To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 之前返工經過見到呢度有中式放題已經覺得幾有新鮮感,一早就經已想同家中既女皇同大帝黎試下~~呢日我同大帝都正正係呢頭返工,不過女皇就約左朋友攻打四方城,所以就決定同大帝黎撐下檯腳,率先trytry,之後先埋女皇黎啦xppp裝修格局同一般既酒家酒樓中菜館相約,場地空間不少,座位亦為寬闊,坐得舒適~呢度既收費不分時段,平日既星期一至星期四,每位成人收HKd$238+10%,小童減半,另收茶介,由入座起任食120分鐘~~任食既菜式選擇都有唔少,大概有50多款,蒸炆煮炸焗既多種食物都可以試到!呢度既燒味都唔錯,尤其係個燒腩仔,皮脆肉嫩,正!!而且有d都幾有新意,就好似蝦餃咁,平日都係食開蒸蝦餃,但呢度就提供炸既蝦餃,我同大帝都係第一次食炸蝦餃,而呢度既蝦餃都內餡飽滿,味道唔差啵!而牛柳同片皮鴨都係任食架,但就要出去排隊自取=]]]除左有各種不同既涼菜、小菜同點心飯麵等等可以任食之外,每位成人仲會每人有一份極尚佛跳牆同上湯焗大虎蝦天使麵~~當中既佛跳牆味道鮮甜,好夠火喉!而個大虎蝦都好新鮮,肉質爽彈:)如果有得encore既話一定會order多兩三round xppp甜品既選擇都唔算少,而且質素都好ok!!!!就好似呢碗蛋白杏仁茶咁,感覺滋潤又養顏:)加上呢度上菜都幾快,所以兩個鐘慢慢食都食得好飽足~~~ continue reading

日式放題、燒肉放題大家都試過啦,飲茶都有放題真係第一次聽😂標價$148/位,加埋$15茶位、$22.8放題加一 $22.8,每位$187.3埋單,比起日式放題平成截呀。利寶閣全線分店都做緊呢個放題,但只有上環分店星期一至日都係$148咋!我哋嚟嘅呢間上環分店喺無限極廣場,地鐵站一上幾層就到,相當方便。隨放題奉送每人一隻原隻鮑魚酥同一碗花膠灌湯餃😋原隻鮑魚酥大大隻鮑魚,有鮮味,酥皮好鬆化。花膠灌湯餃原筒花膠,個湯底幾清。跟住就到任點嘅點心勒,兩個鐘限時,我哋都叫咗幾多,撐住個肚行出酒樓🤣黯然銷魂飯呢個係佢哋嘅招牌菜,的確唔錯,叉燒夠入味同軟腍👍不過叉燒嘅分量對比個飯嘅大細好似少咗啲🤭叉燒腸粉腸粉皮幾滑,叉燒多汁。蜜汁叉燒酥大致上叉燒嘅點心都唔錯😋XO醬腸粉XO醬味唔算重,但都幾惹味,令人食個唔停。沙田雞粥本人飲茶一定要嗌粥,呢到得呢款粥可以叫,幾特別,就試下佢啦。有食過沙田乳鴿都應該知道咩係沙田雞粥,呢到又整得幾似,又大碗,不過如果杰啲就更加好lu。杞子魚滑娃娃菜呢個分量幾大,幾好味。跟住就係一啲普通會嗌嘅點心,都唔錯👌 百花燒賣皇醬皇蒸鳳爪上湯鮮竹卷金鈎咸水角最後就到甜品喇!平時飲茶好少叫甜品,嚟得放題就試下啦~香芒布甸芒果布甸預先整好雪定,入面有粒粒芒果,唔錯。十勝紅豆雪糕脆麻花呢個幾特別,有紅豆、雪糕同傳統飲茶小食脆麻花。紅豆夠甜同淋;雪糕以為係薄荷味,但原來係蜜瓜味,相當特別;脆麻花夠鬆脆,但如果面頭落埋糖漿就更加正😋價錢以放題嚟講算幾平,但平時一班人飲茶除返開未必會嗌到一人百幾二百蚊。但飲茶放題都幾新鮮,不妨一試🙂Menu: continue reading

