一開始以為會係清湯上海粗麵,點知係有湯版嘅上海粗炒😂
不過錯有錯着,幾好食
個麵好多料:椰菜、豬肉絲、冬菇、白菜,營養均衡
粗麵望落似烏冬,咬落比烏冬更實更有質感,帶點煙韌👍🏻
雖然湯底深啡色好似好濃味咁,但因為用上老抽,味道甜甜地又唔會過鹹

賣相幾打卡-able,肉絲望落油亮,旁邊有青瓜絲同大蔥絲
薄餅係北京填鴨嗰款,薄薄一層(薄過紙巾),用點心籠紙隔住,防止薄餅黐埋🫓

星期日晚想去食上海菜,聽朋友說雪園會館不錯,便去試吓,入去見到高朋滿座,所以期望有點高,是晚點了小籠包,生煎包,擔擔面,煙燻茶蛋,上海脆鱔。小籠包-味道尚可生煎包-沒有預期中好食擔擔面-黃埔老字號比較好吃煙燻茶蛋-不錯煙熏味濃上海脆鱔-比一般上海菜餐廳好吃總體來說不過不失,沒有驚喜的感覺,沒有覺得被搵笨的感覺但價錢亦略貴,如果在附近的朋友想食上海菜不失為一個好選擇,但如果特登要去就不必浪費時間。我心目中還是覺得浙江軒、上海會館、寧波同學會、夜上海比較正宗。

我心目中還是覺得浙江軒、上海會館、寧波同學會、夜上海比較正宗。

雪園我真係細細個就聽過佢大名啦,近排得知「雪園會館」係紅磡開分店,就去試下睇下keep 唔keep到老舖既水準。生煎包一日賣出超過1000隻生煎包真係唔係浪得虛名嫁,包身鬆軟底部香脆,豬肉餡料充滿湯汁每咬一啖都有汁流出黎,真心生煎包世一小籠包一直記得雪園點心好出色,再嚐佢個小籠包真係next level,皮薄餡靚又多汁,重點係個皮咁薄都做到煙韌口感真係不得了鎮江肴肉入口即化唔油膩,點埋個醋更清爽 而且佢個賣相層次分明好靚好吸引,令我對成餐飯好期待手撕童子雞其實即係山東燒雞,經師傳將原隻雞拆骨再手撕上碟,雞味濃又帶少少煙燻香味,盡顯師傅功架百頁結紅燒肉依度菜我爸爸一路食一路讚,佢差啲想獨吞~ 連皮既紅燒肉肥瘦程度啱啱好,炆到口感勁鬆化,百頁結又索哂啲汁,依個紅燒肉完全呈現左醬油既魅力。

依度菜我爸爸一路食一路讚,佢差啲想獨吞~ 連皮既紅燒肉肥瘦程度啱啱好,炆到口感勁鬆化,百頁結又索哂啲汁,依個紅燒肉完全呈現左醬油既魅力。

除咗個津白湯之外,好多個菜式都有番咁上下水準,而且好多菜式都係要早一晚預訂。

前菜食左好多個蘿蔔絲海蜇皮,醉香乳鴿,酒糟牛脷,口水豬手,各有自己特色,蘿蔔絲海蜇皮同平時嘅都唔同,加上蘿蔔絲勁爽勁脆,絕對係只此一家。

揚州素黃雀,聽呢度嘅員工介紹,呢一個菜式嘅做法非常之繁複,好有心機,愛豆類腐皮嘅人士一定會愛上。

翡翠河蝦球好有特色,點解綠色嘅?因為加左菠菜汁,蝦球彈牙又好食,而且菠菜味好特別,呢個都幾值得推薦。

相信雪園飯店這大名對於老饕來說絕不陌生!出賣年齡也要介紹這一間由蔣標先生伙拍門生朗志輝師傅的新店,將淮揚菜承傳下去讓舊客好好回味,新客人則有機會品嚐這傳統滋味。新店名叫雪園會館地點位於紅磡Y83一樓,內裏優雅骨子的裝潢實而不華,這夜兩圍一起共餐也坐得非常舒適。有車爸爸在喝杯紅酒也是常識吧!可幸有酒友陪伴不用獨自飲悶酒快樂也。打頭陣的是一系列的冷盤美食,海陸空的全部有齊非常豐富,先由車爸爸品嚐酒糟牛脷$168,是淮揚菜中少有的牛脷菜式,用上最嫩滑的牛舌芯來炮製,最特别的是以清酒、昆布和鰹魚絲等材料用日式方法將牛舌芯慢煮,車爸爸大讚牛脷口感香軟不羶,而且帶上幽幽香甜的酒糟味道很吸引。這個蘿蔔絲海蜇皮$108真的要好好品嚐,皆因為了保持獨特口感和味道,餐廳堅持由乾海蜇皮至成品一手一腳製作,吃下口感爽脆充斥新鮮蔥油香氣味道美妙之極。然後這客是我首嚐的楊州素黃雀$128這個是非常傳統的素菜,皆因賣相像一隻隻的小麻雀而命為素黃雀絕對是手工菜!腐皮包裹著紅蘿蔔、荀和沙葛等蔬菜,經油炸後再用自家調製的湯汁浸泡調味,黃雀吃下鬆軟不油膩索盡香口湯汁的味道很可口。鎮江肴肉$108弄得層次分明賣相吸引,吃下口
