扒房位於1881公館,由馬廄改建而成,裝潢糅合英倫懷舊風🇬🇧保留原有建築標誌性嘅舊式木門,同時裝潢又注入摩登元素,好有格調, 客人一邊用餐,一邊欣賞戶外翠綠嘅園林花卉,氣氛一流🌴扒房有40多款鹽同醬汁供配搭各款牛扒,調味鹽有牛肝菌鹽 、青檸鹽等,而醬汁有紅酒醬、蘑茹燉肉汁、燒烤汁、青胡椒汁同青葵汁,各具特色。💗 鵝肝配奶油蛋捲吐司、山楂醬($240)鵝肝煎得外脆內軟,咬落去非常厚切所以油脂滲出,入口即溶,口感豐盈飽滿🤤配上山楂醬好夾,相比平時只落黑醋多一份清新嘅甜酸味而且可以解油膩感。 旁邊更配上一塊烤得燶燶嘅麵包,食落更豐富🥖💗 A5飛驒和牛肉眼 ($1280/12oz)和牛帶有有炭燒香之外,仲保留了咗大量肉汁。食落入口無渣即化,油花均勻綿密🇯🇵為咗減低一口嘅油膩感,餐廳選用薄切,但都唔會失去咬口。 相比咁多款,呢款肉質最軟嫩,毫不韌實,因為脂肪比例高,充滿腴盈油香😋💗美國頂級黑安格斯西冷牛扒($450/12oz)品質獲美國USDA農業部認證🇺🇸為咗保持肉質粉嫩,餐廳先慢煮再放入炭火燒,以海鹽和黑胡椒調味。牛扒切成厚肉,旁邊嘅脂肪部份入口帶陣陣油香,外層微焦脆,相對咁多款牛,美國牛味係最濃郁,而且食落比較嚼勁🐮💗炭燒西冷韓牛扒 1++ ($1080/ 12oz)炭火燒得剛好五成熟,切開依然肉嫩多汁,完全緊鎖肉汁🇰🇷內裡牛脂甘甜肥美,油花綿密,入口即化。不過相比日本和牛冇咁油膩,比較適合女仔口味。悲傷小姐最鐘意韓牛,食落柔淋之餘都有咬口,油花同肉味之間平衡d🥩💗 澳洲烤羊排 (半隻$420|全隻$760)羊架用炭火烤至香噴噴,色澤金黃。🐑上台嘅時候已經幫我地切開哂,羊架肉質腍滑,完全沒有膻味,適合唔好羊嘅人士。不過悲傷小姐就反而嫌唔夠羊膻味,相對肉味冇咁濃郁,而且邊位燒得有少少燶食落有苦味🤔💗奶油菠菜配肉荳蔻 ($80)菠菜完全冇苦澀味,奶油質感非常creamy富奶香🥬💗水煮海鹽露荀 ($80)粗條嘅露荀仲係好嫩一d渣都冇,雖然只係白烚同用少少海鹽調味,但食落好鮮甜,仲可以中和食完肉嘅油膩感👍🏼💗 熔岩巧克力蛋糕配香草雪糕、焦糖啫喱($120)即焗朱古力心太軟,朱古力味極濃,食落似80%濃度🍫外層蛋糕唔會焗到實曬岩岩好,有少少脆皮,切開即刻大量流心,睇到都覺得治癒,配埋呍呢嗱雪糕係絕配,可以中和朱古力嘅膩感,冷熱交融嘅感覺超正🍨💗太妃香蕉巧克力塔配焦糖布甸,香蕉雪葩 ($120)朱古力撻香濃甜美適中🥧內裡仲有香蕉蓉非常有誠意,而且面頭放上香蕉雪葩,成個甜品嘅香蕉味好特出,而且雪葩中和番朱古力嘅甜膩感,一冷一熱嘅感覺令層次更豐富。而且有果仁同焦糖香蕉片,拖肥唔會太甜,食飽飽都仲食得落🍌 continue reading

第一次喺1881食飯, 揀咗呢間高級餐廳。 見到買一送一, 咁抵?! 唔叫最貴嘅點對得住自己。今日冇要前菜, 直搗黃龍去主菜!一杯Mojito, 另一杯係好似水嘅Gin- boobay shappire係呀! 要冰都唔加嘅純飲! 嘩! 重頭戲黎啦! A5神戶牛柳- medium肉質嫩嘅, 畢竟係medium, grilled 唔會過龍, 但係 A5唔係出名油花密集度高咩?! 唔通呢隻牛減左肥?!食唔到啲油唧出黎嗰種感覺...A5 飛禪和牛肉眼排- medium呢舊點食都好似油咁, 但係又唔香... 我食緊咩?? 最嬲嘅係千幾蚊塊嘅牛排勁多筋!!! 我地兩個好似榨汁機咁, 不停吐番啲渣出黎加上, 兩舊牛排嘅調味都係唔夠架... 朋友忍唔住, 問佢攞鹽同芥辣...雖然買一送一, 都唔係做衰自己個朵架! 多筋到咁就唔好攞出黎啦! 唉...兩舊和牛都冇和牛嘅好味, 呃我未食過和牛?! 但我又真係食過咁先慘嘛! 最尾, 我地食唔晒架! 心諗:咁貴喎, 食埋佢啦! 個胃話: 我唔得啦! 唔好再虐待我!Side dishes 冇咩特別, 好在清清地, 解一解膩 lemon basil mossuelemon sorbet 正常野個檸檬幾靚嘅, 底部有燒過嘅棉花糖, 裡面係白色mossue, 中間有少少好酸嘅檸檬jamPear crumble全統香味, 只係由蘋果轉左梨啫!甜品係合格嘅, 但本尊黎唔係為左甜品囉!呢餐仲要係為左慶生... 錢就駛左, 但令本尊強顏歡笑囉!下次食牛扒都係去番洲際間 steak house, 或者去la mer 都仲覺得值啲 continue reading

第一次入1881食飯,間餐廳喺樓上閣樓到,全場得我地一張枱,環境清幽雅致,好寧靜,可謂遠離城市嘅煩囂😌食物方面,每碟牛都各有特色,有個係韓國和牛,入口即溶好味道😛肉眼牛扒嘅sauces都好特別,食出嚟浸味幾得意😎其他配菜都幾有特色,特別有驚喜就係嗰三色薯條,包括甜薯,紫薯同薯仔,炸得好香口,好味道😋仲有個牛肉他他,唔會太腥,有調味料醃製過,怕濟食太腥都有餅乾比你送嚟食😙生日預早講定就會送埋甜品,用嚟影下相打下卡一流😚 continue reading

第二次幫襯呢間餐廳,位置較為隱蔽,但亦都係佢優點,環境較靜,餐廳外綠悠悠,望出去給人好舒服既感覺。講返食物,呢到冇做set的,今日試左個 Caesar Salad,炭燒西冷韓牛扒&龍蝦湯。先講salad, 個present係有驚喜的,每人分好兩塊大菜包,對於女仕sharing食黎講,幾方便。至於龍蝦湯,是不錯的,個湯好香濃,亦唔會太咸。另外,呢塊steak雖然係西冷部位,但出奇地肉質好淋,烤得剛剛好,好Juicy。 至於sauce方面,鹽同芥辣都有幾多款可以選下,但個人黎講,覺得呢件扒已經唔需再後加鹽。總括黎講,呢到坐得舒服同夠靜,晚餐後出去草地個邊行下都幾浪漫。 continue reading
