趁秋意涼涼地,同男友長洲出走一下,環島行左個大圈,六點鐘我地帶著倦意經過碼頭一帶,見有不少海鮮店,價錢間間差唔多。最後揀左呢間有香辣蝦嘅蘇波記一試。好彩早一步入座,遲多陣已需要等位。點了二人套餐$268任選四道小菜,有蒜蓉扇貝、椒鹽鮮魷、豉椒炒聖子、香辣蝦。蒜蓉扇貝得三隻扇貝,明明二人餐單數扇貝確實唔夠細心。扇貝舖滿蒜蓉同粉絲,帶子肉肥美,不過殼肉早已分離和無左裙邊,感覺似將帶子肉放上去再蒸,但就幾好食嘅。椒鹽鮮魷鮮魷處理得幾好,煮得好淋易咬,不會太韌,點埋喼汁好味,一條又一條食唔停,分量幾多食極都仲有。豉椒炒聖子整碟無乜豉椒色彩,雖然面前聖子50隻都有,但聖子細隻肉薄無口感,又唔夠味,呢碟令人失望。香辣蝦我最期待的畫面終於出現了!真係有驚喜,一放上枱陣陣川香撲鼻。好多辣椒伴碟,蝦殼好薄炸到脆卜卜,基本上可殼連肉食,辣味完全滲透蝦身,每啖都充滿麻辣味惹味非常。伴碟嘅花生好香脆,有索晒辣汁嘅芽菜墊底,中意食辣嘅朋友不要錯過呀。除了豉椒炒聖子外,其他整體都滿意,店員服務殷勤,會主動換碟,傍晚對住海景食海鮮確係幾寫意的。 continue reading

去長洲梗要食海鮮啦,嚟之前做咗啲功課,聽聞蘇波記幾好,咁咪去試吓囉~Book咗5:30,買咗啲海鮮去加工,另外再加咗啲餸,加加埋埋都有6個餸~第一道:粉絲瀨尿蝦第一次咁食瀨尿蝦,比想像中好味,瀨尿蝦新鮮,湯底清甜,最後啲湯都差啲俾我飲晒🙈 重點係飲完都唔會口渴,應該無味精🥳第二道:水煮牛未埋到嚟已經聞到佢嘅香味,牛肉勁鮮嫩,煮到剛剛好,而且好入味,底下仲有好多粗薯粉,夠晒煙韌,而且辣得好過癮~不過我本身唔食得辣,如果唔係我都會再食多碗😋第三道: 尖椒皮蛋又係第一次試嘅餸,碎上嘅尖椒加勁多嘅蒜蓉,整體上除咗加咗炒香咗嘅芝麻之外,仲有一層砂糖剛剛溶~ 而本身嘅醋汁嘅酸甜度剛剛好,再加埋少少甜味層次再豐富咗😙第四道:蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦本身我對蝦一般,所以我唔特別寫啦~但啲蝦好大隻同埋有膏,食落啖啖肉🤭第五道:涼拌魚皮本身我係麻麻地呢味菜,但聽到朋友話一定要試,所以就的起心肝試試佢,點知一試番唔到轉頭🙈,成碟差唔多我食晒🙈🙈🙈魚片切成細條,好好咬口,但味道好吸引,愈食愈上引,係我鐘意嘅醋汁味道,加埋蔥絲食好夾,搞到我好想外賣走🤪仲有其他好味嘅餸,但因為湊住個女影唔到相🤦🏻‍♀️呢度仲有個好處,有ikea BB櫈,帶埋個女嚟食嘢最緊要有BB櫈🤣 continue reading

趁一連4日假期,走左入長洲爬爬走😎天朗氣清、陽光普照、風和日麗☀️☀️最適合一家大細去郊區遊一遊。行完一圈長洲大街,最後去左蘇波記食海鮮套餐。套餐價可選3、4、5或6樣餸,我地一行3人,好似餓鬼咁咩都想食所以叫下叫下叫左5個餸每個餸份量其實都唔算多三個人食剛剛好😋整體黎講 服務非常有禮但得呀姐一個人一腳踢要自己寫好菜單食物一分錢一分貨味道不過不失3個人食左5餸椒鹽尤魚 脆卜卜蒜蓉扇貝 淡左少少🤏多多少少粉絲就更好白灼蝦 都夠甜唔錯水煮牛 入面有好多薯粉,麻辣薯粉又麻又辣,加埋牛肉一齊食真係好正本來叫豉椒聖子,但黎錯左變左豉椒炒蜆。炒蜆就真係一般、好多都無開、無得食。但正體黎講食海鮮黎講都算係咁,唔貴。每人$150有找坐係海邊食海鮮都真係幾有風味 continue reading
