半年多無食韓國菜,但近呢個月就接連幾餐就喺食韓國嘢,其實,就無刻意揀,只喺朋友有興趣,就投其所好。而今晚所去喺中環嘅「Sodam Chicken」,查實2年多前同親友都到訪過佢嘅銅鑼灣店,仲記得佢啲無骨炸雞同焗雞都好正,亦喺小弟第一次食韓式炸雞。中環店正正晌「藝穗會」對面街角,好易搵,餐廳樓高兩層,但比較細同窄,而廚房、水吧設晌樓下,所以,下層嘅座位唔多。原打算坐晌上層,諗住環境開揚少少,剛巧樓上有人訂場搞活動。餐牌印刷精緻,圖文並茂,尤其啲炸雞,非常吸引。除炸雞,仲有焗雞、沙律、炒年糕、韓式湯鍋、小食、薄餅、特飲,選擇實在唔少。此外,亦提供一款「滋味套餐」,分2人或3-4人,計一計,喺非常划算嘅選擇,而且,更喺可以試到季節限定嘅黃金鹹蛋無骨炸雞添,散叫都無得點呀!我哋就揀咗知2人餐,包咗一份炸雞、一客薯條、一款美食(水冷麵、魚串湯或凱撒沙律)及兩杯飲品(可加錢轉其他飲品),都只喺賣$398 +10%凱撒沙律因為炸雞及薯條兩款炸物喺未然嘅選擇,在乎喺揀咩口味,所以,第3樣嘢就揀客沙律除除罪惡感。醬汁喺搵小兜分開上,不過,最後我哋都喺倒晒落去自己撈,啲羅馬生菜好爽脆,配合煙肉、芝士碎及濃滑嘅沙律醬,鹹香清爽。紫菜薯條炸薯條當然食唔少啦,如配其他味道,大多數都喺加芝士,亦試過配黑松露醬,但配紫菜碎就第一次喇。估唔到,配紫菜碎效果非常好喎,薯條香脆唔油,紫菜碎令味道有層次,變得更惹味,值得留意嘅喺,一來啲紫菜碎唔喺粉,跟粉狀嘅感覺喺有些微唔同,二來佢哋唔喺炸起薯條後,就咁糝紫菜碎上面就算,堅喺一層薯條一層碎,喺心思嘅表現。炸雞方面,可以選擇雙拼,個套餐可揀季節限定嘅黃金鹹蛋炸雞,呢個就肯定喺鐵膽,其次,仲有韓式、蜜糖芥末、甜酸、辣味、雪花芝士及檸檬柚子供選擇。我哋就一半揀黃金鹹蛋,另一半選蜜糖芥末。兩款炸雞都炸得金黃,熱氣四溢。黃金鹹蛋炸雞呢款炸雞會搭啲墨西哥脆片,過吓口癮咁啦,而啲炸雞表面沾滿晒鹹蛋黃,入口時嗰朕鹹蛋黃香味好濃郁,蛋黃起晒沙,而外皮仲帶脆口,雞肉卻十分之嫩滑。之不過,兩隻起,三隻止,再食有啲漏同偏鹹嘅感覺。蜜糖芥末炸雞蜜糖、芥末,一個甜,一個辣,真喺好有趣而又產生到化學作用嘅組合,其實,雖然喺加入芥末,實際辣度好有限,所以,就算唔食辣嘅人都啱食。佢哋啲雞,完全沾滿醬汁,呢一款都唔例外,咬落惹味,卻又有份滋潤嘅感覺。蘋果特飲 +$10、菠蘿汁小弟就簡單啲要杯菠蘿汁就算,因為唔喺鮮榨貨色,感覺普普通通咁啦;不過,表姨甥女杯特飲以青蘋果糖果打入梳打,青綠色夠大杯搶晒鏡,味道酸酸甜甜又夠凍,配炸雞真喺爽,仲插咗串色澤繽紛嘅軟糖添。咪睇個套餐得3樣嘢,食完真喺好飽吓,連埋嘢飲,都喺四百鬆啲,加上啲炸嘢又真喺好食有水準,性格比高喎。 continue reading

放假同老公再次出動覓食,上次Sodam Chicken銅鑼灣食得好滋味,今次同老公去另一中環分店食韓雞!Sodam Chicken中環店好近地鐵站,沿雲咸街上斜五分鐘就到。店舖樓高兩層,裝潢設計成酒吧格局,餐桌用左吧檯高腳椅,甚有格調。今次揀咗個2人滋味套餐,再加多份番茄沙律、炸紫菜卷併洋蔥圈。先講番飲品,青蘋果同熱情果特飲,都有添加少量梳打水,配上一串橡皮軟糖,點綴左特飲嘅色彩。黃金鹹蛋炸雞:鹹蛋黃醬黏住雞塊外層,炸得金黃香脆,內裏雞肉嫩滑,同時加左少量芝士脆片做伴碟,大大增強口感。至於蜜糖及芥末醬混合做炸雞醬汁更加係絕配,甜甜地又帶有點微辣,值得推薦!紫菜薯條:薯條係用上原隻薯仔制成,薯條外脆內軟,表面灑上大量紫菜碎,真係食到唔停口!水冷麵:麵件爽口彈牙,以泡菜、青瓜絲及雞蛋作伴菜,充滿田園風味,亦有助消除炸物嘅油膩感!炸紫菜卷併洋蔥圈:脆卜卜嘅炸洋蔥或炸紫菜配煙靭嘅粉絲,再加上韓式辣醬,真係好惹味番茄沙律:簡單而清新的頭盤,令人食慾大增。如吃過炸雞後再食番茄沙律,亦可減去油膩感。 continue reading

