這道叉燒值得推介。燒腩仔同樣整齊地擺放好,燒腩仔外皮炸得香脆,但底下幾乎全是肥膏,只咬到很微量的瘦肉。這個太肥了,有點失望。欖仁豆沙角最後來到甜品時間,點了一客豆沙角。炸得香噴噴,內裡紅豆「起沙」,甜美動人。這裡每款食物做得精緻出色。服務周到,侍應們親切有禮,我們就座時為我們外套、手提包蓋了墊,服務貼心。我們將來必會重臨。 continue reading

本人對港香情有獨鍾第一份工散水餅係餅房買食過人工最貴既飯係PetrusStaycation 都幾次一直久仰夏宮之名就係唔知點解成日行過但係未試過一行三人終於擇日黎試試佢啦有一樣野真係不得不讚由門口接待到入去餐廳坐低每一個員工嘅服務都好親切第一件事佢哋會奉上玫瑰茶等你fresh 下個人先叫咗一例叉燒估唔到咁大碟肉質鬆化,蜜糖濃稠度啱啱好掛係件叉燒上面🥰我覺得係我人生中食過最好食嘅叉燒西苑排第二喺夏宮現場食嘅蝦餃係好食過自助早餐既蝦餃但係明明都係夏宮嘅出品🧐🧐雪山叉燒包個包太硬🥲完全做唔到鬆化嘅效果叉燒餡正常咖喱雞批好香好食好肥帶小辣🤰🏻焗釀蟹蓋因為早兩日去唐人館食咗喺呢度想叫一個來做比較夏宮完勝因為唐人館嘅蟹蓋忌廉洋蔥味道太重蓋過咗蟹嘅味道不過唔知點解佢嘅擺盤要咁普通突然之間去咗酒樓咁唐人館會將個蟹蓋放喺啲假石上面整到成個盆景咁未食都已經呃左like先啦不過我覺得佢只係屬於正常水平要試多幾間先可以再出排名總括而言:夏宮嘅叉燒令我眼前一亮🤩我即將會去香宮試一試係咪一模一樣點心除咗雪山叉燒包唔合格之外其他點心都係水準之上加上殷勤嘅服務個人極度推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

港島香格里拉staycation既第一日本身package有送一千蚊dining credit後來再加四百蚊買左五百蚊credit就拎左黎食夏宮今晚book左七點九但其實真係一個錯誤黎我一直以為食晚餐會令成個住宿體驗好D但其實入lounge食左兩餐都已經飽左六七成應該book午餐好過洗費又更低只係因為我見到夏宮既點心唔太吸引所以最後都係揀左晚餐夏宮位於酒店五樓搭番lift落去就係夏宮正門口或者係太古廣場中庭坐升降機到五樓香格里拉入口就可以到達因為九龍果間叫左做香宮所以港島呢間就稱為夏宮兩間個feel都真係好似夏宮米芝蓮一星中菜廳亦都曾經係連續多年既二星餐廳由18年開始只淨番一星主廚梁汝景係夏宮工作三十年由炒鑊升到而家總廚既位置算係一個比較少有既故事入門口都擺左塊米芝蓮獎狀係度講到兩間宮都好似一樣都係紅色作為主色調一樣都係宮廷風設計然後頭頂既水晶吊燈好似仲多今次又係坐係巨柱下面今日我地兩個人坐左張圓檯上面有個轉盤幾方便紅色餐牌呢一頁set menu菜式真係完全唔吸引所以都係單點算港島香格里拉作為一間頂級酒店但係完全無其他幾間福布斯五星酒店中菜廳既貼心單點餐牌上面全部都要原份叫無得就番人數減半份量而且價錢係酒店黎講都算係偏貴既見呢間餐廳無乜好特別既菜色就係廚師精選果頁揀左兩份算數先黎既係上次香宮比漏左既weclome花茶另外夏宮既茶壺同香宮一樣都係無暖爐暖住既花同牙簽盒夏宮無合桃亦都無三色醬只有一款醬同一小碟菜真係到而家都只係得滿福樓會收錢咁貪心第一道係燒味拼盤可以揀兩款我就揀左叉燒同燒腩仔原本以為每樣只得半碟但結果上菜又出奇地大份燒腩仔有成十件叉燒亦都有八件其實睇餐牌見呢度既叉燒無話係廚房推介我已經覺得有少少奇怪因為真係好少見中菜廳會話自己既叉燒唔係招牌結果夏宮既叉燒真係好差好差夾起黎係散既仲要好似只有一pet糖漿咁既甜味真係未係酒店食過咁差既叉燒相反燒腩仔就好高質外皮極脆肉又軟餐牌有寫推介同無推介真係差好好好遠因為兩個人諗唔到食乜諗過叫半隻雞又驚食唔到結果揀左份白玉藏珍有雞有鴨又有蟹感覺好似好勁上檯果時仲有個銀盤好似西餐咁冬瓜賣相係靚既入面都好足料不過對我地兩個黎講又真係太大份仲好似去飲宴食既餐咁另一道係珊瑚脆豆腐呢份好越式不過入面包住既係豆腐但就真係無乜味每人三件放耐左份米紙仲會擺到淋晒最後海鮮石鍋炒飯侍應會放係一邊分飯落單果時聲稱可以分到四碗左右的確係熱辣辣幾爽口但份量真係太多最後係唔只四碗既其實真係度度菜都好大份一樣都係整好邊樣就上邊樣無節奏可言最後真係要打包走今餐無叫甜品亦都無美點雙輝送就係咁多港島香格里拉好似所有洗手間都係餐廳外面唯獨只有夏宮係有獨立廁所不過就好細由七點九食到九點半左右唔夠兩小時茶錢35蚊一位比香宮仲貴5蚊四道菜埋單1529如果唔係用dining credit可以用匯豐信用卡有9折不過復活節好似無折扣優惠整體黎講夏宮既體驗係比起香宮再差少少服務都係差唔多無乜不過小二經過係會有斟茶既動作就唔知係咪野食叫得唔岩除左個燒腩仔其他都真係無咩好食咁樣都每人七百幾真係搞唔掂呢間係比起香宮更加唔明點樣拎得到米芝蓮仲要係前二星 continue reading

