老公生日想打邊爐,姐當然為他安排得最好吃啦。鮮嫩肥牛肉塊塊都紅潤通透, 肌肉與脂肪比例平均。顏色均勻、紋理亦都自然,顯然是上等高質牛肉,難怪一碟小的都要賣超過兩百。簡單用滾湯灼熟就可食用,牛肉味極重。吃第一口經已覺得物有所值,這種軟嫩中帶咬口的感覺並不是隨街的火鍋店吃到的。湯底仍然選擇姐最喜愛的味菜胡椒豬肚湯,起初都擔心湯底較濃會搶了鮮牛的味道。但這個湯底味道濃度剛剛好,店員亦會主動加湯令濃度得以平衡。至於走地三黃雞 ,雞肉很鮮嫩,很滑。油份亦不多而且還吃到鮮雞肉的味道。響鈴卷及豆苗都是姐打邊爐的至愛,脆炸鬆脆。而豆苗則鮮嫩為免老公半夜肚餓起身周圍找東西吃,姐再點了一份手打稻庭烏冬給他飽肚子,烏冬麵身有彈性、有口感。老公當然好滿意這餐生日飯啦! continue reading

熱愛打邊爐火鍋達人嘅我竟然發現到呢到有間我未食過,所以黎試下。d個配料係用推車的,正,有氣勢,多種選擇,滿滿任裝,值得一讚。叫左個冬瓜清湯,內有多火腿,清得黎好新甜。主力食牛嘅我,叫左個大的,可以mixed小肥同至少頸脊兩款。個牛顏色好靚,花紋都好均勻,肉質軟嫰,牛味濃郁,入口好好味。牛栢葉爽口新鮮。另外叫左個滷水鵝腸,好爽,好入味;新東記炒飯,炒得金黃一粒粒,好足料,夠鑊氣。坐得舒服無時間壓力。 continue reading

前排因有假期既關系,所以相約左朋友去左尖沙咀行街睇戲;差不多夜晚食飯時段,大家行經見到有得食火鍋,二話不說就上左去了!餐廳面積不算很大,但座位有適當既距離;坐得好舒服。另外,仲有獨立既房tim!職員會以調味架讓食客可以在座位上可自行調味。新加坡叻沙湯底:叻沙湯底湯味帶點點咸味,同時帶有少少既辣;十分適合食吾到辣又想有少少惹味既我。當中帶有幾舊既豆泡同芽菜吸入左叻沙湯底,十分入味!鮮蝦雲吞:份量相對多,共有8大粒。隻隻既size刀一樣,而且同樣地系脹身的;可知系即時包而不是一直雪住。餐廳事先將雲吞調味,入面包住豬肉和鮮蝦;食落爽口又鮮又帶咸。鱔片:份量剛好給二人食用,鱔片十分新鮮又無骨;最重要是沒有泥味。經過焯後,口感帶點爽口又鮮甜,真的不錯啊!鬆化響鈴卷:響鈴卷吸入左湯底既味道,食落十分惹味。鮮嫩肥牛肉(例):依間餐應既牛肉十分鮮紅,可知一定十分新鮮。厚度剛好,所以食落充滿口感,牛肉經過焯次後,牛肉十分juicy而,其帶點點牛味!自製鮮蝦膠:份量刀吾細的,是我十分喜歡食既蝦膠;口感十分鮮甜又彈牙,相信大人小朋友刀會好中意的!豬紅:顏色一樣好鮮色,食落不會太林;味道不錯!飲品:依度有提供果粒橙,幾好飲! continue reading