今晚約左朋友去蘭桂芳飲野減壓,飲野前當然要食個飯打底啦,沿住斜路一路行上去搵到Sodam Chicken, 大家都鍾意食炸雞,所以就直接入去了位置係藝穗會斜對面門面以黑為主,幾配合蘭桂芳呢個地方既風格。餐廳分左2層有紙巾同膠手套提供我地簡簡單單叫左個2人餐首先有個炸薯條,有原味/紫菜味/芝士味選擇粗薯條炸到好脆,熱辣辣的,明顯即叫即炸之後就係水冷面,面質口感彈牙,湯汁有陣陣泡菜味,酸酸辣辣,非常開胃,夏天食真係涼透心,正!!如果唔想食水冷面,仲可以選擇魚串湯或凱撒沙律。主角登場,我地叫左雙拼炸雞《無骨》(黃金咸旦炸雞拼芝士),分量好大,足足10舊雞。外皮炸得好脆,內裡雞肉鮮嫰多汁,重要啖啖肉,好味芝士味炸雞係係雞上面舖上大量芝士粉,芝味十足,咸咸甜甜咸旦炸雞邪惡得黎非常好味,炸雞沾滿左蛋黃蓉,每啖都有雞肉鮮味之餘,仲有豐富既咸香味,食指大動,不禁一舊接一舊,真係不能錯過。蘋果特飲: 蘋果綠茶提子特飲: 提子味梳打水大大杯,食完炸野飲返杯解渴岩岩好 continue reading

忙裏偷閒, 今日是七一後的公眾假期, 天氣時晴時雨, 約了妹妹到中環Sodam Chicken聚一聚, 閒談一下,舒緩一下緊張的節奏位於 LKF雲咸街的Sodam Chicken韓國人氣餐廳,樓面面積不算大,地方分為兩層,樓底特高,典雅的木吊扇和燈飾配搭很型格,空間感十足,向街玻璃窗令採光效果特別理想單看餐牌已經被食物圖片吸引, 因為炸雞款式好多,每款都想食,卻不知選什麼才好最後選了二人套餐,因為可以揀選二種口味,而上菜速度頗快, 下單不久食物就陸續送上, 對繁忙的都市人來說,絕對是一個重點,哈哈!最先來到的是水冷麵, 分量比我想像中多, 雞蛋配泡菜青瓜絲, 已經給人很舒服的感覺, 所以急不及待先來一口, 涼涼清新的感覺加上煙韌的麵條 已經將悶熱的天氣驅走了不少。香脆的薯條加上濃濃滿滿的芝士粉, 實在非常誘人, 吃上一口之後真是欲罷不能。最後二人套餐的主角出場, 我們點了 雙併炸雞, 單是賣相已是欏足滿分,蜜糖芥末炸雞, 味道甜甜帶著芥末味, 為味覺帶來第一波的衝擊 。另 一款是季節限定黃金鹹蛋炸雞, 嫩滑的雞肉加上香濃的鹹蛋味,啊!幸福的感覺油然而生。我試了荔枝啤酒, 初時覺得荔枝配啤酒好似奇怪了一點, 但試過之後竟是如此相配,真有點相逢恨晚的感覺, 下次也不會錯過。妹妹特別喜歡這蜂蜜檸檬綠茶,茶色香氣迷人,清新爽口,是夏天避暑最佳解渴之選 。不知不覺, 吃著美味的東西, 傾談一下,時間就這樣悄悄的溜走, 真是偷得浮生半日閑! continue reading

參觀過大館後,想起很久也沒有吃過韓國菜,最後來到位於蘭桂坊附近的Sodam Chicken 。店內分成2層,我們就被安排坐在上層。2層加起來的面積不大,只有數張桌子。雖然店內用了一塊大鏡提升空間感,但是最後也無法解決店面小,更甚的是有點侷促的事實。檸檬梳打 ($38,左)熱蜂蜜檸檬綠茶 ($38,右)兩杯飲品都是天然的檸檬味道,沒有化學合成。份量都符合預期。凱撤沙律 ($80)凱撤沙律的賣相不太吸引,沙律菜已經不多,醬汁亦幾乎欠奉。菜的質素也不太理想。蜜糖蒜蓉焗雞 ($140)夏日炎炎不想吃太多油膩的炸物,卡米拉決定轉戰比較小清新的焗雞。蜜糖蒜蓉焗雞看起來較為健康,店方亦用吸油紙墊底以減少油分。蜜糖味香甜,雞也很嫩滑。泡菜豬骨湯烏冬 ($80)泡菜浸過湯後味道偏淡。豬肉感覺就是沾上韓國辣醬,質感有點乾硬。烏冬順滑,不是最平價的貸色。不過其他材料的選材真的不太理想。紫菜薯條 ($55)薯條比較軟身,味粉也下得比較重手。整體感覺不是即炸的。總括而言,Sodam Chicken的食物及服務也在中上水平。 continue reading
