一直都好想試壽司郎嘅居酒屋今次終於去試啦!😍🍣先來總結整體味道真心唔錯!壽司質素升級,超多款式有海膽同魚子醬,豪華感滿分!不過選擇略為少咗啲,熱食有驚喜,大部分食身喺壽司郎都無供應!所以都值得一試! 稱霸四海海苔包呢個真係星級之選!有吞拿魚、三文魚子同魚子醬,入口即係一個「豪」字!🌟 海苔包住豐富餡料,味道同口感都好有層次,絕對係必點!🥓 伊比利豚肉一碟五片,燒到外脆內嫩,油脂香氣一咬即爆!😋 每片都充滿肉汁,食完好滿足,鍾意燒肉嘅朋友唔好錯過!🌽 粟米天婦羅呢個真係意想不到嘅驚喜!粟米炸得香脆,仲可以點咖喱粉或鹽。個人大推咖喱粉,香辣味同粟米甜味超夾,食到停唔落口!因為太肚餓,後面嘅食物冇影到相!📸 但以居酒屋黎講,杉玉嘅食物水準真心唔錯,環境同味道都畀到你一個滿足嘅晚餐體驗! continue reading

我沒有吃過壽司郎,也是第一次吃「杉玉」,味道不過不失,一人157元,午餐來說,有點貴。叫了「布袋」定食,14件壽司,配味噌湯,熱茶,加了$25有鏗魚湯拉麪。拉麪先上,份量不多,配壽司剛好。麪的口感不錯,也有很多蔥,很合我的胃口。他們也布腐皮烏冬可選擇。壽司不過不失,每樣都可以試一試,是滿足的。大部分食材也有一點鮮味的👍🏻繼續努力差不多下午一時入座,約有一半入座率,不用等位👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

試過黃埔分店嘅下午茶,中規中矩,但坐得舒服,唔趕你走😬荃灣都係因為朋友鍾意食壽司,又唔使等位 。都冇諗過同壽司郞比較,但係都唔會差咁遠個樣幾得意,但唔特別好食。海苔包住薯蓉、半熟蛋黃。撈埋一齊食,微酸,有少少草青味,食落仲有少少薯仔粒。青瓜卷上面有蟹籽、三文魚、牛油果粒。顏色吸引,冇乜特別。吞拿魚睇落唔夠新鮮,只得葱三文魚蓉嗰件較好。熟壽司好食啲。最差,用三塊有邊嘅三文魚切成,有腥味冇魚味,仲有根食咗一嚿就放棄魚、蝦、魷魚、茄子,正正常常,炸粉唔太多,亦冇食到成口油。魚湯較淡,勝在麵質爽口、蜆肉冇沙。炸粉唔厚,雞肉算嫩,但唔入味。味道偏淡,只係多咗啲三文魚籽同埋個碗靚啲。總括嚟講,冇一樣食物係出色嘅。我哋6:55坐低,侍應冇話畀我哋知7點前酒水半價,到6:59才有人搖鈴提醒食客,1分鐘都趕唔切落單,不如唔好提 continue reading
