第一round食完,後加蝦多士同個豬包,蝦多士係脆,都好食,但普通D。而豬包就同menu個樣有差別,對眼無咁大架!(哈哈
)入面紫薯蓉都特別,作甜品,都ok。

服務方面真係有參差,可能星期五又爆場關係,所以都好忙。有機會再去就想試其他美食!

適逢openrice外賣自取推廣白玉王鴿$20,而烤鴿在這家的openrice網頁上是熱門推介食品,我哪怕步程遙遠也要去買來嚐嚐。買回家後拆盒,看見烤鴿比一般街坊茶樓的小,頓感失望。平時在街坊茶樓的乳鴿能夠分4份吃。唐宮的烤鴿只能切一半,再分便太小了。另外,這烤鴿的皮看似本來就是不脆的。平時我把吃剩的乳豬、燒肉放進雪櫃,隔天用小焗爐焗完後,豬皮便會變脆。這天下班去買烤鴿,回到家1-2小時後放進小焗爐加熱,皮沒有變脆。加上味道一般,這烤鴿實在沒有我想像中的便宜。

母親節就到,不過正日小弟要返通宵,屋企人就話就我今晚食。嚟到這間唐宮小聚,唔難搵,入座後氣氛唔錯,坐在卡位,好舒服。到了叫嘢食,我地叫咗幾個好好味的食物,尤其是火焰菠蘿最令我好有驚喜,另外荷花蒸飯都好好食,強烈推介。只可惜未能嘗試呢度嘅本地手工啤酒,下次再嚟一定要試試⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯

平日去開尖沙咀分店,今日假期便特地選擇了中環分店一試。室內裝修風格和尖沙咀分店頗為相似,但也許中環地方金貴,檯與檯之间的距離略顯逼仄了。說到食物,欣慰地和尖沙咀分店水準相若。尤其是乳鴿,香滑多汁,從來不會令人失望呀!糯米鸭方亦是本人很鍾意的一道菜,香酥的連皮鴨肉配上煎起的糯米飯,還有少量魚子醬做點綴,叫人停不到口,可惜一份$98只有四件,份量有點少了。相比之下,鮑汁花膠就非常抵食了,份量非常足夠,口感軟滑,芡汁的味道剛好,不會太鹹。松露冬菇包造型得意,婆婆仲以為真係一隻菇味道亦不差,有很濃的松露香氣。
