旺角好似多左呢一類商業大廈,但整橦都係食肆平時都有係呢橦大廈食飯,上星期見到佢既promote,餐廳環境好似唔錯,book左今個星期上黎試下一入到餐廳已經感受到好濃厚既聖誕氣氛,而且餐廳係燈光上都好配合呢個街景更正!六點上到黎仲未有太多人,可以影多兩張相,見佢bokking list都full哂!環境真係幾浪漫,仲要加上聖誕裝飾,男女朋友上黎就fit哂!drink menu都有唔少選擇我點左杯paradise punch,熱情果味好香,飲落仲有橙味,幾甜幾清新朋友點左杯熱mocha,慢慢傾下計食下野吞拿魚尼斯沙律三文魚沙律就食得多,吞拿魚真係第一次吞拿魚外層微微燒熟,中間仲好粉嫩,入口軟腍,魚味都幾重沙律既份量算幾多,而且有整整一隻蛋,好足料!野菌黑松露忌廉湯忌廉湯夠creamy夠厚身,入口好滑好香蘑菇味,十分推介!另外佢既香草麵包整得好正! 整個麵包都好鬆軟,而且仲熱熱地,一搣開聞到麵包既麥香同香草味再加上牛油,微微帶咸,好好食銀雪魚西京燒伴大根木魚湯第一次食用湯上既銀雪魚西京燒,通常都係加西京醬醃完再燒/煎用湯上既魚肉冇咁乾身,係落幾甜,仲有少少木魚湯味道蘿蔔煮得超腍超入味,而且吸哂西京醬同木魚湯既味道,令蘿蔔甜上加甜蟲草花釀無骨黃油雞脾第一次食呢個mix and match,雞脾去骨再卷上蟲草花,無加太多調味,比清淡入口有微微雞肉香同蟲草花既味道,配上薯蓉食更香甜72%朱古力心太軟心太軟唔係太熱,朱古力唔會好似水咁流出黎,半液態更顯得朱古力既濃厚!入口朱古力微微點苦,超正! 另外要讚既係佢旁邊既vanilla雪糕,入邊真係有vanilla,食落特別香檸檬蛋白脆炸彈自己郁手打碎佢,幾有gimmick!中間係檸檬醬同mousse,將外層蛋白打碎再撈好就食得食落醱瑕甜甜幾開胃,而蛋白殼脆身,好似威化餅,整體味道同感覺好似食緊檸檬夾心餅咁 continue reading

想搵個靚景配美食的餐廳同老公撐枱腳。係openrice就搵到尼間位於彌敦道726號的sky726.(餐廳名同街既號碼一樣😆😆)有9折優惠而且有靚景。一早已book定位啦。終於到左尼一個浪漫的晚上。我地懷著浪漫🌹的心情上去。我地去到已經見到全餐廳已經8-9成滿座。餐廳非常好。已一早安排窗口位比我地。尼到的環境真係好有氣氛。望埋出面個景真係好浪漫。講番正題,我地叫左田園沙津,炸芝士青椒同焦糖低溫浸鵝肝作前菜。田園沙津:平凡中暗藏玄機。表面上係普通一碟雜菜沙津,但入面仲有松子,醃製車厘茄,切片磨菇。增添更多口感同味道,仲有營養。食開沙津的朋友應該會好鍾意尼間既田園沙津。第一道前菜已經睇得出廚師的精心製作。炸芝士青椒:將芝士釀係青椒入面,再炸。令到口感外脆內裡濃濃芝士,青椒夾在兩者中間,可減低油膩的感覺。這碟前菜味道濃郁。焦糖低溫浸鵝肝:尼碟是我的最愛。之前都一直有講過自己好鍾意食鵝肝,今次黎到尼到,見到有種特別煮法,當然要食下啦。大大塊鵝肝表面有一塊薄薄一層的焦糖,醬汁及配料方面亦採用甜甜酸酸的士多啤梨醬及脆脆作點綴。鵝肝一咬落去,「卜」一聲,表面一層焦糖斷開。繼而係鵝肝的口感。當糖的甜味再配上鵝肝既味道,是可以中和到鵝肝的油膩的感覺。這碟菜式又見到廚師精心設計,知道鵝肝食多幾啖就會有油膩感,所以佢挑選左甜味作為緩和油膩的方式。亦增加了整道菜的層次及口感!推薦👍👍去到主菜啦,我地叫左茄汁和牛肉碎螺絲粉及慢煮鴨脾。茄汁和牛肉碎螺絲粉:本人本身對螺絲粉無咩特別想食,但見係店員推薦,就試下啦。一上台,同我想像中好唔同。唔係平時食開的賣相。原來係將和牛肉搞碎再配少少洋蔥粒釀係個大大螺絲粉入面,賣相就好似真的海螺甘。尼碟主菜的賣相已經好睇得啦。再試下佢既味道,味道配得上賣相。簡直係色香味俱全。又係一碟的用心製作。👍👍慢煮鴨脾:尼碟味道有d似中式燒鴨。但佢既表皮同煮法都好唔同。而鴨脾脂肪同肉質的口感煮得好岩火口。最特別既係鴨脾表面既脂肪係有彈性,而肉質係一點都不鞋口既。脂肪同肉質在口中產生既味道,融合一體。再以精美的檸檬甜品作最後的結尾。完美的一餐浪漫🌹晚餐終於畫上句號。總結,好有心思的餐廳。食物絕對是精心設計。❤️❤️ continue reading

兩公婆慶祝結婚周年,梗要揾間好嘢啦!入到SKY726,甚有氣氛,果然係Kitchen&Bar,一邊個Bar,一邊有個廚房;望到盡頭就係一個廣闊夜景。侍應姐姐好Nice安排我哋坐近窗門,夠晒Romantic。我哋點咗1個Salad,1個Appetizer,兩個Main Course,兩杯嘢飲,一個甜品。先嚟講下個Appetizer”意式蕃茄水牛芝士沙律伴帕爾馬火腿”,勁👍呢個配搭,廚師用鮮蕃茄夾住呢兩樣一齊食,層次感豐富🤤,淡芝士加火腿味若隱若現,叫絶!由於呢度都係Bar,所以嘢飲都好多選擇,多到出現選擇有困難🧐。我哋兩杯嘢飲係Paradis Punch同Passion Fruit Mojito。Punch好熱情果味重,Mojito好薄荷葉,鍾意薄荷嘅我,啱晒啦!呢度最有特色係牛油白酒煮藍青口伴法式薯條,非常新鮮嘅青口,配搭埋上湯一齊食,好清香鮮美!隻隻都開口,露出湖水藍嘅色彩,色香味俱全。薯條方面,好明顯係即炸,因為見到表面乾爽,咬落外脆內’嫩’呀!主菜來了,先係虎蝦墨魚汁意大利麵。啲虎蝦煎得好香,蝦味滲透到粉度。烏卒卒嘅意粉叫人想到明天更會有一個驚喜啊🤫!唔怕因為好味,點都要食。重頭戲梗係燒慢煮16小時辣豬助骨。我用刀一切,肉與骨即刻分離,只係望都知非常入味。基本上呢個慢煮真令人滿足,啖啖肉,味道濃厚,超正!因為係結婚周年慶祝,我哋揀個特別嘅Cake,”慶””慶”佢!火焰朱古力球,點只係一點燭光,直頭係火炬。藍色火焰焚燒黑珍珠,燒呀!燒呀!燒!雪糕同蛋糕就會露出嚟,混和未揮發嘅烈酒一齊食,今年慶祝夠晒火光燦爛!滋味無窮!😍😙 continue reading
