首先我被「料理農務」(香港髒話的諧音)呢個名吸引哈哈,而且它推崇健康家常中菜,主打有機食材。位置就喺PMQ元創方的地下,吃完飯可以喺元創方行吓,環境裝修完全係酒吧嘅感覺,空間寬敞舒適。有部分員工係外國人,基本上外國客比較多。服務我哋嘅外國員工十分熱情、主動,仲主動幫我哋影相(雖然本身冇諗住影相),不過整體上食物味道不過不失,試吓一次無妨嘅,當係食環境氣氛比較好,另外比較適合素食或一向健康飲食嘅朋友。今次點咗set lunch B,每位108蚊。📍 怪味雞(7/10)醬汁十分開胃,雖然員工聲稱’very spicy’,但係連我呢啲唔太食得辣嘅人都覺得係微辣同甜。正宗嘅味道應該係麻辣、帶點甜同酸味。📍炒本地菜(7/10)始終係有機菜,味道會比市面上所賣嘅蔬菜新鮮一點。📍雞骨草瘦肉豬橫脷湯(8.5/10)我覺得最出色嘅係湯,湯唔含味精,非常鮮甜。以前唔鍾意飲湯,因為出面添加太多味精和油,飲到成嘴都係油,之後會好口渴。冇味精嘅湯係唔會愈飲愈口渴。📍有機面豉茄子(7/10)可以轉素,和外面食嘅冇太大分別,味道中等以上。📍咕嚕肉(6.5/10)我唔太鍾意食咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉都係易學難精嘅菜。外面整得好難食。難吃嘅咕嚕肉只會食到「一團粉」嘅口感,反而唔太食到肉。呢碟咕嚕肉合格以上,尚算食到肉。 continue reading

首先個店名就知係本地出品,至重開左之後都一向主打健康同本地菜為主,所以可以見到咁chill既裝修同環境,但食中餐為主,所以都幾多外國客棒場,食完仲可以係元創坊行下set lunch x2怪味雞 / 炒本地菜其實我一直唔明怪味雞又幾怪,少少似撈左沙茶醬的雞肉,凍凍地又開胃,本地菜就新鮮啲雞骨草瘦肉豬橫脷湯 / 雞肉豆腐燒賣有啖湯水飲下人地醒啲,而且一飲鮮味足,但又唔會有味精,豆腐燒賣其實就最後先黎,可能即叫即整,所以肉汁都豐富有機麵豉茄子 / 咕嚕肉茄子就份量都唔少,仲有啲豬肉碎 其實我鍾意啲肉碎多啲,因為味唔濃茄子同豬肉都食到本身的鮮味最後咕嚕肉就不過不失,因為我本身對咕嚕肉都幾高要求,所以佢新鮮即整我都俾個合格佢啦冰龍眼茶 / 冰蘋果汁 continue reading

點解今次要推介呢款Pancake。因為我係香港地方好少會食到呢款新鮮皮!令我喜出望外,想同大家分享。如果大家有睇我之前去泰國介紹Pancake篇,就會知道Pancake皮有分為🌟新鮮搓麵皮煎脆 / 預先打好蛋醬烘熱當然識嘆、識食一定會揀前者,雖然中間沒有香蕉🍌,只是簡簡單單的榛子醬🍫。但都難以蓋過金黃色薄薄香脆可口的麵皮,厚道適中,最少我的咀嚼肌不感到酸軟,情不自禁地一件一件放進口裏😌。我試過15分鐘後再食,依然脆口不煙韌。相比蛋醬烘熱做法,只能說聲抱歉,級數差太遠了。 continue reading

之前久唔久就會係週末去pmq行下,一路未試過呢度既餐廳,今日終於有機會啦~🤩知道今日要去pmq食飯,我同同事特登早啲起行,因為由公司行黎都要一段時間(加上最近咁熱😂)到達既時候係12:15左右,店面無咩人,自由座位👍🏻環境都係一般中環好stylish既飲野地方setting,人少少地方空曠,十分舒適。平日lunchtime可以選擇單點或lunch set,後者有前菜,主菜,飲品,加多少少錢仲有個老火湯,lunch set啦唔洗講~(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️為最高)前菜:怪味雞 ⭐️⭐️⭐️湯:川貝南北杏蘋果鱷魚肉湯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️主菜:麻婆豆腐配有機白飯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️飲品:凍龍眼茶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個價錢搭中環呢個地段呢個環境,本身我已經覺得好OK👌,而家得知埋佢既食物質素(採用有機食材真係要加分👍🏻),我覺得係超值~ continue reading

第二次來幫襯「料理農務」,同上次幫襯時已有所不同,餐廳因疫情全用上即棄碗碟。由於天氣開始熱,露天位置較少人坐。食物方面,都係中上水準,今次我選擇「本地蝦炒有機蛋」(即係蝦仁炒蛋啦🤣),出奇地好味喎!蛋有蛋味,真係好滑,蝦又爽口彈牙。上次食嗰個咕嚕肉就⋯⋯🙅🏻‍♀️。同事點嘅麻婆豆腐、沖爆有機牛肉,佢哋都話好味! continue reading
