傳聞要月頭打電話至有機會訂到位的 Sukiyaki Mori 森久講到Sukiyaki Mori,其實中環係有3間的我最近食既兩次都係食Peel Street個間 個名有少少唔同 都只有呢度有Mori San 坐陣由🐼負責安排,因為佢好似都黎食過幾次所以佢安排我地包場我地一齊傾下菜單其實上次食只係5月 相距兩個月就再黎食最主要係因為大家上次食完都讚好話要再黎同上次一樣我地呢餐都係有Mori San 主理講下食左咩先前菜盛 有醋啫喱配日本既蔬菜 食落好清新豆腐蓉北海道粟米食落好鮮甜枝豆 青醬蕃茄 好食新炸白蝦好惹味擺盤好精緻紫菜茶碗蒸個蛋做得好滑紫菜散發出既皆味同佢加埋一齊好對味再加上薑蓉食落暖暖的池魚他他刺身師傅新鮮製作 落左紫蘇葉食落好香佐料洽到好處唔會掩蓋左魚既鮮味和牛刺身佢用左漬洋蔥黎佐食 唔辣又可以減膩油花好重食落好甘香但唔漏呑拿魚刺身雖然係赤身但都好好食魚味好出食落都軟熟燒鰻魚呢個上次都有食 呢個係蒲燒 個香味不得了 沾少少山椒粉食真係不得了跟住就到重頭戲sukiyaki 分左幾個部位切好 另外有唔同既蔬菜 基本上係唔會令你食到好似好漏咁佢地用上近江牛做呢個壽喜燒無論係油花或者肉質都係我同🐼喜歡既佢既米飯基本上係可以添的 用既係夢美人米 壽喜燒分別係會有肉眼西冷用牛肩總共4片雖然聽落好似唔係好多啦但因為係和牛加上呢度既壽喜燒會有加上砂糖所以其實份量都好足夠雖然平時食牛扒我鍾意食肉眼但今次食個西冷好出色 食落感覺比較平均牛肩個肉味都好好至於蔬菜其實佢都做得好好 其中佢既大蔥、冬菇、洋蔥同蒟蒻麵係我最喜歡好欣賞佢地肉與菜中間會間住上 唔係睇怕好難食到落尾牛舌呢個係追加項目和牛舌同平時食落真係唔同口感更軟嫩我不嬲都係在日本時先捨得食食完幾件牛肉後師傅仲會做一個滑蛋和牛飯個滑蛋吸晒壽喜燒既汁 唔惹味就假幾飽都要食晒佢佢個漬物都好精彩 我係食漬物講唔上鍾意但佢真係掂食甜品前其實仲有湯個味噌湯落左山椒飲落好涼我飲左一半俾左好喜歡飲既🐼清埋最後就係甜品啦是日甜品係巨峰提子 靜岡蜜瓜 仲有芒果奶凍水果當然好味 但個奶凍好滑令人好難忘🥰至於今日既酒都真係飲左好多 (可惜放唔到相要上page睇)1.由🐼好喜歡既仙禽獨角仙開始2.跟住到仙禽既釀(謝謝Candy 知🐼想飲特別準備)3.Agrapart & Fils Terroirs Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Champagne Grand Cru 'Avize' N.V.4.再黎一支 心既大吟釀再黎就係兩支紅酒5.2007 Chateau Calon-Segur6.Gitana Winery Saperavi7-8.跟住再黎青森三寶既其中兩支 陸奧八仙同 豊盃9.最後用完餐再飲左朋友拎黎飲落好香奶油味既雪梨桶威士忌10.最後我地用咖啡豆infused左好耐既燒酎作結聞說呢間店其實都幾難訂 可能因為有🐼幫手打點我一直都無特別留意係出story 時有朋友講話好難訂先知平心而論佢做既壽喜燒都真係比較貼近日本既水準師傅都好細心按住大家食既進度預備食物朋大中有兩位唔食牛都一樣照顧得好好下次冷一點再來 到時點一下其他特式前菜與好友們相聚快樂不知時日過(呢度貼唔晒所有相,想睇相可以再睇埋Ig 或者FB) continue reading

