好在朋友一早已訂了座,如果唔係我地都應該要等好耐先有得食啦!放假前夕,好多人都出去食晚飯,這間韓國炸雞餐廳去到晚上9點還是很多人在等位,證明這間餐廳都比較好吃!入到餐廳座無虛席,見侍應們都忙過不停。看過餐牌後,決定點了「蝦醫脆炸雞」二人餐試試!雙拼焗雞,知道這間餐廳出名食炸雞,但今晚唔係太多食炸野,所以揀選了焗雞試試,有4款味道可以揀,而我們就揀選了蜜糖蒜香和黃金鹹蛋味。蜜糖味唔會整得好甜,鹹蛋黃味亦唔會整得好漏。烤雞整得剛剛好,而且有點juicy,雞肉亦算嫩滑!主菜可以三選一,我們揀選了水冷麵,當天晚上熱辣辣,食返D凍野就最岩!冷麵爽口彈牙,還有紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜、泡菜和蛋,口感幾豐富!小食又是可以三選一,這款就揀選了泡菜魷魚,魷魚份量不算好多,泡菜酸酸辣辣,十分醒胃!這個套餐飲品也有酒類可以揀,食韓國雞又點可以少左酒呢!我地揀左藍乳酸燒酒和熱情果燒酒,前者飲落有少少乳酸味,後者熱情果味濃,兩者都易入口。下次要試下這裡出名的炸雞! continue reading
