做得Foodie好多時都會搵下有咩新餐廳未食過,今次就去到西餐廳林立嘅上環。經過文武廟附近,到處都有賣古物嘅店舖,但係惟一吸引我眼球嘅係反而係一間西餐廳《Sow by Loft 7》。餐廳一共有兩層,我就在第一層進餐。當中不乏見到有許多外藉人士享用美酒,充滿歡樂嘅氣氛。Pulpo 依款係用左真空低溫烹調法,令到八爪魚原本嘅味道和口感都保持下來。口感軟腍又有彈性,加上特製嘅Romesco醬汁,非常開胃。Caprese salad主菜之前不仿可以試下沙律,加入左buffalo cheese、black tomato和raspberry balsamic,味道酸酸地非常開胃。Gambas Ai Ajillo 充滿蒜香嘅嘅油浸蝦,又有少少辣椒調下味,同法包一齊食味道更佳。Hokkaido Scallop Tartare北海道帶子切粒再加上飛魚籽和鮮花做裝飾, 醬汁方面仲加入咗fish sauce,突顯帶子嘅酸甜味。Steamed rice with beef and poached egg用左意大利米製作而成嘅煲仔飯,飯底有飯焦又不所煙煙韌韌嘅口感。Roasted France Yellow Spring Chicken 店員加入玫瑰露再點火,睇住熊熊烈火打卡感十足。雞肉採用三黃雞,外表香脆內層肉質又鮮嫩。Spanish Cochinillos De Segovia Sucking Pig 有別於傳統嘅中式乳豬,西班牙嘅乳豬味道唔會腥。加上用左慢煮嘅方式,肉質特別軟腍。酒類Peekaboo採用左中式萬壽杯嘅fusion cocktail, 加入elderflower and cranberry juice,會帶酸酸甜甜。Golden Chrysanthemum Tea茶底用左菊花茶,加入gin酒、菠蘿汁和桂花,味道非常清新。Sow by Loft 7 (上環)上環荷李活道189號華冠大廈地舖…Read More
