To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日下午經過,見到有新野即刻走入去試下,一入到去,下午1點30分左右,食客唔算多,入座率約1/3。坐底後,叫左一個炒金邊粉,一個濕炒雞腿河,唔洗2分鐘,金邊粉到,好懷疑係咪一早已整定,連煙都冇碟野,而且份量極少,似兒童餐份量。隔左15分鐘,另一碟濕炒河到,呢個份量正常少少,但都唔多,本人自問食量少,所以對我黎講可以接受。總結:服務:職員態度一般食物:味道可以,份量非常少價錢:CP值唔算高,可接受下次唔會再幫襯,試過就算。 continue reading

9點幾時分要在青衣城覓食都唔係一件簡單的事....二期的餐廳收得比較早,所以去了一期食野...呢間泰國餐廳之前食過一次,感覺不錯!今次見佢有宵夜優惠就毫不猶豫了!宵夜menu的選擇都好多,價錢實惠,唯一缺點只是不包野飲,但餐廳也有熱茶供應的。叫左兩個河粉,不過d牛肉就生左d,不過幾十蚊一碗粉就算啦。 continue reading

自從開左青衣城2期後,食市選擇多左好多。不過今日想食d泰國野,入左去so Thai so good😌 「冬蔭功大蝦意粉」這道意粉是我這夜最欣賞的一道菜,用上忌廉跟冬蔭功醬煮成醬汁,意粉煙韌有彈性,配上海鮮帶出鮮味,因為是fusion 菜式所以冬蔭功不會太辣,很怕那種入口只有辣味蓋過所以,這邊是用上西餐煮意粉的技術及調味,令菜式更上一層樓。 continue reading

某日 , 到 青衣-青衣城 行街街 , 見到這間 So Thai So Good 泰贊-創意泰餐廳 , 於是便入去幫襯 , 吃晚餐 ~Menu ~冬陰功大蝦海鮮炒飯 $105 : 這個炒飯 , 看起來有點像西班牙的 paella, 而味道就確實是冬陰功的味道 , 酸辣度都頗平均 , 香茅的味道比較明顯 , 有大蝦、蜆、青口等 , 飯是濕地的 , 很惹味 ~世華特色鮮蝦炒金邊粉 $70 : 頗大碟的 Pad Thai, 賣相得體 , 據 menu 所指是 "世華" 的獨門配方 , 蝦肉爽口彈牙 , 金邊粉炒得均勻又夠鑊氣 , 味道酸酸甜甜 , 合我口味 ~本篇完 ~ continue reading
