這店是我久不久也會光顧的,因為它的乳鴿的確好吃,而且價錢多年不變,都是$49一隻,和街市燒味店的價錢差不多,但卻可以在舒適的環境中坐下來慢慢享用。這晚二人同行,每人點了一隻乳鴿,仍然是皮脆肉嫩,肉汁多味道好,水準和往昔一樣,沒有下降。還點了以下菜式:糟滷醉蝦:共有六隻,每隻都肉質爽口彈牙,但味道卻有點出人意料。原本以為蝦肉會帶酒香,入口吃到的卻是麻辣的味道,我和朋友都是越吃越覺得奇怪,不是不好吃,而是和預期的味道不同。豆漿蟹肉番薯葉苗:這菜也好吃,番薯葉苗雖不算十分嫩,不過口感也算可以。蟹肉雖不很多,但有淡淡的蟹香,好吃。豆漿入菜,豆香不是很濃,但味道也算很好。蟲草花淮山圓肉燉乳鴿:這燉湯味道香濃,很好喝,湯中有¼隻乳鴿,肉質很嫩,很好吃。

一入去啲阿姐嘈到呢,唔係阿姐先啱,係入面啲女員工,搵嘢還搵嘢,嘈到街市咁,影响晒成個環境!叫咗4個點心,但真係好失望,本來想最后加個甜品,都無晒胃口。鳳尾蝦餃,啲蝦有陣怪味,中心舊蝦肉正常,但個皮好韌;黑蒜帶子燒賣,痴埋一齊,蒸到過晒籠,舊黑蒜難食到呢,燒賣皮變晒漿糊咁;XX山竹,連名都唔想記住,入面係粟米湯🙄溝蟹肉,完全唔夾;仲有個黑天鵝,四個點心最靚係佢,入面係肉碎加韮菜,食落都算正常,但稱唔上好食

唐宮小聚當然必食乳鴿啦,$49.1隻,佢係真真正正嘅BB鴿 (好似好殘忍咁)肉唔多,皮夠脆,keep到水準,值得推薦可惜嘅係午市套餐只供外賣,堂食全部都得散叫,叫咗個炒陳村粉,其實同乾炒牛河分別唔大,只不過佢唔係牛肉,食到最後覺得有少少油膩,而且唔算好有鑊氣,唔會太推薦另外叫咗個辣炒蟶子,蟶子係肥美,冇沙,好味嘅,而且加咗啲茶樹菇喺入面,不過個汁好鹹,其實應該用嚟送飯,如果就咁食唔係食幾隻就覺得鹹到冇辦法繼續食

第三次來了,店裡的新式點心挺不錯的,外觀好看,味道也好。這次試了新出的烏龜流沙包,本以為裡面是奶黃或者豆沙餡的,沒想到是朱古力餡,但不會很甜可以試試。山竹(?)內餡是粟米羹一樣的,鹹鹹的,容易接受;最喜歡的還是啤梨,裡面和牛(吃不出來)混著糯米和胡椒,比較重口味甜品有叫豬豬布丁,淡淡的酸奶味,做的很精緻,能看到豬腿,還穿著衣服,甚是可愛🤣店裡最大的缺點可能就是上菜比較慢了,甜品等了近20分鐘🥲
