尋日中午約左朋友喺銅鑼灣食lunch,佢話想食牛,就帶左我去呢間Steak Bar啦。我地每人叫左一個lunch set。🥩板腱牛扒 $158牛扒每日係限量提供,牛扒嘅大小適中,都夠一個人食,最重要係牛嘅質素幾高。我自己鐘意食生啲嘅牛扒,因為咁先可以試真啲牛本身靚唔靚,所以就叫咗五成熟。首先,上菜時,牛扒兩面望落煎得幾香,切開後牛肉入面仲係紅紅哋,係我想要嘅五成熟。每一刀切落都有大量肉汁流出嚟。我將牛扒厚切後,放入口可以感受到牛肉嘅味道好濃,牛肉好淋但唔係特登用鬆肉粉整到佢變淋。🐮吉列牛扒 $188講一講用嚟燒牛扒嘅石板先,本身有一片牛油喺板上面,咁預翻五分鐘燒熱,俾牛油可以完全溶咗先開始燒牛扒啦。用牛油比係普通食油會令燒出嚟嘅牛扒更香,更容易帶出牛肉嘅味道。個火都幾勁,食完成餐,個火都仲喺到燒緊,唔使擔心食食吓嗰火會冇咗。呢塊吉列牛扒比平時喺香港食到嘅更大塊,食落更有滿足感。牛味幾重,吉列嘅炸皮亦做得好細緻。每一個lunch set 都會跟埋白飯、豆腐同埋沙律。豆腐唔會一夾落去就散,食落好有豆腐味,幾清新。白飯我覺得係同牛扒非常夾,尤其是餐廳落咗好多飯素,就咁食白飯都覺得好好食,個飯我覺得係set入面嘅第二主角。🥤Zero 可樂 $0叫Set 可以免費揀可樂汽水嗰啲,或者有汽礦泉水。 continue reading

我以前經過銅鑼灣登龍街都好想試「Steak Bar」,但每次晚餐時段Walk in一係冇位,或者要等到九點後。其後喺另一間食吉列牛嘅餐廳食過,感覺麻麻地,就冇興趣想再試。不過呢日朋友話想食,我就陪佢啦。星期日瞓到黃朝百晏出到去都三點🙈,呢個鐘數唔太多客都好正常吧。店員們好好禮貌,問我哋之前有冇食過,再作介紹😊。餐廳面積唔大,不過座位安排都算令客人坐得舒服。餐廳出名食吉列牛就眾所周知,不過其實唔食牛都有其他選擇。餐廳現時仲有個特別優惠,就係買一個正價午餐,可以以半價加購第二款指定午餐,抵喎👏!吉列炸牛扒定食($188),定食套餐好豐富,有白飯、湯、豆腐小食同沙律,感覺好似傳統嘅日本早餐。🥗沙律用上柚子醋,所以唔會太酸;🍚而白飯大大碗之外,上面仲落咗好多飯素,好好味,哈哈。主角吉列牛扒無論味道、造型定份量都攞滿分💯!吉列牛扒超大塊,可以切成十件,逐要每件都有一定份量同厚度,唔係紙咁薄。吉列皮層帶有滿滿麵包糠脆脆,脆口得嚟無熱氣嘅感覺。牛扒上碟時肉身仍然呈紅色🥩,可能得一、兩成熟。熱石板上面先落一片牛油預熱,隨後就可以放上吉列牛扒,石板夠你一次過放兩件肉啦😉。由於個爐夠熱,基本上塊牛扒雙面各煎約15秒就搞掂,我個人唔鍾意食太熟嘛。牛扒超好味😋,因為食到嫩嫩肉質、牛味濃味嘅牛扒,外皮亦有另一種驚喜。石燒牛舌定食(半價$60),平日食嘅牛舌多數係圓形或厚切,而呢度就類似無肥膏嘅肥牛薄切嘅模樣。🐮👅牛舌份量同樣好多,抵讚。牛舌質感唔韌,但牛味就未算太濃郁,可能因為薄切啦。不過整個套餐絕對係遠超合格之上!牛舌又係煎好快就食得!牛肉不嬲都係又快熟,又好食,啱晒我哋呢種牛魔王🐂😈。題外話,店員話煎牛舌嘅石板要等幾分鐘熱完,先好放肉上去。蜜糖蒜香雞翼,🍗雞翼有兩隻,賣相好吸引,因為煎至金黃色之餘,上面仲淋上蜜糖汁🍯,多汁得嚟唔會膩,值得一試。和風紫菜薯條,🍟薯條份量唔少,即炸嘅薯條熱辣辣加埋紫菜,好惹味。不過其實食完飯餐已經飽飽,所以大食嘅人先好嗌。飲品方面,我哋要咗蜜桃梳打🍑同薑味汽水🥤,正正常常啦。加配價$25包飲品同小食,咁樣抵過單點飲品吧。總括嚟講,呢日終於一嚐Steak Bar,佢嘅吉列牛扒好出色,完勝另一間競爭對手👍。價錢一般啦,人均消費原價應該要起碼$200,不過考慮到有大件牛扒食又好似合理😝。 continue reading

