餐廳非常靜,只有一枱客。我們三個人,叫了一個排骨湯,蒸荳腐,炸雲呑,蝦米菜粉絲,白飯。可能無乜客,點菜後,幾分鐘便上菜,非常快。點的餸,全是清淡,很清新。但如想食重口味的餸,這店應不太合。排骨湯似屋企煲那些,排骨滑要食。炸雲吞皮薄有料,幾好味。蝦米菜粉絲也足料也似是屋企做的菜。蒸豆腐滑,有荳味。雖然也只是一些家常菜,但也不是平,也要五百多元。 continue reading

食咗豉油雞翼飯.個豉油味教得好好,濃郁,有層次。撈飯一流!雞翼剛熟,完美。跟餐配一個粉絲節瓜。節瓜啱啱好稔,調味亦都剛剛好。仲有一個老火湯跟。好似係紅蘿蔔豬骨湯。絕對唔係茶餐廳嗰啲吉水,而係真材實料燉湯嘅味道!總括而言,佢跟本係好似你好識煮飯嘅阿媽,走嚟中環即場整 lunch比你食嘅味道。換言之,佢嘅嘢食唔覺加咗味精,唔油膩,唔咸。最啱中環打工仔食厭咗大魚大肉,或者掛住媽媽嘅住家飯去幫襯。環境嚟講,由於樓底夠高,枱夠濶,非常清靜。裝修仲有日系feel。絕對值得一試再試! continue reading

今天想食咖喱,朋友就介紹這間叫「慢煮兩餐」食咖哩一定要配合一熱騰騰的白飯,最佳拍檔!👍⋯⋯這間餐廳原來是一間私房菜,主打慢煮和特式!它們的米,叫做混合米(台灣,中國,泰國)用接近溫泉水酸鹼性而弄出來,值得一試!一間好精細的餐聽,得五六張枱,絕對稱得上係一間私房菜。廚房話今日湯是排骨瑤柱金華火腿湯。那就來一碗。湯的顏色絕對知道佢是煲了一段稍長的時間。但是味道我就覺得偏鹹了,可能是落多了金華火腿的原故。而我的主角混合米白飯,並沒有熱騰騰的感覺,飯囗感並沒有想象有層次,有少許失望😞⋯⋯,咖哩牛暔是不錯,味道並不太辣,味道有層次,牛的口感👌唯一是買相,感覺去了普通飯店。鼓油皇乳鴿,味道恰到好處⋯⋯乳鴿滑,燜煮恰到好處。😋😋最後老闆送了二個甜品,一個是木糠鮮奶布丁🍮⋯⋯嘩,好似BB皮膚,好滑,淡甜芳香。而另一個人參粟米杬肉,好特別,甘甘甜甜,好滋潤。平均每一位晚飯消費$200至$300。 continue reading
