To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早幾日,我屋企人响呢間陶源訂9個壽包,去到要等都算,樓酒阿姐無禮貌都算。嗰啲壽包攞到出嚟俾我哋拎時,係用一個唔比例嘅袋裝住,根本唔可以自己封好打結嗰種。個膠袋放枱都會碌一兩個出嚟。又唔係平,1個都要$18。(用盒訂得6個)。未食已經覺得,食品衞生安全有問題。唔係因為家有長輩要慶壽,我點都唔會揀呢間酒樓。

星期日3月23日下午2点50分到達,一樓女接待員說是日沒有下午茶,晚上有宴席。但酒樓沒有標示3点是下場時間。見到明明仍有很多人在用餐。下樓後想再了解便再返回一樓,接待處巳没人。見到另一待應他叫我上2樓看有冇位。上去見到另一女服務員,她又叫我可去一樓找位。問二樓收銀員,她說不知是日何時下場,她只負責收銀。下到一樓,再次見到第一個女接待員,她望着我面露不耐煩的,我再問了她貴姓名以作記錄便只好走了。這樣的服務態度是因為酒樓巳有足夠舊客戶?所以不用理會或珍惜 walk in 散客?

今日同家人想去灣仔飲茶。去到呢間陶源酒家,環境陳舊,問女接待員想2位下午茶,她只敷衍地說:今日晚上擺酒,沒有下午茶。接着其他侍應叫我們上一層再問,接待員繼續沒有禮貌的說 不能入座了。她還啤住我們 像我們阻住她收工一般,面目猙獰👹。其他侍應也只看住我們也不出聲。這樣是合適的飲食業服務態度嗎?🤢🤢🤢幸好我們並沒有入座光顧,不然也不會食得滿足。大家去之前都要諗清楚要吾要受氣🤣🤣🤣
