今天是中秋節前夕,心情特別輕鬆,我也相約朋友參觀大館。最近大館開放,我們一次也未曾來過,趁有空閒更加要去,在遊走大館前,先吃頓豐富的午餐。嘩,Sodam Chicken竟然推三重雞鍋套餐,一次過可嚐到三款口味的雞,超級棒呢,完全為我這個嘴饞的而設。另外此套餐還可免費追加三款配料,附送飲品兩杯,十分超值。三重雞鍋上桌了,滿滿的一大鍋,這三重雞包括韓式炸雞,春川辣雞及安東燉雞,我們先吃韓式炸雞,因為鍋裡兩款雞都需時熬煮嘛金黃色澤的韓式炸雞,拿上手中,未吃已經感受到它的香脆。一咬下去,內裡雞肉鮮嫩得很,丁點油膩感也沒有,雞汁更在口中大爆發,若想更添滋味的話,可沾點附上的甜酸醬,開胃非常。春川辣雞經已去除骨頭,雞肉吃起來毫無懸念肉質軟嫩多汁,搭配獨有的韓式辣醬滾煮,非常犯規。朋友吃著吃著,讓她想起在韓國吃的春川辣雞,這辣醬真的毫不簡單。必吃的紫薯年糕包覆著辣醬,口感彈牙紮實,表現相當不俗。安東燉雞肉一點都不柴,彈牙的韓式粉絲也不會因為吸飽湯汁就變得軟爛。薯仔,蘿蔔燉到鬆鬆軟軟的,不知道到底是我用筷子太有力度,抑或薯仔,蘿蔔太脆弱,筷子一夾就輕鬆切開。安東燉雞甜甜鹹鹹,忍不住一口接著一口,一道燉雞裡有肉,有菜又有粉絲,吃起來很有飽足感。個人覺得配料不可缺少娃娃菜及韓國魚餅,娃娃菜在辣醬裡涮煮,味道像泡菜,並帶點爽脆感,這辣醬可謂百搭。至於韓式魚餅是道地的韓國小食,當它遇上辣醬時,彈性中具又香辣的刺激,過癮無比。 continue reading

廢話少講~好食梗係要返嚟食多次辛辣焗雞@焗雞表面有好多辣味粉,入口嘅時候辛辣味充斥口腔,不過辣味主要嘅啲皮到,雞肉一啲都唔辣,但係肉質無炸雞juicy韓式炸雞@揀左無骨嘅炸雞,雞皮炸到啱啱好脆卜卜,雞肉保持嫩滑夠哂juicy ~ 韓式炸雞本身表面無調味粉,只有一碟酸辣醬提供,微微嘅辣味酸酸地,簡單得黎有少少開胃。因為雞件無骨嘅關係,真係好方便食用,令人食得更暢快芝士薯條併麵包粒@薯條好長好粗身,仲見到少少薯仔皮,夠哂真材實料😂 熱辣辣嘅薯條配上滿滿嘅芝士粉,香濃脆口,唔油膩。麵包粒炸到脆咯咯,好好味三色薯餅@薯餅有三款口味,咖哩、粟米同紫薯,粟米同紫薯都幾香甜,咖哩味就淡啲,外脆內軟,都唔錯泡菜豬骨湯烏冬@扁身嘅烏冬唔係特別煙韌,但係就幾掛湯,每啖都係泡菜嘅辣味,令豬骨湯底有啲失色蜜桃水果茶、柚子梳打@水果茶嘅蜜桃味唔係好濃,偏向清淡;柚子梳打甜甜地,配埋梳打水解膩解辣都唔錯 continue reading

朋友難得喺意大利返嚟,梗係要約密少少食飯,見多幾面。返得嚟梗係要落下老蘭。 齋飲beer會餓,於是搵到呢間有啤又有韓式炸雞。大家放工梗係餓,四個人就嗌三至四人餐。餐無set死,每個項目都要揀,我地都揀左一大輪先決定到。餐set幾抵,好多款野食.先嚟前菜涼拌蕃茄。大家可能覺得蕃茄只係普通野,但蕃茄要符合我嗰位意大利frd嘅口味,原來有難度。因為我呢個意大利frd自己種蕃茄,最愛蕃茄,夏天日日食,係咪靚蕃茄一食就知。以佢對蕃茄咁高嘅要求,對呢個前菜表示非常滿意😂 咁我都安心D,證明我無揀錯餐廳。蕃茄切片,加左洋蔥粒但無洋蔥嘅辛辣,而且多汁鮮甜。另外嘅紫菜薯條超香,調味非常好,而且又熱又脆。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻好快就嚟主菜,太陽芝士炸雞一大盤,中間一大個烘包裝滿芝士,齋睇未食已經暨興奮又罪惡感 😂芝士拉絲,撓起包住成舊熱脆脆炸雞,一啖咬落去, 嘩~~~~~~~~ 香濃既芝士好軟滑,炸雞又香脆。😂😂😂另外既雙拼炸雞就揀左蜜糖芥末同黃金鹹蛋,兩款都係意大利不曾存在既亞洲風味。兩款都咁特別。四式芝士薄餅就最啱意大利人口味。佢食到津津有味,一件接一件。厚厚濃濃又香又軟滑嘅芝士鋪滿成層脆薄餅,yummy~之後又食左螺肉涼拌冷麵,螺肉既醃醬甜得嚟幾辣,幾刺激。幼麵質感細滑,好食 😋 喺呢個環境配埋一人一支啤,邊飲邊食邊吹水,成晚都好chill~ continue reading

這次為了這間在韓國擁有70多間分店的炸雞店sodam chicken 突意專誠來到位於中環的分店。是次跟男友兩個,所以點了一個combo of two 這個套餐: $398包一客炸雞( 可選2 款口味),一客薯條,一款小食與兩杯飲品。這次我們選擇了雙拼炸雞,一款是限量的黃金鹹蛋炸雞,而另一款則是味道帶甜的蜜糖芥末香蔥炸雞,而薯條選了芝士薯條,小食方面則點了魚湯串。味道方面,炸雞完全感覺到即叫即炸,來時仍然熱騰騰的感覺,雞肉內嫩外脆,而黃金鹹蛋炸雞外層用蛋黃蓉覆蓋,令其名符其實的黃金炸雞。而蜜糖芥末香蔥炸雞外層浸沒了蜜糖芥末汁,但仍沒有令其香脆的外皮變得糊口,仍然能有酥脆的口感,這令人感到驚喜萬分。至於薯條,在即炸的薯條上除了加了濃濃的芝士粉外,還有少量作點綴的紫菜粉,這兩種的味道出奇地合襯!魚串湯是一款清淡得來帶點刺激的食品,本想會是一款清淡的菜品,殊不知湯中加上辣椒,但我會想佢唔好咁辣呢..至於飲品,我們加$25 轉兩杯特飲 分別點上藍乳酸燒酒, apple cider , 男友藍乳酸燒酒睇得又飲得, 正過我嗰杯~~~  continue reading