上次係無限極食中菜放題個陣, 見到利寶閣星期六日出左任食點心喎, 平時係利寶閣飲餐茶都二百幾蚊, 依個任食都只係148, 梗係要試下啦。點心紙有4張, 款式多平時食開既點心張紙上面都會有。每位會有一份鮑魚酥同埋灌湯餃, 鮑魚酥幾特別, 灌湯餃清甜蝦餃同燒賣就必食架啦, 平時兩個人叫一籠每人要食兩粒, 係度可以叫一粒唔洗質到自己咁飽~ 另外仲有個特別d既炸蝦餃, 朋友十分欣賞, 不過我自己就中意食番傳統蒸既, 中意個餃外皮煙韌沙律蝦春卷好似平時去飲會有道菜叫海鮮卷咁, 外皮脆卜卜good流沙奶黃飽每次飲茶必食, 依度既奶黃味偏甜流沙效果都好好鮑汁鳳爪入哂味, 淋得黎又唔會煲到爛哂脆皮cha燒飽確實焗到脆皮既感覺, 另外cha燒酥都好推介, 出面已經少d會食到其餘茄子魚餅等得都不過不失~食到勁飽叫個清清地既蔬菜, 准山黑木耳百合, 養生之選最尾梗係食埋個楊枝甘露先收手啦賣單其實同平時飲茶價錢貴百零蚊左右, 但係又可以食得多款式d, 而利寶閣既點心不嬲都有番咁上下質素, 所以依個點心放題cp值都幾高 continue reading

帶老外同事吃午餐一點都困難也沒有,帶他去吃點心就OK,因為他對中國的點心好有期待。今日便帶了他去利寶閣吃點心放題,兩小時內任他點。他事先已有聲明,除了雞腳之類的不吃之外,其他的什麼都可以吃。那麼就易辦了! 首先,酒樓會送每客人一個原隻鮑魚酥和一份花膠灌湯餃。原隻鮑魚大隻很鮮味。花膠大片很滋味。老外吃了都豎起大拇指!這個鹹菜豬肚是特意點給他吃的,因為我相信他在老家的中菜餐廳沒多大機會嚐得到。果然,他一試便喜歡。其他點的都是常吃的點心,例如: 腸粉、蝦餃、鵪鶉蛋燒賣、燒賣、鮮竹卷、牛肉球、炸蝦餃、煎魚餅、腐皮卷、蜆芥鯪魚球、XO醬炒腸粉。對我來說,每款點心都是好味。而對他來說,當然是煎的、炸的、炒的點心更加合他口味,這便是一般老外的口味吧。之後,還吃了些蔬菜、木耳等小碟,平衡一下。最後,我們更嚐了糖水,蛋白杏仁茶和楊枝甘露。這兩款糖水老外從來沒吃過,他說一般他在老家只會吃到紅豆莎或腐竹雞蛋糖水。今次,他吃到兩款特別的糖水,感到很有口福。 continue reading

媽愛吃中菜,得知利寶閣有個2 小時夜市放題都幾好,可以乜都試下,份量少少,唔算平但都食得好開心,星期六就$298一位,另加茶水同加一服務費。每位有花膠響螺雞湯,湯味道濃郁,細細碗但好多料。另外有原隻鮑魚花菇,都好高貴,鮑魚花菇都好腍身。仲有時令奄仔蟹一隻,可以揀清蒸,雞油花雕蒸同油鹽焗。我揀左花雕蒸,媽揀了油鹽焗。雞油花雕蒸賣相吸引,蟹鮮甜。我地仲點左好多野食,每一份質我素都不錯,難怪咁多人食。雲吞麵,有鹼水味的麵,正宗雲吞麵的味道;豬腳薑,甜甜的不會太酸,豬腳好味,但蛋就未煮夠;金錢肚,就好似平時飲茶個d點心,好濃味;鮑汁鳳爪,比較黏口。花雕醉蝦,花雕味好香,蝦爽口;流心醉蛋,個蛋唔算好流心,但味道幾好入味;咸菜胡椒豬肚,夠辣,好多豬肚,一要試下。炸蝦餃,第一次食,個皮有d 厚,都係蒸好味d;脆皮燒腩仔,個皮超脆,好正;蜜汁豚肉叉燒,就一般了,有點瘦。最後食甜品,揀左楊枝甘露、奶皇西米撻同香芒布甸,奶皇西米撻最岩我口味,食完又再點,曲奇在面,好鬆脆,加上奶皇西米,不會太甜,好好味。 continue reading
