中午40蚊有找一個粉,好抵食。河粉湯底不錯。牛肉不算最好但呢個價錢還可以。加15蚊仲有杯越式咖啡。可惜中午套餐沒有火車頭所以試唔到招牌Less than $40 for a meal at lunch. Good deal. The soup in the raw beef noodle soup is not bad. The beef is not the best but ok for this price. $15 more for a cup of Vietnamese coffee. Overall, satisfactory. Too bad no lunch special for the Special Beef Noodle Soup. 好開心今日賴生同屈小姐都獲得左委派,開心既時候係特別容易肚餓,特別想食野慶祝下既,所以係聚會完左之後,我地好迅速咁搵野食啦,屈小姐就同賴生商量,究竟食泰國野,越南野定辣野好?其實賴生心底梗係揀辣野啦,但佢好清楚減緊肥既屈小姐問緊既唔係一個問題黎,所以賴生揀左越南野,冇咁肥麻(你以為啦⋯⋯)經過左投票表決之後,賴生迅速帶屈小姐到達《Soo Viet》,一間都On list左係屈小姐美食板塊上既舖頭,一間傳聞食越式法包好出名既舖頭!(利申:麵包怪)一去到發現一樣恐怖既事實就係天氣溫度一跌少少,隔離間坤記已經勁爆多人了!相反我地2個就拉開門入去呢間越南野一拉開門,天與地⋯呢間舖頭居然大把位,賴生同屈小姐近乎任坐咁濟⋯(呢個時候心諗:會唔會中伏呢?)不過值得欣賞既係:間舖頭既樓底都好高,冇壓迫感。而店員服務都好貼心,唔會催你叫野食,仲留意到賴生同屈小姐應該會2個人Share食,主動提供2隻碗仔添!而且賴生同屈小姐都冇叫套餐又冇叫野飲,佢都好醒目咁即時奉上2杯暖水,係暖水喎,唔係熱水,可以即刻入口一飲而盡既溫度此外,呢度既侍應係講疑似越南話自己溝通既,應該係越南人黎既,相信呢間野本身應該都幾正宗下既然佢地冇催落單,咁賴生同屈小姐當然要開個詳細既會議,比較下套餐同非套餐既分別!結論係:如果⋯唔係減緊肥既你,當然叫套餐會比較抵,有小食(炸春卷2條/青木瓜沙律)連野飲。但於我倆黎講,都係散叫比較化算1)生牛肉湯河:4⭐️都好正宗味道既生牛肉湯河,金不換同其他香草已經一早落左係湯底度,湯底既味道都帶好重香料味,而且睇得出佢用左大量牛骨去熬湯,因為好多骨髓粒粒係湯度!牛味都強勁而且河粉好滑,既吸味,又唔易斷,配呢個湯幾好味,吸滿湯既精華生牛肉呢,薄薄幾片,有成8塊左右!超多呢而且唔肥,所以變相就有少少Un,但有牛肉味既可惜既係,個湯底真係太油,令我地對住個湯有點膽怯,唔太敢連湯食由於湯油同牛肉Un既關係,整體扣1⭐️2)特式牛肉撈檬:3⭐️個特式牛肉其實唔錯既,嫩滑有咬口,牛肉味出!檬粉彈牙索汁!本應係上佳之作,但弊在個撈檬汁!同平時食開既撈檬汁好唔同,唔知係唔係想建立自己既特色定點,過甜!甜到冇左撈檬汁微辣同微酸既味道,冇晒層次兼夾奇怪⋯所以大扣分!3) 豬肉越式法包:4.5⭐️超正既一個法包,外脆內軟既程度做得好出色好分明,外面脆到係一咬落去碎花四濺,入面鬆軟既程度同外面形成一個鮮明既對比,口感好正,而且個包包好大個,連賴生個血盆大口都唔可以一啖食晒,溫度又好夠熱,好正!!除左法包抵讚之外,配料都幾多,烤豬肉,蘿蔔絲同青瓜都有,豬肉烤得好好,脆邊加Juicy,而個法包冇落到牛油,令人食落感覺好清新! 而味道既主要來源除左豬肉,仲有就係佢秘製既醬,味道好清新! 不過其實只要係蘿蔔絲度下D苦功,醃一醃醃酸少少,味道層次會更強,而且整體味道更佳,就唔需要靠加醬啦,始終醬可能係邪惡既來源!最後同場加映一張Lunch menu比大家! Ordered from this Soo Viet a few times and their Bun Bo Hue tastes is close as you can get in authenticity in Hong Kong (for half the price). The taste of the broth is rich with beef and pork flavours and a nice lemongrass aroma which is a signature for Bun Bo Hue noodles. Their Spring Rolls are not bad either, but nothing too special. Only criticism is their Banh Mi needs much improvement in taste. For one, there was no fresh mayo or healthy spread of pate which is the core ingredient of the sandwich. The bread was a bit dry and the dry meat and lack of pate and mayo made the sandwich taste a bit boring. The food is always fresh and the preparation shows that they take pride in their service. 昨晚用foodpanda 叫咗呢間野嘅外賣。叫咗兩碗粉、燒蝦、牛肉串、雞翼。除咗牛肉串係正常味之外,其他所有食物都啖到好似俾醫院嘅病人食咁樣。就算我落晒佢俾嘅醬油都係冇乜味。最大鑊係D燒蝦,燒到好乾身,令到我懷疑佢係燒完賣唔晒再燒返熱黎賣。燒雞翼果層皮亦都係燒到有些柴皮咁,係個串燒牛肉,牛肉粒保持有汁嘅,亦都feel到啲牛肉入到味,係成晚最好食ga la! 因為係有味ga.Anyway, 可能落餐廳食會好D la.如果我路過的話可能都會再入去叫碗粉麵試吓。 continue reading
