To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大興商場湯加幾乎每一日下午茶時段都有8至10人圍埋一台,必定坐喺左手面近廚房嗰個位,而且必定好嘈,好似喺度開會咁。此舉嚴重影響其他食客。我冇留意係唔係次次都係同一班人,但係佢哋坐同一位,若干嘅人數,喺同一時段出現。究竟呢班人係咩人?係湯加嘅老顧客定係公司職工?食物方面都還好,整體舖頭樓面潔淨舒適

見到大興邨有湯加, 好似好耐無食過, 不如食一下, 一入去就見到好多位😅唔通d人又北上晒不留港, 定d野好難食🤣因為1点多照計都係食飯時間吖🤔 望下餐牌太多選擇, 究竟食魚好定主打飲湯好😀之後揀左個鮑魚姬松茸燉老雞, 揀左要藜麥飯配熱銀菊蜜, 等左一陣餐送上, 賣相又唔係敢差, 係面有塊好大的雞皮同一点点肥膏😆如果貼心d先拿起再出餐, 敢樣會更好😁睇下有乜嘢料先, 有幾只冬菇有幾只姬松茸有二只鮑魚有幾件雞👍飲啖湯先, 好清甜好熱🤩好好味😋我索性將d藜麥飯, 一d一d加落去浸湯食💕好好食, d湯真係好滾, 食到差唔多食晒都係熱熱的🥰👍再飲埋銀菊蜜滋潤一下, 夠熱唔係好甜, 整體其實唔錯, 真係唔差, 可以再來😍😋

SOUP PLUS 湯加每個星期日第一件煩惱的事就是到那裡與小絲吃早餐。港式的沙嗲牛肉麵雖然好吃,但每次都是這些又怕小絲悶,所以每次都找不同的食店試試。這間SOUP PLUS 湯加算是與一般茶記有些分別,最特別是有台式芝士蛋餅。是用一片酥皮包著炒蛋和芝士。因為有芝士的關係,所以吃完整過蛋餅蠻飽肚的。另外我們還點了一個雞扒早餐,這個和平常在荼記吃到的差不多,這裡粉麵轉了蛋白麥皮,方包可以轉熱香餅。味道就不過不失,不太喜歡那個蛋白麥皮,味很淡,有點像吃白粥。那裡另一個好處是客人不多,沒有壓力,可以與小絲慢慢吃。阿偉食評:食物味道、服務普通,蛋餅特別,客人不多,可坐耐些。推介指數:5.5/10

1點幾買外賣,成個場兩臺客,叫完就聽到有客話整錯野食,然後我等左20分鐘先有外賣,翻到屋企見到都比錯湯(我仲要係加3蚊轉嘅)。差唔多吉場得個兩張單都錯,呢間野已經無得救。

這個《前封比目魚》真係好好味!原來煎封的意思是,係落油獲炸😍嘩!配埋少少豉油煎完的香脆外皮邊真係一流平時小妹來吃為了食魚,因為通常附近餐廳🍴的魚都會賣光。但有次發現這裡的蒸魚較甜因加了少少糖,吃了幾次後不慣後便沒再來!沒想到現在因為這個《煎封比目魚》,再次喜歡💕來這裡晚餐了這是十分嘴饞的食家推薦多謝你的識食推薦啊😍👏🏻👏🏻
