Prime Flat Iron Steak (Limited Serving): the texture of the flat iron steak is so tender to eat while the topped garlic slices are homemade by the Chef every day.

原本位於中環的Steak Bar最近搬遷了去銅鑼灣登龍街,地理位置更方便,趁着今天放假同媽媽喺銅鑼灣行完街便決定去試試!六時許來到已有不少客人,頗受歡迎的啊Steak Bar主打牛肉扒類,因此餐牌選擇主要為六個不同Set和Side dishes分別叫左一個set A同set F,同埋一啲小食枝豆撒滿鹽粒的枝豆肥美飽滿,夠新鮮雞軟骨餃子金黃香脆的餃子,內藏了滿滿的雞軟骨餡料,非常有口感,好味道啊石燒薄切牛肉薄切牛肉肥瘦適中,放在石鐵板上輕輕一燒,生熟程度由自己控制,牛肉油脂四溢,充滿肉汁,牛肉味香濃!配上香脆炸蒜片和珍珠米一同食用非常美味哦跟餐的蔬菜沙律和芝麻醬豆腐質素也不錯啊,感覺健康香煎魚柳配蒜蓉牛油醬比目魚扒煎得剛好,魚皮超香脆,魚肉鮮嫩多汁!配上蒜蓉牛油醬非常惹味 continue reading

吉列牛在日本掀起熱潮多年,這兩年更把熱潮帶到入香港,但主打吉列牛的餐廳甚少,近來才知道位於銅鑼灣登龍街新開了一間以吉列牛做主題的餐廳,便急不及待要和朋友來一試了。在網上翻查資料,原來餐廳早已在中環已有原店,只怪小妹實在太孤陋寡聞。幸好友人預先攞位,免得我這個大肚婆要等得太久。一坐低,員工立即爽手地遞上餐牌。餐牌上,在主菜方面,除左吉列牛,仲有質素貴一點的板腱牛扒、薄切牛肉、西冷牛扒、還有羊架和香煎魚柳。至於小食方面,選擇性挺多的,分別有薯條、薯角、炸魷魚、炸洋蔥圈、薯格、餃子、雞軟骨等。飲品方面,餐廳只有罐裝飲料,而無自家製的飲品,感覺欠缺一點獨特性。吉列炸牛扒($188)套餐包有前菜、沙律及飯。前菜分有有雜菜沙律和豆腐,豆腐混入了芝麻醬,香甜之中更加吊出豆腐的濃滑豆香,冰冰涼涼,消暑一流。雜菜沙律相對普通了一點,但混了酸甜的沙律醋,同樣好吃。牛扒切得尚算均勻,每片大約1cm的厚度。用筷子夾起,外層的吉列皮黏得夠穩陣,沒有散散爛爛,中心呈現磚紅色的肉色,白色脂肪紋路十分清晰。不過,員工未有主動指引教導如何去燒或燒幾耐,結果要靠自己的意識同研究的精神。畢竟肉件本身不算平滑,一下子放在烤爐上,火力未能把肉件均匀平躺地燒,反而稍為用筷子加以借力壓平牛肉後,要再加多兩分耐性才能成功。筆者喜歡吃外層軟熟一點的七成熟。咬下去,肉質不太實,口感鬆化不過,愈咬肉汁愈是滲出牛香。加上脂肪不多,繼續吃下去都不覺油滯感。白飯加入了芝麻、紫菜碎、鰹魚的飯素,令飯香更添咸香的口感,只是米飯乾身了一點,但整體都不俗。頂級板腱牛排 ($215)頂級板腱牛排注明是每日限量,當然要試一試。一直都以為板腱牛排是附著於肩甲骨上的肉,經過牛隻多年的肩甲活動,還估計肉質會連實淨偏韌。誰不知牛排的肉質比想像中還要嫩,牛排中間明顯有一根透明的嫩筋,但原來不同於嚼不動的白筋,一口彌香,吃起來,爽夾嫩,充滿咀嚼感且無渣的口感,實在是頂級之作。 continue reading

