Deep Fried Beef Cutlet: all the beef here are Prime beef. The beef cutlets have been deep-fried in advance which are all in medium-rare. You could pick one beef cutlet on the little pan and fried it according to your own preference. After all, you could taste a crispy and juicy beef.

Prime Flat Iron Steak (Limited Serving): the texture of the flat iron steak is so tender to eat while the topped garlic slices are homemade by the Chef every day.

Stone Grill Beef: this beef is very popular among the customers. It is also presented with a little pan. It is suggested to put the beef on the pan at around 10 seconds.

每次過海去中環,都會好頭痛,四人行好難搵食,仲要開住BB車......難得happy weekend真係唔想又係大XX or 美X lor。呢次就黎左係雲咸街既steak bar,咪睇呢度蘭桂坊,以為佢只係得啤酒同nuts呀,佢好有正既牛扒架!最正係佢呢款「吉列炸牛扒」,師傅好細心,刀工好厲害,預先炸脆外皮,跟住好平均咁切開一片片,等我地再係個爐仔上面,逐片逐片咁加熱黎食,旁旁仲配在醬汁同鹽,隨喜好原味、添加醬汁或鹽,咪睇佢爐仔細細,傳熱好快,牛肉放上去一陣就轉色食得ga la😋😋套餐仲有前菜新鮮沙律、芝麻醬豆腐,仲有碗放滿飯素既白飯,大公主抱實碗飯唔肯放手🍚除左靚靚牛肉套餐,仲order左兩款大公主好鍾意既小食就係甜甜既「蜜糖蒜香雞翼」同埋大公主成日開口埋口都提起既蝦蝦「鬆脆炸蝦」。雞翼夠晒入味,近骨位置既肉都係熟透,唔會見血生生地,外皮勁鬆脆但唔會硬掘掘死實實,最正係沾埋蜜糖一齊食,勁有BBQ feel😋😋另一款小食「炸蝦條」la,大公主一見到呢碟炸蝦即時碌大雙眼,堅持要將碟炸蝦放係視線範圍最近既位置,務求視覺、臭覺、味覺同時包圍住佢近期既新寵🍤🍤想黎steak bar開餐既朋友仔,建議行蘭桂坊個邊條斜路直上,見到7-11轉左直上就到。如果行另一邊大馬路上又會好多樓梯級,同埋人多又唔記得book位,就要早少少去,先容易有位架 enjoy 🥰 continue reading

前身是韓國炸雞店的steak bar, 樓高2層,店面開揚,下層有少量位置和廚房,上空間感較大,還有吧枱。店員也很友善,會介紹和推薦最近的好吃菜式。熟成板健牛扒是店員大力推薦,只可以做5成熟或以上,今次的是5成熟,剛好半熟狀態。原本帶筋的牛排經過特別處理,會變成軟化了的筋,吃起上來肉質是軟滑的,加上少量海鹽,鮮味十足。飯採用了日本米,加上飯素,圓潤的白米飯很有口感。吉列炸牛扒也是招牌菜之一,用火燒石爐來控制肉的生熟程度,還是比較推薦燒成7成。牛肉是瘦肉居多,淋上燒汁或者海鹽都能帶出多層次的味道。炸皮非常脆,與剛燒好熱騰騰的牛扒尤其相襯。蜜糖蒜香雞翼有五隻,燒得金黃色的,外層微脆,滿滿的蜜糖香和蒜香鋪滿了每隻雞翼。咬下去,肉汁就會滲出來,又香又多汁,看來燒得頗為成功。和風紫菜薯條,就是一大籃炸薯條佈滿紫菜碎,切得比較幼身,炸的香脆可口,朋友分享小食之選。炸魷魚簡直是送啤酒的恩物,爽口彈牙還要脆口的炸魷魚,跟蛋黃醬本來就是絕配,然後再叫啤酒來當下酒菜,就是一流的組合。青島啤酒就是不敗的樽啤,友好的價錢,比較濃的麥香味,真叫人不懂拒絕。IPA,比較少見的樽啤,有着7.2%的酒精含量,味道果然比較濃郁,花香味重一點,屬於印度淡色愛爾啤酒。 continue reading

今日係Happy Friday, 收咗工之後,約咗個好姊妹食生日飯,今日嚟到中環蘭桂坊,一路行,行到最頂頂嗰度,有一間食牛扒嘅餐廳, 叫Steak bar, 雖然唔係好大間,但係都幾有格調。 我喺兩星期,前已經訂咗位。因為知道今日係星期五,一定好多人,入到餐廳,真係張張枱都坐滿人。好彩有訂枱!餐牌上嘅食物, 選擇唔係十分多。主要係以牛扒為主。有肉眼扒,有西冷,亦都有日本吉列牛。我哋揀咗頂級肉眼扒,七成熟,因為我朋友係大肚婆,佢唔可以食咁生嘅肉。然後加多一客蜜糖蒜香雞翼。有個沙律同日本豆腐做前菜,有非常清新嘅感覺。肉眼扒嘅部位比較多汁,不負所望,雖然七成熟,但好彩牛扒都好鮮嫩。雞翼煎得好香脆,超好食!今日我試咗個手工啤,苦苦地,少少苦澀。個味道都幾特別,苦澀得來亦都有啲果香。朋友嗰杯柚子蜜,佢因為大肚唔可以飲咁甜,所以就叫店員被杯清水,然後佢就一路飲一路加水,非常抵飲😂值得一提,呢度嘅店員服務態度非常親切,亦都非常了解顧客嘅需要,好有窩心嘅感覺! continue reading
