To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天寒地涷身處蔡瀾美食坊，諗緊食乜好，見到一樓盡頭有間「湯加」，張海報大大隻字寫字住煲仔飯，唔理三七廿一就入咗去了。坐低當然係點咗海報裡面嘅《叉燒臘味糯米煲仔飯》和《鹽焗雞臘味糯米煲仔飯》啦。等咗20分鐘，兩個煲仔飯終於喺眼前，仲有個細火爐㷫住添，又幾有綽頭噃。滿心歡喜嘅我即刻夾起隻鹽焗雞脾放入口，點知.....唔熱嘅？再𢳂羹糯米飯試試，稍為熱DD，好，一於等個細火爐㷫佢一陣先，唔夠60秒熄埋，無言。萬念俱灰之際，朋友夾咗舊叉燒比我，係熱嘅，仲灰。總括而言，湯加嘅煲仔飯買相相當唔錯，整體味道唔差，價錢亦算合理，但 you know，煲仔飯唔熱是死罪來的，所以...4星變2星。

今日去黃埔湯加食完個113號餐（胡椒豬肚加淮山麵） 叫左杯桂圓飲返到公司冇耐係咁發冷兼肚陰陰痛，仲全身無力又想嘔返到屋企屙水屙左好幾次同事都有食豬肚但冇事所以都幾肯定係杯桂圓…因為全桌得我叫左真係冇下次唔會再幫襯，重點係難受左成日已經唔係第一次之叫QQ特飲都試過出事

話說近排外賣APP做緊promotion，喺Apps度撳外賣$200可以減$100，見到湯加有promotion就叫咗個早餐食雖然喺外賣APP叫貴少少，但係再加埋個coupon都幾抵食雞扒炒蛋餐$48佢嘅早餐好抵讚，真係超大份，個味道又幾好食雞扒有兩個手掌心咁大，仲要食到蜜糖味炒蛋金黃色，又唔會炒得太熟如果驚外賣多士會腍晒，仲可以轉pancake或者餐包，唔使額外加錢仲有一個蛋白麥皮，食完其實晏晝都唔係好使食豬扒煎蛋餐$48豬扒外賣好容易煎到好硬，但係呢個豬扒金黃香脆，似係炸過Pancake擺咗成半個鐘都係好軟熟，搽啲蜜糖更加好食

$64蚊一碗湯米 仲要勁污糟 有烏蠅🪰🤢換過碗仍然有勁多小烏蠅浮面 極度惡劣———首先等候時間已經長，嚟到碗魚蛋湯米上面浮住隻烏蠅，我即刻影低相，想叫侍應換過。我舉手，有好幾個侍應見到我、對視左都無視我。其中一個侍應淨係離遠講句：「嘢飲嚟緊㗎啦！」我話：「唔係嘢飲 你過嚟先」隻烏蠅都好明顯喺碗麵上面（如圖）所以個侍應幫我換咗一碗新但係新一碗仍然都係有烏蠅，食咗一兩啖，陸續有黑色碎片浮面仔細睇有昆蟲翼/腳，碗麵真係勁污糟⋯⋯我再次叫侍應嚟睇，比埋張相佢睇，個侍應竟然話：「木耳碎嚟㗎！」我話：「木耳碎有翼有腳嘅？」然後佢黑面唔出聲⋯（碗嘢真係明顯有昆蟲）最後退左碗米粉錢，仲要計返杯嘢飲係正價本來跟餐三蚊嘢飲，收咗二十蚊真係永遠唔會再幫襯，已經列入黑名單。
