荃灣街頭既韓式小菜店, 店鋪雖小但冷氣唔太充足有點熱, 夏天如果食火鍋會滴汗。  除了部隊火鍋, 呢度食物款式都幾多。  今次同老公試下韓式伴飯(豬)+炸醬拉麵+韓式小食拼盤。韓式伴飯(豬)材料有翠玉瓜、大豆芽、紅蘿蔔、菇、豆苗仔和豬肉。  將全部伴勻後, 飯既份量都充足夠黏口, 味道辣辣地都幾好。炸醬拉麵這碗炸醬拉麵,同圖片有些少不一樣, 因為碗麵既汁比較好多, 似湯麵多些, 所以以為自己點錯了菜。  這碗麵食落去味道甜甜地。  最後點了個韓式小食拼盤有炸雞、紫菜粉絲卷、泡菜餃子。  泡菜餃子炸到外皮脆, 再沾韓式甜辣醬, 令到味道更昇華了。  紫菜粉絲卷, 外皮被薄薄的紫菜包住柔軟的粉絲一齊炸, 一咬落去外脆內軟。   continue reading

一直對呢間路德圍既小食店情有獨鍾,呢晚臨時起興,同朋友去食宵夜。  因為未食晚餐,所以大家都幾肚餓下。兩個人叫左兩個主食同兩個小食。  小食兩個上左先,一個係魚片,一個係咩咩卷,唔記得左佢叫咩名,魚片有口感,食完會想再食。咩咩卷脆得岩岩好,唔會太硬,微辣。只係加左價,唔係咁值。  我的餃子拉麵,天氣好熱,一定要飲可樂。麵係超市買到既辛麵,不過佢配料多好多,雖然自己屋企整都得,不過整唔到佢咁好味!以前係用碗,今次真係用個鍋放麵,更韓風。  朋友既豆腐鍋飯,以前食過,好味的。  食左小小既大合照。  呢餐飯食得開心,但佢加價加太多,小食平均加五蚊以上?我記得最過份既係部隊鍋,以前食,一百尾就得,依家竟然要二百尾,簡直恐怖。不過主食又無咩點加價,但只叫主食唔叫小食又無癮。 未必有下次了。 continue reading

星期五晚上當然約我的男朋友食反,近期我迷上了(來自星星的你),所以我極力要求食韓國野,因為早前行路德圍時每次行過呢間韓國小店都好多人,所以今次早少少去谂住唔洗等太耐,雖然都係要等,不過都唔算耐,2張枱到我們,一坐底我和男友已經好清楚點咩,因為上幾次經過已經睇左Menu,見到部隊火鍋好吸引,我地開頭怕份量太多食唔日麗,加上我男友唔係好食得辣,所以問下女店員可唔可以少辣,佢好好笑容有禮貌甘話可以,仲話如果真係怕太多食唔曬浪費可以叫廚房少d份量,因為我同男友都支持環保唔想浪費,所以最終要求減少份量!先來2杯暖暖既玉米茶,陣味好香玉米,可惜不可以免費添飲, 係我地正欣賞韓國少女時代MTV之際,終於上菜啦,好丰富呀,雖然顔色睇落好辣,不過食落又晤會太辣,我男友接受到,裡面有四種腸類,三種菜,面餅一塊,芝士,金菇,豆腐,茄汁豆。。。等等仲有年糕,魚片,望落已經好開心,味道好好味,芝士味濃郁,嘻嘻,因為本人好喜愛芝士,d年糕夠彈性,d湯好夠味道,食到甘上下,女店員走來送上一碗反,教我們正宗韓國食法,等d湯開始結就放白反入去撈,哇!味道真係一流,今餐好有滿足感,又唔會食淨又岩岩好飽肚,最緊要服務好,價錢合理,下次一定要帶埋我媽媽黎食! continue reading

假期,同媽媽及女朋友去荃灣諗住搵好嘢食,點知想食嘅都冇位,應該要等成粒鐘,最後俾我見到有間韓式嘢,仲講?即刻入去。坐低,冇人理我哋。女朋友未食嘢先中招,張台冇人抹,仲有啲汁係台面!!叫個姐姐抹佢先出手。喂大姐呀,我哋坐低果嘢都應該做嘢啦,而家即係連上手走果時都冇過郁手....嘔心 好,叫嘢食。叫左個kimbab,一個炸雞,拌飯同年糕。個kimbab似足我小學整果啲!頂!炸雞,炸嘢諗住冇得輸啦下嘛,但攞出嚟果下個哥哥仔唔知想攞去邊度,要我哋,即係客人問佢: 係咪我哋架?佢話放低。果一刻個佢個樣,無表情,冇講任何說話,真係正。到年糕,頂你,舊舊都硬架!我唔知熟同唔熟嘅分別,但可以肯定嘅係 = 硬嘅!同個賣相好似豬長粉。個辣又唔好味,只係一盆又硬又唔好味加左辣嘅豬長粉。最後,拌飯。佢用肥牛,就個人而言已經覺得有啲hea,唔夠熱,好似吉x家個牛飯加蛋加泡菜。咁我點解要嚟食韓式嘢呀?加泡菜就真係等於韓式食品架咩?或者小弟對韓式食品有一路嘅gut feeling,即係食親暫時,暫時都係熱嘅,石頭裝住嘅。對呢一個拌飯有太大期望掛。最後俾錢,姐姐冇多謝冇笑容,乃親身感受,或者小弟及其女友樣子唔端好嘅問題。最後見到佢貼係出面嘅牌寫住正宗韓國師父料理。突然覺得自已真係少食韓國嘢,真係唔知咁先係正宗。 continue reading

難食的晚餐!牛肉及豬肉伴飯!勁少牛肉,豬肉,配料亦十分少!無味!最重要啲飯係凍架!同個後生待應講,佢竟然話因啲泡菜凍所以整到啲飯凍咗!仲有啲韓阈年糕超硬,吾煙韌!難食!泡菜就可以接受! continue reading
