哈哈,一寫唔寫,今晚連出3 post.好啦,咁就黎講吓我愛去既上環飯堂唐宮小聚啦。大大話話都幫趁左上環唐宮好耐(約6-7年)呢間食店都算係少數能保持水準既一間。你知啦而家咩成本都高,我本人認為你可以加價,但做食肆決不能偷工減料,雖知道客人係用真金白銀花錢幫趁,你一走樣,係呃唔到長期食客,而呢間店都真係老老竇竇貨真價實,難怪佢會係我既心水食堂。小吃:肉鬆撐抓餅:金香鬆軟,熱辣辣上枱,作為開胃菜一定能引領你食指大動。簡單既抓餅加上肉鬆同埋蔥花,呢個配搭唔會令你失望沙薑豬手:豬手細細粒略嫌無肉,但係味道就唔錯沙薑味足,如果喜歡圇骨的可以一試燒乳鴿:必吃之選。除左價錢十分相宜(堂食$38,好似有限每人限叫幾隻),即叫即燒有肉汁,鴿肉味鮮。要知道香港既乳鴿大部份食肆同燒味都係冰鮮,我唔敢講佢係咪唔係冰鮮,但係就算佢係冰鮮都應該係比較好級數,因為你一食佢鴿胸就知。唔靚既冰鮮個胸既肉一定係霉既口感,佢就有彈性,維持肉質鮮嫩。主菜:荷葉飯:飯粒分明軟硬適中,荷香四溢,材料足。荷葉飯之中佢都做得算不俗,當然就無咩所謂既驚喜,但係如果一定要叫個飯填肚都真心推介胡椒炒蟹:蟹好大隻,肉多(似是斯里蘭卡肉蟹)可惜黑椒芡汁太濃稠,味精感頗多,完全淹蓋蟹既鮮。若論蟹,本人較偏好奄仔蟹,花蟹及本地肉蟹,較為有海水鮮味。唐宮似乎對海鮮處理稍遜。唔會再試。飲料:自家釀梅酒:梅酒乃本人之大好也。叫左燒乳鴿同炒蟹,自然不少得小酌一杯梅酒下菜。梅酒芬香馥郁,不過酒精成份好似幾高,如只有兩三人,且不勝酒力,叫一瓶足矣。順帶一提,佢既menu 三不五時都會有新菜式,保證你唔會食厭。佢而家都出左名,所以建議去食都要訂位。 continue reading

之前在深圳有幫趁過, 出品有特式和食物質素也很高的. 這次來到香港中環的分店試試. 平日中午食飯時間來到, 我們一行四人訂了位可以直接入座了. 餐廳內人頭湧湧, 座無虛席. 陸續還有不少沒有訂枱的客人來到, 可惜無訂位的, 大多等不到座位而離開了. 金金的竹炭流沙包很熱的, 食時要小心!流沙香濃, 蛋黃出色但裝飾的金色就太多了, 滿手閃閃的. 長長的炸蝦春巻香脆, 好味!火焰菠蘿上枱時, 會點火菠蘿外圍會有火燒一陣. 菠蘿內裝有牛腩, 配飯食一流有名的乳鴿我地太誇張, 每人一隻建議每人半隻就足夠了. 一隻份量太多. 肉質嫩滑, 有水份前菜三小碟 – WASABI雲耳WASABI味道足夠, 鼻會有感覺. 不要一次食太多. 前菜三小碟 – 黑松露手撕雞松露味濃濃, 不錯. 前菜三小碟 – 麻醬荳腐 – OK!整體 OK座位舒適食物質素很好! continue reading

日期:10月3日人數:8人一班同事去team lunch! 之前一日下晝先比較匆忙地訂枱,難得打電話去呢度話有位,咁就即刻訂咗啦。地點就係中環中心旁邊嘅商業大廈樓上2樓,離Office有啲距離,不過都算方便。由於有75分鐘嘅交枱限制,我哋一坐低就即刻點嘢食。一行六男兩女,好多男士食量都唔細,叫咗一堆點心同埋兩碟飯。揀部份食物來點評一下。首先就係乳鴿,偏細隻,炸得金黃色,肉質結實,但冇自動附送淮鹽,感覺差咗少少味道;但係座位度自動擺左一對膠手套,係一個加分嘅服務位。籠仔荷葉飯幾足料,份量亦都唔細。麻辣燒賣入邊嘅餡料係糯米,可惜係除咗麻辣味之外,其他味道欠奉。山竹咁樣嘅係一個好似鹹水角嘅東西,裏面有蝦同埋蟹肉餡料,炸得好香脆。同樣好食既炸物仲有春卷同炸雲吞,新鮮熱辣扑扑脆。炸雲吞入邊仲有好多芝士,新奇得意。煎薺菜餃餡料足夠,煎既時間啱啱好。鮮蝦炒腸粉味道都唔錯,但個人覺得可以放多啲XO醬入去炒,會比較惹味。牛肉陳村粉同墨魚墨汁飯都可以接受。甜品三款,賣相非常得意既豬仔係凍椰汁布甸,見到都唔捨得切開佢黎食,夠甜夠凍夠好食。第二樣係盆栽布甸,而最後係熱情果布丁。呢間餐廳開業左一段時間,但裝修依然保持良好,我地坐嘅係梳化位,好舒服。服務貼心,經常來加茶。上菜速度都算快。雖然有75分鐘交枱限制,但都冇特別催促我哋。價錢唔平,但尚可接受。 continue reading