登龍街嘅美食林立,聽朋友講呢度有一間日式餐廳有吉列牛食,今日過開嚟銅鑼灣行完SOGO,就嚟到呢間位於登龍街嘅Steak Bar食飯。牆上有一隻牛牛部位圖,就知道呢度係食牛嘅專門店! Lunch set都幾抵食,最緊要就係有我嘅目標—吉列牛。呢度做緊個超級優惠,只要正價叫一個午市套餐,就可以半價享用六款指定嘅定食,真係好超值!一場嚟到,梗係要試我最想食嘅吉列炸牛扒定食啦!定食都會跟埋白飯,沙律菜同埋小食(麻醬凍豆腐)。碗白飯超大碗,細食嘅女士們可以叫少飯,不過我就覺得配合美味嘅燒牛扒,我可以鯨吞成碗飯喇!😜吉列牛扒好大塊,首先就係快速將表面炸得脆口,然後將佢切件上碟,牛扒做到外面脆入面就只有一成熟嘅效果。石燒爐上放上牛油,當牛油溶化之後,就表示石燒爐已經預熱好,然後就由食客自行將每件牛扒逐一放上石燒爐上燒熟。套餐仲會跟一大碗白飯,上面灑上大量飯素,配合埋脆卜卜嘅吉列牛,真係好香口!另外店員推介我哋食牛板腱,係屬於牛嘅膊頭位置,所以比較瘦,但肉質仍然鮮嫩,而且每日限量供應,所以我哋二話不說就決定咗揀牛板腱。呢份牛扒屬於比較厚身嘅部位,我哋揀咗要七成熟,切開肉質粉嫩,食落重肉味,果然冇介紹錯!另外叫咗一份薯條做小食,份量超多,勁抵食!原本諗住飲綠茶就算,不過一場嚟到,都係叫返杯梳打特飲,荔枝梳打同蜜桃梳打都好味唔太甜。呢間steak bar嘅職員服務態度非常好,有禮貌而且好用心咁講解佢哋食物嘅特色,食物質素都好高,令我猶如置身日本街頭上嘅小食店入面,可以一解疫情冇得飛去旅行嘅鬱結! continue reading

難得出一次銅鑼灣,除左要食我成日都好想食既刨冰之外,仲要食牛牛!!呢間steak bar位置係時代廣場附近,地鐵站落車行一陣就到。lunch set選擇都幾多,有最多人食既牛肉,另外仲有雞扒,鯖魚等等。石燒牛舌定食店員有提醒要等舊石熱一熱先好開始燒。燒肉黎講,我最鐘意食燒牛舌!呢到既牛舌係薄切既,超香口,超彈牙有咬口。我一路影相既時候,朋友一路食我啲牛舌,最後食左我一半。。。lunch set可以加錢轉薯條,佢地係用粗薯條,幾好食,有加分~頂級板腱牛扒定食呢個係店家燒好再上枱。牛肉好大舊下~而且板腱黎講,佢既肉質相對軟嫩。有肉既纖維既口感,但係唔會係好鞋好乾個種。落刀感覺容易切,有少少筋,但個啲筋位係咬到食到。不過火候掌握可以更好~因為我地叫五成熟,但我感覺係再生左少少,不過我接受到,因為肉既質素都相當唔錯😋熱情果茶有果味有茶味,正常發揮~建議搞勻飲,因為糖水沉底~蜜糖蒜香雞翼叫飲品送既小食~外皮香脆,沾滿蜜糖,我覺得味道做得幾好。而且雞翼既肉亦唔會炸到乾哂,仲有肉汁。 continue reading
