吃過唐宮小聚數次,這次終於有機會帶爸爸媽媽來嚐嚐! 週末沒有訂位,不過只是等候了十分鐘左右就有位啦!花多眼亂很多選擇啊!我們這次就決定點了小聚拼盤、荷葉蒸飯和最有人氣的白玉王鴿!每次來到看到餐碟都仍然會覺得很可愛!碟上的螞蟻/蒼蠅讓人覺得一定是食物太好吃了!首先來的是小聚拼盤 — 皮蛋豆腐、沙薑豬手和雞絲拉皮。皮蛋豆腐個人超喜歡!豆腐切的非常薄身真的好考功夫,嫩滑的豆腐配上芝麻醬很夾!中間有切碎了的皮蛋加上大量蔥花,整個組合相當不錯呢!沙薑豬手份量雖然比想像中少,豬手切件大大啖啖肉! 味道挺惹味,只是略嫌有點過鹹。雞絲拉皮充滿麻油的香味!滑溜溜的粉皮,和三種配料:鮮嫩雞肉絲、新鮮蘿蔔絲和爽口青瓜絲的份量也很夠,與芝麻醬攪拌均勻,滋味無窮!接著就是熱辣辣的荷花蒸飯!一上來就聞到陣陣荷葉香味,而飯的份量也不少,快要滿瀉的感覺。米飯粒粒分明,同時做到微微濕潤又帶點黏口,非常好吃! 配料有瑤柱、鮮蝦、火鴨和雞丁,相當足料!而整體飯的味道吃得出點點鹹蛋的鹹香和蝦肉的鮮味! 這樣的材料和高質的飯粒讓人一口接著一口,吃個不停!最後就是主角出場啦!白玉王鴿每人限量一隻,$29.9一隻的價錢相當相宜!乳鴿的size比外面一般的要大,外皮燒的特別香脆可口! 一撕開油脂四溢相當吸引,而肉質鮮嫩多汁,味道剛剛好不會太鹹!下次再來的時候一定要encore 啊!值得一讚的是餐廳為客人準備手套、骨桶和濕紙巾,非常細心值得加分! continue reading

These custard buns are so good I could order a basket all for myself! 🤤 They come piping hot and filled with lots of molten custard inside. I’d even say they’re on par with the 新興 ones in taste but obviously with better presentation! Their custard buns are becoming so well known that you can now find recreations of them in Chinatowns all around the world! 🌎 I love the golf brush detail on the bun, giving it an elegant and sophisticated look. book 左唐宮飲茶第一次黎呢幢大廈食野,一直都知有幾間食肆但知貴貴地都冇幫襯。今次就試試首先有個荷葉飯火焰菠蘿,算係呢度嘅 signature dishgimmick野幾特別,值得推介 (呃到下 like)原來裡面係菠蘿牛腩,少少辣,好惹味黑金流沙包,我至愛嘅顏色配搭 XD流沙效果做得不錯小小蘋果其實係蘋果嘅樣,事實係一個包黎嘅內裡係甜嘅餡黑椒洋蔥雞煎包,冇乜特別,只係黑白色同有黑白芝麻紅菜頭蝦餃,呢個我反而幾 buy,又整得幾靚麻辣燒賣,自己個人唔食辣野就頂唔順最後叫番個dessert platter先平衡番剛才嘅辣味分別係椰汁紅豆,木糠奶凍 (佢指嘅木糠應該係頂頂個堆似 oreo 餅碎),冰糖紫燕 (素燕窩) 食落感覺似大菜糕冇諗過佢甜品係咁細份量有機會再黎試下其他野 continue reading

每次經過呢間餐廳,人都非常非常多,尋晚終於的起心肝去排隊試一試!一試過之後,真係愛上咗呢間餐廳,性價比極高😆價錢完全唔貴,食物賣相同味道都十分好👍🏻餐廳環境乾淨,每隻碟都有小驚喜,有趣怪昆蟲貼圖喺碟上面,幾可亂真🤣我地一行8人,叫咗好多野食,每樣野食水準都好高,以下精選咗12道我覺得好好味,值得再encore既菜式:鴨舌好入味,連每一條骨都損埋,必食😋荷葉飯有陣荷葉香,食得出係連埋荷葉一齊蒸,而唔係將飯求其蒸完擺喺荷葉度就算👍🏻呢碟腐乳蟶子係全晚食過最好食既餸,encore咗一碟!無諗過腐乳炒蟶子個味係咁夾,腐乳帶出到蟶子既鮮味,夾雜住陣陣既酒香味,正👍🏻數到最可愛既菜式,應該係呢隻紫薯豬豬🐷 可愛到完全唔捨得食,入面既紫薯唔甜但好香,岩晒我呢啲好驚太甜既食客!呢個火焰菠蘿好睇又好食🍍🔥 入面既咖哩牛腩炆得好冧好入味!入面既蝦好大隻,出面既雲吞皮炸到卜卜脆,同行既細路仔都好鍾意食👧🏻乳鴿好好食!一上碟時,乳鴿皮都仲係脆😋呢啲一隻隻既麻雀係椰汁糕,好香椰汁味,唔會好甜,好味!呢個包面抹上一筆筆金漆既包,係流心奶皇包~一摵開包,入面既奶皇好似瀑布咁流出嚟,奶香味香😍嗰日有人生日,所以專登叫咗壽桃,咁精緻既冰皮壽桃令我大開眼界😳 佢個手抓餅炸得好脆好香,雖然入面既材料得肉鬆同蔥,但簡單得嚟好好食!炸蠔餅入面有好多隻蠔,每一啖都會有蠔食到😍成餐飯我地都食到嘩聲連連,對某幾道餸既樣為之讚嘆呢度野食唔貴,睇得又食得,絕對會再嚟食! continue reading