呢間壽喜燒真係久仰大名,聽講真係好難book,要5月1號book定6月食🙈我哋好好彩,佢安排咗房比我哋坐,相對會安靜啲,不過店員可能要保持返個上菜節奏,成日都會入嚟望吓我哋食成點,有少少壓力😂我哋就叫咗牛嘅Sukiyaki set (每位$880),仲加咗$100要一份牛舌🤤首先會上前菜先,係蕃茄仔、枝豆、粟米同茄子配醬油啫喱,呢幾樣都係比較清新,屬於開胃嘅前菜~之後會上一個茶碗蒸,同我哋平時食開嘅茶碗蒸唔同,上面有啲芡,再加咗櫻花蝦,咬落去口感幾得意🤣去到進入牛嘅部份,首先係和牛刺身先~身為牛魔王,其實我未食過牛肉刺身😂第一次食覺得個口感有少少似赤身,但係肉味都幾濃,當然煮過就會更迫到油脂出嚟,但呢個加埋啲青瓜絲食,有清新但又好新鮮嘅感覺~終於都入戲肉喇🤤日本師傅會主理成個壽喜燒,今次選用嘅係近江牛,一放低已經見到佢啲油花好靚😍每人有四塊不同部位,每塊肉都會有專屬配搭嘅蔬菜😆師傅一路煮我哋就一路欣賞佢純熟嘅技術,灑糖落醬油,都有佢嘅黃金比例,我都覺得個汁調較得非常好,啲肉點埋蘭王蛋就更加軟滑😋每一塊和牛都食得出唔同口感,我自己比較鍾意第四塊,個肉質有彈性,油脂亦都非常平衡🤤牛舌亦都攝咗喺第二同第三塊肉中間,唔韌但都有啲咬口,牛味濃,估唔到都幾match呢個汁~當中啲蔬菜配搭有部分我哋少接觸,例如春菊,睇得出師傅有精心嘅配搭,我最欣賞洋蔥同埋芋絲,索埋壽喜燒嘅汁真係非常好食😌食完啲肉仲未完架,師傅仲會整一個和牛滑蛋飯,啲蛋同汁撈埋一齊,吸收咗啲牛味,啖啖飯都好香!😍店員會再上一啲醃紫蘇葉、青瓜同蘿蔔比你清返油膩感~之後再上埋湯,不過湯我哋就唔太識欣賞,陣味唔同平時飲開嘅麵豉湯,係有少少似藥油味😅可能係日本特色嘅湯,但真係飲唔慣🙈最後就係甜品喇~因為我生日,所以甜品擺盤可以比我打卡🤣係芒果奶凍同埋密瓜,兩樣都好好味👍🏻整體嚟講,我覺得個體驗都係開心☺️至少會感覺到師傅對食材處理嘅認真~當然有部分食材可能未必適合每個人嘅口味,但試多啲唔同嘅正宗菜式都係好難得的😌 continue reading

好多人介紹過呢間人氣壽喜燒,有人話係性價比最高的壽喜燒,甚至有人話係全港最好食的壽喜燒😳一路都知呢間Sukiyaki好難預約,宜家已經開左3間分店,終於都的起心肝試下book位🫣每月一號會開放下個月的預約,1號個日完全打唔通電話😂2號諗住再試下,下午就打得通喇☎️終於食到🤣𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝘁 $880 開店4年終於加左價,不過內容亦有所增加,是晚就多左牛肉刺身。每個座位都有專人服務,師傳逐樣食材慢慢煮,每樣食物都會講解一下。A4近江和牛有肉眼、西冷、牛肩三個部位,另外加左牛舌。煮之前會落糖落鍋,令牛肉有焦糖化的感覺,牛肉有豐厚的牛脂香、充滿肉香🤤點左蛋仲好嫩😋間場會有蔬菜,用壽喜燒汁煮,好入味。飯可以任添,不過都建議唔好食好飽,最後仲有碗滑蛋和牛飯🥰整體的食物和服務都係一個很好的體驗,值得一試😋 continue reading

Imagine you were in Japan!Food and service were good, the sukiyaki set includes 4 pcs of wagyu, appetizer, rice, dessert and drinkThe cuts we had were sirloin and shoulder, sirloin was nicely marbled and tender, shoulder on the other hand was tougher but more meaty. The wagyu was nicely sliced, not too thin and with great textureLovely experience but one disappointment was that the meal was very rushed, we were like eating in a hurry as the chef did not pause the serving and that had slightly affect the whole enjoyment continue reading

2022年5月23號聽講呢間係要早好耐先訂到位既すき焼き(壽喜燒)。因為我係老闆請我黎食。所以我都唔知到底佢早左幾多訂。都幾偏僻。因為太熱叫咗個可樂。($3x)唔係好夠凍。680 偏貴。加左100蚊4塊牛舌。佢個前菜都幾特別。有個煙燻螢光魷魚。跟住有個好腥既蒸蛋。牛係好食既。滑身既。佢個飯一流。如果去。記得食多兩碗!最後個炒飯冇特別。個菜好咸。個湯普通。佢落左啲山椒減油膩感。奶凍好重奶味。蕨餅冇乜特別。本身打咗一大篇。有成五百字。但唔知點解佢彈左我app。冇曬。冇心機再打。請見諒 continue reading