米芝蓮一星中菜在restaurant week 訂了晚餐。第一次來這裡吃飯,非常期待,晚餐體驗也沒有令我失望,食物、環境、staff 服務都很好。海蜇冷鮑魚、蜜汁叉燒 :鮑魚軟腍,味道鮮甜。叉燒肥瘦適中,肉質鬆軟。杏汁桃膠燉豬腱 : 杏汁味很香濃,湯底味道濃郁,桃膠和豬腱份量很多。梅辣醬紫淮山鮮蘆筍炒波士頓龍蝦球 : 龍蝦肉質彈牙。 紫淮山很特別,對比日本淮山的爽口,它的食感偏像粉葛。梅辣醬調味很特別,兩種味道既突出又協調,很出色。上湯菠菜茸竹笙球:菇菌的份量很多,味道很鮮甜,感覺很養生的一道菜。廚師醬和牛面頰:面頰肉燉得很軟腍櫻花蝦紅菜頭汁帶子蛋白炒飯:櫻花蝦很香,帶子鮮甜。紅菜頭汁炒飯很特別。色香味俱全的炒飯。 continue reading

繼續摘星之旅,今次揀左夏宮,又係TASTING MENU 1400-1500 咁上下一位。前菜已經好有驚喜,哩個蟲草花配上特別調味,口感同味道都一流。再嚟係鮑魚,一啲都唔韌。最後燒腩仔配乳豬,比五粒星,十分出色!先上個湯,桃膠白肺豬肉,哩個湯就差啲,得個咸字,飲唔到材料嘅鮮味。開始主菜XO醬炒龍蝦,非常爽口,味道亦唔錯。算係幾Impressive 。蘆筍炒得剛剛好!略嫌份量少,切得有啲細舊,同埋龍蝦好難唔好食。再嚟係龍蝦汁配蒸蛋,承接返上一碟菜,再配海苔,口感同味道都有層次。之後就有慢煮牛,牛肉質素高,濃濃嘅牛味,醬汁亦配搭得很好。非常正路嘅一道主菜,始終係高檔餐廳,唔會拎舊平價牛去整臭塊招牌。去到汁焗帶子砵仔飯,小失望,覺得上一道主菜,已經好多汁,配一個乾身嘅肉類炒飯,可以令兩道菜互相配合,再昇華。又或者上左個飯先,承接返上兩道海鮮風味嘅菜,再上碟牛會更好。本來對個甜品都冇乜期待,因為中式甜品,嚟嚟去去都係咁。但竟然,冇期待反而有驚喜!後面嗰粒係紫米脆皮,入面包住椰汁醬。外冷內熱,外脆內軟,外咸內甜。成碗紫米露,變咗分子料理咁。 一向唔太喜歡楊枝甘露,亦成碗食晒! 主要係用料新鮮,唔酸,微甜。總結,好食嘅中菜,要食材靚之如,烹調要恰到好處,而夏宮係相對多醬汁,味道較濃,但整體仍然好食,尤其係燒腩仔、乳豬同埋紫米脆球。重點 Golden Circle Member 有8折。恒生有85折,即刻抵曬!高性價比! continue reading
