收工後都九點了,但很靜靜地享受一個人的時光。望著窗外的夜景,很想這一刻表現得男人般的豪邁。二話不說來一客吉列炸牛扒定食配一支Estrella Damm Inedit 吧。啤酒入口順滑而且很香,淡淡麥味配甘草及橙皮質地清爽,更帶輕微碳酸有點像飲礦泉水。定食以和風設計,混合了開胃的。碎魚乾、芝麻、海苔等。基本上單吃話個飯都很滿足。主角都差不多煎好了,既然經已吉列炸過的牛扒就不需煎太久,個人喜歡煎香鎖住肉汁就夠了。跟常吃到的吉烈豬排不同的地方就是肉味濃很多,牛扒不宜過燒得太熟否則口感就內外不協調了。至於前菜的豆腐及沙律都很清新,中和一下油膩感。 continue reading

一個人吃飯就不要待薄自己,先來一客每日限量頂級板腱牛扒五成熟加一支 Estrella Damm Inedit,牛扒偏向結實飽滿。脂肪亦不多,肉味濃而且用刀很輕鬆地切開。Estrella Damm Inedit 入口味有淡淡嘅花香同果香味,黑色瓶身上面有粒金星很易認。此款沿自西班牙啤酒由米芝蓮三星餐廳總廚跟酒廠共同研發。套餐更包括餐前小吃豆腐、飯及沙律。飯混合了那些經典的香松,碎魚乾、芝麻、海苔、裙帶菜等令淡淡甜的飯粒入口更開胃。加上脆蒜片令整體更香口邊吃邊望著街外的景色意猶未盡,再來蜜糖蒜香雞翼加一杯紅酒,出奇地夾。世事就這麼奇妙。 continue reading

來到Steak bar,緊係要食下最出名的吉列牛。日式的食法,有明火石爐將半熟的吉列牛慢慢煎熟,外表有吉列脆口,非常有口感,而中間和牛可按照自己喜愛的呈度,掌控生熟的口感。而且一邊燒,一邊聽著燒牛肉的聲音,非常治癒呀。而安格斯西冷牛扒當然亦要一試,7成熟的牛肉相當有肉香味,外表有微微香烤的感覺,香氣十足,而肉身亦保存粉嫩嫩口的感覺,加上少少鹽花去品嚐,絕對是一流的享受。而每個餐都有沙律同豆腐,可以中和口腔的油膩感。 continue reading

下午茶時段套餐吉列炸牛扒定食 $188廚師預先將牛扒外皮炸起,再切成一片片,連埋小爐一齊上,而客人可以根據自己嘅喜好黎決定吉列牛嘅熟度。牛肉條理分明,肉質鮮甜,口感一流!美國燒烤汁豬鞍架定食 $135豬鞍架燒得焦脆,肉質軟熟,一啲都唔韌,配上燒烤汁令到豬鞍架更加入味。所有套餐仲配有前菜、沙律、飯。下午茶時段仲包飲品一杯同小食一份。小食 紫菜薯條,新鮮炸起嘅薯條,配上滿滿嘅紫菜,風味十足~小食 蜜糖蒜香雞翼,焦焦甜甜,非常惹味。而今次去嘅Steak Bar係位於中環蘭桂坊附近,樓高2層,餐廳仲提供咗唔少酒類飲品,下次一定要夜晚黎依度享受一下! continue reading