旅行回來跟好友食過飯,旅行前忙了2星期,旅行後又忙2-3星期,加上今次的長旅行去了3星期,差不多兩個月跟好友冇見面。要準備搬屋之事,近近地就相約在銅鑼灣食飯,方便我把家中物資轉贈好友朋友選了這個 Set A 石燒薄切牛肉 ($178),有得自己燒,岩哂平時鐘意煮飯的佢以牛油起鑊,煎出黎的薄牛肉都特別香我就選了Set C頂級板腱牛扒 ($215)店員建議以5成熟為最佳,就選5成吧,發現尚有血水,應該只有3成吧,用朋友的鑊再燒一燒到5成熟,肉質又比以前韌了。有血水3成熟時是稔身,到5成熟肉香較濃,嚼勁較強,下次大家識按自己喜好選擇吧。兩個定食都有日本米飯跟紫菜碎,只能說:好食到停唔到口,一向夜晚不吃澱粉質的我,都把整碗飯吃光光!和風紫菜薯條 ($48)這個有點伏原以為紫菜跟定食的紫菜飯一樣多,但「和風紫菜」是味精粉吧,若喜歡食薯條,建議選$38原味薯條就好了。雞軟骨餃子 ($45)這個也是一般般,點了一罐 $25 的Coke Zero,連加一服務費,總共是$562,燒牛肉定食是不錯的,小食方面就有待進步了。另外,在閒日過了7:30PM後已經客人多,我們2人就不能再佔用4人座位了,TB店員要我們稍為移動遷就一下時,十分有禮貌搞到我們都有點不好意思。好友都是做服務行業,能學習一下該店員的良好服務態度,相信世界就多分讚美,少分怨言 continue reading

zara大減價,放工後與好友直衝到Times shopping,經過差不多個多小時的勇戰,總於成功購得心頭好。開開心心到登龍街開餐,說實,這條街大部分都是拉麵店,令人有點納悶,正想離開之際,竟然發現Steak Bar由中環搬到銅鑼灣。 門外大大個餐牌上,印有多款套裝,價錢由Hk$178 - HK$248,當中已包括前菜、沙律及飯。 石燒薄切牛肉。我點的是石燒薄切牛肉,送上來時有一個黑色石板燒爐,而爐內已放了牛油,由於石板燒爐受熱快,所以,不用半分鐘就可以燒烤了。一客約有七塊薄切牛肉,肉質超級嫩滑,吃時可因應個人喜好,蘸上日本蒜鹽、燒汁或柚子醋,令肉味更鮮味,更香濃。另外,還有胡麻冷豆腐及沙律作配菜,沙律菜非常新鮮,口感爽脆,味道酸酸的,吃後胃口大開。頂級板腱牛扒(每日限量)板腱牛扒非常厚身,7成熟的話口感剛好,肉質軟淋鮮嫩,牛肉味道香濃,而且肉汁豐富,一啖一口,口感十足,吃時配上炸蒜片,再蘸點燒汁,非常滋味。吉列炸蝦炸漿薄薄的,沒有重重的粉感,入口香脆,內層蝦肉帶點Q彈,吃時蘸上沙律醬會更惹味。 continue reading

今次在銅鑼灣登龍街找食,剛好看到上年去中環那家的,應是搬了到銅鑼灣~便同男人一起進去再次試試看!銅鑼灣地方大很多,比較舒適。menu 跟之前的沒有改別,只有少少價錢改動。還多了些飲料~石燒薄切牛肉 $178其實上一次我已是吃這一個,今次我又是點了一樣的!賣相依然吸引,份量十足,因為每個套餐都會配了沙律菜,麻醬豆腐及白飯!還有蒜片是可放在牛肉上的,飯上還加了一點芝麻及碎紫菜,非常日式。放上爐燒,簿簿的牛肉很快便熟,而且肉汁較多,牛味也很重~雞軟骨餃子 $45我們還叫了款小食,上次沒有吃過的餃子,總其有5隻。價錢相宜,餃內雞軟骨很有咀嚼感,沾了餃子汁,十分滋味!頂級板腱牛扒 $215想不到份量比之前吃的大,選了5成熟,感覺肉汁非常多。由於這個較厚身,但肉質很嫩,外面剛剛熟,內裡還是紅紅的!牛味也很足夠!價錢不太貴,地點又方便,下次可以再來! continue reading
