Deep Fried Beef Cutlet: all the beef here are Prime beef. The beef cutlets have been deep-fried in advance which are all in medium-rare. You could pick one beef cutlet on the little pan and fried it according to your own preference. After all, you could taste a crispy and juicy beef.

Prime Flat Iron Steak (Limited Serving): the texture of the flat iron steak is so tender to eat while the topped garlic slices are homemade by the Chef every day.

Stone Grill Beef: this beef is very popular among the customers. It is also presented with a little pan. It is suggested to put the beef on the pan at around 10 seconds.

餐廳外型比內在華麗, 內在的地方真的很細, 距離非常之近, 所以只是適宜速成或者與好朋友前往,並不適合商務午餐. 叫了一下炸牛扒及一下頂睷牛扒個人較為喜歡炸牛扒, 外脆內軟, 不會太乾, 又可以自助再在細鍋中翻熱,感覺更為新鮮! 我也偷吃了一小塊朋友的牛扒,質素也好, 但有一些地方有少少根, 可能有些人覺得這叫嚼勁,而我就不太懂得欣賞.....不過整體也是很好. 我們也加錢叫了一客雞翼小食, 味道不過不失, 價錢便宜若不計較地方細, 坐得不太舒服, 只求一餐快食好味午餐, 這裏也是一個好選擇 continue reading

之前在韓國已經食過這類十分受歡迎的吉列炸牛扒,但當時因為牛肉的部分很多筋,大打折扣。今次重新出發,在香港嘗試,希望可以拿回一點信心。因為星期五晚的關係,我和男朋友怕晚一點會沒有位置,所以我們預約晚上6:30的2人位。雖然這個時間很早,但我準時抵達的時候,餐廳已經有5-6桌的客人了,我想真的是挺受港人歡迎的餐廳,服務員很細心的提供了籃子給我放袋。因為我男朋友未到的關係,自己研究一下菜單,發覺單是牛的選擇已經有數個。也有羊豬雞等的選擇,即使要陪朋友來而自己不吃牛的人也可以嘗試牛以外的選擇。不過我自己當然目標是牛啦。一位疑似是男經理的待我男朋友來到便前來介紹,我很喜歡他們的細心和耐性,因為單是跟我推介的話,我又要再跟另一半說一次,所以他們等到我男朋友來才介紹,經理介紹了菜單上的首頁,我們說了我們想要吃牛,他便說有三款是廚師烹調後上菜,另外三款就是自己在鐵板上燒的,本來男朋友說不如一人一樣,不過我說想如果我是嘗試一般的牛,今不如外出吃其他扒房,所以我們二人都叫了自己燒的,我們都一起挑了吉列炸和牛扒($278@),飲品就挑了蘋果汁($35@),如果有梅酒就一級棒了!在我下單後不到10分鐘的等候時間,便上齊了食物,速度值得一讚。份量十分豐富,有一道前菜凍豆腐、一客沙津、主角和牛吉列牛及小型鐵板煎爐以及加了飯素的飯。而吉列牛另附有醬汁、食鹽及炸蒜片。經理介紹每面燒30s-1min的時間,視乎我們想吃的生熟度。可以看一看,即使未放入口中已經看到牛肉的脂肪比例十分好,仲要些少雪花圖案,正!不過我的鐵板煎爐下面火的位置有些少偏向一邊了,所以第一塊牛的時候,煎過了1分鐘,裡面還是很紅,不太咬得開,經男友提醒,第二塊牛才是真正的試驗!放對位置,一放下牛肉已經聽到很治癒的滋滋聲,因為火力夠猛才能把牛的表面封住,以往失去過多肉汁及油脂,我個人有些燒肉的建議,先把第一個步驟,即是照常放上煎板30s-1min,看到熟後把牛放在板的邊位置或放在自己的碗,靜置一會兒才進食,可有效一定程度上鎖住血水。自己在家煎牛扒也是哦!我自己的話比較喜歡沾他們家的醬汁,有些酸酸甜甜,感覺中和了和牛的肥膩感。而且白飯中也加有飯素,如果再把牛扒點他們附的蒜鹽,便會太鹹了,所以不推介喲!先評一評牛肉,因為我第二塊已掌握燒的感覺,所以煎出來真的是食感外脆內嫩,輕易便能將牛肉咬開,同樣進口便是滿口油脂,不過略嫌牛肉味不足,需要靠調味料搭夠。白飯加飯素這一點真的很值得欣賞,很簡單一個步驟已把整碗升級不少。可惜是我和男朋友都眼闊肚窄,而且和牛實在太肥美了,我倆竟然都吃不完,我剩下兩塊牛,望著它們很可惜,可是我的肚子真的快撐破了。希望下次來可以試試經理推介的熟成牛,聽說肉味更重。 continue reading

係銅鑼灣做完野去搵野食, 行行下去左左登龍街搵野食!見到一間主打牛扒的日式小店,睇埋MENU,有好多款牛扒供應。我同朋友都係牛魔王,岩哂啦!我叫左個吉列炸牛扒,我朋友就食石燒薄切牛肉。佢每個SET都參照日式定食風格,每份套餐都有前菜、沙律和飯。吉列炸牛扒嘅份量比我想像中大塊! 外層包住一層金黃色嘅麵包糠,牛肉本身都KEEP住鮮嫩。開始行動!要靠自己將一件件炸牛扒擺上石爐,想要幾成熟自己可以決定。我試過7成熟同埋全熟。7成熟,牛肉多汁嫩滑。全熟,牛肉味濃郁,外皮會更脆。石燒薄切牛肉同樣滋味,兩邊大約煎十秒鐘就可以食啦!肉質嫩滑,油脂平均分佈,食落肉味夠油香!鍾意食油香味重嘅朋友,一定要試下! continue reading
