Recommended dishes include the following:-大良炒鮮奶- texture of the fried milk was smooth, light and fluffy, making a nice contrast with the crunchiness of the crispy bits. Mild milky flavor. 花雕蛋白蒸蟹鉗- crab was meaty, with the essence well preserved inside the smooth egg white. Sweetness of the crab juice perfectly balanced with the fragrance of the 花雕 wine.蟹肉桂花炒翅- very 有鑊氣,乾身爽口,many layers in texture.豉油王香煎大蝦- crispy on the outside with fragrance of soy sauce oozing out; flesh on the inside was fresh and meaty.荔蓉香酥鴨- my favorite dish. Mashed steamed taro mixed with duck meat; deep fried to give a crispy flaky exterior. Meat inside remained fresh and tender.脆皮妙齡乳鴿- crispy wafer-thin skin, meat tender and not oily at all.生炒臘味糯米飯- texture of rice was just right- soft but not soggy; fresh but not dry. Balanced well with the sweetness of Chinese sausage.Our meal went ahead of schedule, and we were about to have 蛋白杏仁茶 for dessert. Far far from closing time yet, and the staff had already started vacuuming right next to us. I guess the noise and dust flying around was our cue to exit. 我哋去食晚飯,慶祝朋友生日。菜單一早已經預訂好了,先來個湯。順德魚蓉羹魚湯非常之濃郁,奶白色的,有去骨嘅魚肉,有冬菇絲更帶出鮮味。呢碗湯羹值得回頭。椒鹽鮮蟹鉗同隻碟一樣大嘅蟹鉗,薄薄的炸漿每一口都有炸香嘅蒜頭同紅椒,蟹肉厚實新鮮彈牙。真係想食多一隻。紅燒脆皮乳鴿真係稱得上皮脆肉嫩,新鮮炸起,當然好食啦。梅菜蒸菜心以為咁多梅菜就好鹹啦,清得最快就係呢碟菜心。生炒臘味糯米飯炒得好軟熟,臘味亦都炒得好香,材料十足,有蝦米、臘腸、冬菇、炒雞蛋花。紅棗圓肉蓮子百合糖水個個都讚不絕口,男士都覺得好食,甜度有剛剛好,蓮子鬆化,飲完一定好好瞓。 continue reading

中餐不喜歡例菜,就喜歡一大鍋一大盤的菜,人多分著吃,感覺才對頭。第一次來星月居的時候覺得特別好吃,這次再來,覺得菜品中上,性價比還可以,味道也沒有特別特別的出眾。當然,總體還是好吃的。——————————順德魚蓉羹,這道很喜歡,魚骨湯很鮮,配料很足!大良炒鮮奶,味道好吃,但我覺得並不出彩,沒有太多味覺口感的特色。(大蟹兩食)蛋白花彫蒸蟹鉗我很喜歡,蟹鉗肉又肥又鮮嫩,搭配蛋白花雕好吃極了。薑蔥焗蟹身,味道無功無過。煙鷹倉魚,非常好吃,有種蒜香排骨的感覺,看似簡單,但味道充滿了層次。脆皮燒乳鴿(每位半隻),非常好吃,肉質很嫩,很入味,一口咬下,鴿肉充滿汁水,很juicy。平時我對乳鴿類菜並不感冒,但這次吃完了半只。蝦子海參柚皮豆苗,蝦子海參味道出眾,柚皮不算我吃過特別好吃的。生炒糯米飯,這道太愛了,平時不怎麼吃米飯的我,吃完了三碗。糯米飯搭配臘腸,非常有滋味,飯炒的軟硬適中,粘度適中,好久沒見這麼好吃的炒飯。蓮子合桃露,相對比較稀,但是口感絲滑,不過蓮子數量不太多,味道很不錯。 continue reading

一進餐廳,見到大部分都是獨立房間,招待客人最適合不過。房間是中式圓桌,侍應會幫忙把餸菜分給大家,不錯。不過房間中央冷氣不夠冷,要加2 把座地風扇。我們品嚐了魚翅湯、大良炒鮮奶、煎金倉魚、煎魚嘴、蝦籽柚皮海蔘鵝掌、乳鴿、生炒臘味糯米飯、生磨蛋白杏仁茶、生薑皮蛋。魚翅湯很足料,煎魚很香脆,柚皮做得很好,但海蔘不夠入味。而每人一隻的乳鴿,由於要自行扯開一隻完整的乳鴿,有點恐佈但無可否認的非常好味。生炒臘味糯米飯一看就知一百分!反而生磨蛋白杏仁茶淡了一點,欠了杏仁香。生薑皮蛋就欠了一個醬汁。總的來說,吃得出廚師功架十足,很有私房菜的感覺,不錯! continue reading
