To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同我媽媽去咗香港天際萬豪酒店裏面嘅天際咖啡室，打算慶祝佢嘅生日🎂🎉。我哋預約咗下午兩點，因為正常食下午茶☕️🍰一定會平啲不過，當我哋去到嘅時候，就發現事情唔係咁簡單😱😱😱。等待期間，我哋見到裏面冇乜人👥👥👥，仲以為要兩點先開始⏰⏰⏰。到兩點嘅時候，我哋跟佢哋講預約咗兩點嘅，但係服務員竟然話佢哋2:00就完喇😡😡😡，意思就係根本冇下午茶，只有午餐🍽🍽🍽。之後先明白點解我哋去到嘅時候已經見到冇乜人喺入邊。我唔明白點解可以book到兩點呢個時間🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️，所以基本上所有食物都冇喇😭😭😭，如果仲要食就馬上落單。最後我哋只好隨意落單啦，非常失望，無奈😞😞😞。食物方面，真係一般般👎👎👎，價錢又唔平💸💸💸。服務方面，都幾差勁👎👎👎。服務員態度唔好😠😠😠，唔細心😒😒😒，唔主動😐😐😐。我哋要求加水都要等好耐💧💧💧。而且佢哋對於預約時間設定都好有問題，令到我哋浪費時間同錢⌛️⌛️⌛️。總括而言，我覺得天際咖啡室係一個令人失望嘅體驗😢😢😢。佢哋既食物質素、服務水平、價格同氣氛都唔符合一間五星級酒店嘅水準⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️。如果你想食一個好吃又物有所值嘅下午茶，我建議你去其他地方啦👉👉👉。平價分數：⭐️⭐️

今日咁啱公司聚餐，老細揀咗呢一間酒店，因為佢有免費泊車。我哋一行16個人，都覺得回本位真係比較少。間餐廳好嘅地方係有嘢飲任飲，有咖啡，橙汁，菠蘿汁，蘋果汁。另外沙律同刺身都認真唔錯，兩樣嘢比較新鮮，但要留意番切嗰個人係邊個。我一開始係個阿姐喺度，切到碎晒😅跟住換咗個女廚師，即刻好睇咗好多😂😂😂 熟食嚟講，個燒羊架唔錯，唔騷而且嫩滑多汁。燒味方面有三樣嘢揀，分別係燒肉，豉油雞，同燒鴨。不過好似係限量供應，食到最尾都冇晒燒味變咗炸春卷。甜品方面真係算鬼數😅攞咗件Tiramisu蛋糕，點知食落餅底完全唔係嗰回事，似係啲麵包做餅底，而且冇咩咖啡香味🫠焦糖燉蛋亦都太甜。但好在佢甜品都有回本位-Häagen-Dazs雪條任食 🤤 我同事食咗四條，佢話其他都唔使食 🤣整體而言，我覺得冷盤同烤肉比較出色。其他嗰啲就見仁見智😬

之前受疫情影響，無得去旅行！很久沒有去赤鱲角機場，之前去赤鱲角機場，都只係坐飛機，第一次在這個位置食自助餐，價錢不算貴，但質素也挺好！環境也一流，重點係服務很好，值得一去再去！

入去staycation,由於位置隔涉，所以基本上食飯都係酒店解決。第一餐經openrice訂檯，有75折優惠。lunch buffet原價每位$395+10%沙律選擇除平日提供嘅不同款式沙律菜，仲有泰式海鮮沙律，意粉沙律，酸醋汁燒牛肉、cold cut, 蟹子沙律蛋，選擇多元化刺身有三文魚、吞拿魚，鯛魚，叫做新鮮凍海鮮就只有蜆、翡翠螺、青口同凍蝦。雖然選擇唔多，但都算新鮮有鮮味Hot dishes 反而樣樣都唔錯、士多啤梨骨、焗三文魚柳、燒味、點心粉面檔，蜜糖火腿甜品都算一般standard, 有tiramisu, 蜜瓜、西瓜、菠蘿🍍,同各式蛋糕另有豆腐花，即叫即整嘅pancake飲品有樽裝維他奶，各式果汁同熱飲，全部放題任飲最驚喜嘅係有源源不絕嘅Haagen-Dazs 同 Movenpick雪糕雪條任食性價比唔算高，但一分錢一分貨。 食環境，食唔錯嘅招呼（執檯快，職員態度親切有禮、反應快捷），都絕對值得嘅⋯⋯
