行完山攰到爆 Times Square又因為好coupons 啲舖頭排隊排到癲左 咁就求其行左入呢間餐廳度食😝叫左一個燒牛柳串 一份香茅燒豬頸肉 一個越式火鍋 (椰子雞湯) 😌🤤 燒牛柳好入味 燒得好香😝 豬頸肉味道唔錯 但略嫌肉質硬左小小 🙁 越式火鍋幾得意 第一次食 入面有蜆 魷魚 牛肉片 菜 米粉等等 唔夠可以再加食物嘅🤤 湯底味道比較清淡 配料都係一啲普通野 所以野都中規中矩咁 但有時想食啲熱辣辣嘅野都係一個唔錯嘅選擇😉It’s super hard to get a table in Times Square because of their fun award scheme (giving out free coupons) lol So we just popped in this Viet resto nearby. We got Beef skewers, Grilled pork neck with lemongrass, and a Viet Hot Pot (Chicken Coconut Soup). The beef skewers were pretty nice. The grilled pork neck had quite a chewy texture. The Viet Hot Pot was something I’d never tried before! It came with clams, squid, beef, veggies, rice noodles etc. The soup was quite nice. It’s not heavy, but quite clear - you can literally drink it. The food that came with the hot pot was average, like there’s nothing special. 今次應該第3次去食。每次都是食午餐時段。因為有午餐好抵食。套餐只需要加20元。就有小食,甜品及包一杯汽水。當然想飲滴漏咖啡,都只需要加多10元。服務員態度好熱情。執枱清潔好快手。環境雖然細了,但喜歡光猛,播點輕鬆音樂都唔錯。今次臨走前,問職員晚上餐牌是否又不同?原來晚上有另一個餐牌,有不同食物。而且2點半後開始,還有下午茶。食到5點半。下午茶食的食物亦有不同。我覺得餐廳較適合2人至4人。太多人的話 有點迫。 continue reading

天氣凍凍的, 跟好友們吃越式火鍋, 暖笠笠就最爽了.  早前去到位於銅鑼灣時代廣場對面的SO TAM, 方便就腳. 今次吃得很地道, 更多謝車媽媽等送上的生日蛋糕, 很窩心.踏出升降機看到這裝潢, 滿有越南街邊特色. 越菜的SO TAM就在右邊啊~壁畫及筲箕, 彷彿讓人置身越南之中.單是點餐都有選擇困難症, 太多想要吃的啦~  簡單些, 先喝杯越南滴咖啡, 我家中亦有一套, 但總覺在外喝的較好喝~ 這杯也挺濃味啊~先來串燒拼盤, 是兩串起跳的, 以串燒豬肉及串燒雞肉為例, 各$42兩串, 燒得非常香口, 再沾店家特製的魚露醬汁, 好惹味!  越式扎肉米紙卷及越式春卷, 前者是淡淡的, 屬低調一派, 適合不愛太濃味的朋友, 而後者炸得香脆, 不覺油膩.  與米紙卷有點類似的是越式手拉粉卷, 同樣味道較淡, 粉卷內有豬肉等餡料, 主要也是要沾醬汁來吃. 其實也不錯~接著兩款邪惡美食! 無人不愛的蒜香牛油雞翼! 炸得夠火喉, 粉漿又薄, 好入味, 雞肉仍然有肉汁~而牛油椒鹽軟殼蟹也是垂涎, 看到那蟹肉嗎? 很肥美, 同樣的香脆, 碟上幾乎沒多餘的油份. 大愛啊~越菜必備的豬頸肉法包也成為我們的目標菜式, 這包有讓我憶起在蜆港吃到的, 好地道啊~ 值得留意, 包內的蔬菜是很新鮮清爽, 吃下去是那樣的清脆.來到重頭戲, 越式豪華火鍋, 第一次吃這樣的火鍋, 所有食材都放在鍋邊上, 有澳洲或美國安格斯牛肉(按時令)、魷魚、蜆、濱海米粉及蔬菜等. 我們選了鮮茄蟹湯, 真的有蟹肉, 亦有數件豬紅及豆卜.湯底香濃, 基本上不需任何附加火鍋醬料, 就把食材放入鍋滾幾回便可吃.  若不喜歡鮮茄, 湯底可轉為椰子雞湯.在吃火鍋期間, 又點了香茅青檸梳打水, 以香茅包著飲筒, 喝起來就滿是香茅香了.菠蘿香茅乳酪作為甜品是頗有特色啊~ 若果可以大杯些少就好了. continue reading
