之前介紹過呢間sky726餐廳,食過覺得非常美味,朋友亦個個都讚,最緊要佢坐落喺旺角嘅中心點,地理位置非常優越,今次 再等我返check多次啦。 餐廳雖然座位唔多但,配合咗美麗嘅夜景,值得情侶去喺度慶祝一下。 小食叫咗呢個炸芋頭片配牛油果醬, 芋頭邊食落好鬆脆,口感有別於普通嘅薯片,配合佢啦牛油果醬,食落唔油膩, 係一度好好嘅佐酒食品。 上次食過嘅 溫泉蛋燒雞凱撒沙律,今次再食,味道依然保持水準。雞肉非常香嫩惹味,溫泉蛋嘅蛋汁配合咗芝士粉煙肉等等,令生菜有鹹香味之餘,亦夠曬新鮮,索索聲卜卜脆。 香煎帶子闊條麵伴煙紅椒汁, 意粉夠曬creamy,紅椒汁味道同意粉沒有違和感。帶子香煎和非常嫩滑爽口大大粒。 煎慢煮紐西蘭煙燻薄荷羊架。講到明係慢煮,羊架煮出嚟係非常幼嫩,一啲都唔韌, 更沒有羊騷味,只能食出淡淡嘅煙燻味道。 呢度嘅薯蓉,口感非常特別,係我食過咁多度薯蓉最creamy嘅。好似食緊雪糕嘅質感。 最後食埋呢款檸檬蛋白脆炸彈, 外形非常趣緻,口感酸酸甜甜,內裏好多檸檬汁,外層嘅蛋白好似馬卡龍咁樣, 夠晒甜,夠鬆化。 continue reading

又係搵間方便餐廳同呀妹撐檯腳嘅時間,第一次上黎彌敦道726頂樓,原來可以俯瞰旺角景,好有居高臨下嘅感覺。前菜選擇幾多而且配搭新鮮,我地決定要試兩種。牛油白酒煮藍青口伴法式薯條藍青口幾大粒,醬汁加入番茄同西班牙辣肉腸,微辣,薯條係粗薯,熱食好滋味。香煎蟹餅件藜麥蒜泥蛋黃醬蟹餅份量幾大,兩個人分享都夠滿足,面層炸得香口,內裡啖啖蟹肉,蒜泥蛋黃醬同蟹肉勁夾,檸檬放喺小工具入面,唧檸汁都唔會整污糟隻手,好貼心。是日餐湯係周打蜆湯,除左蜆肉之外仲加入左洋蔥同三色椒,三色椒經過處理只剩甜味,冇左我最怕嘅苦味同草青味,湯質地creamy,配埋熱辣辣香草包一齊飲幾唔錯。意大利手卷意粉伴野菌、辣肉腸及巴馬臣芝士野菌有幾種,所以菇菌味道多元化,意大利手卷意粉幾有咬口,芝士份量岩岩好,加入香味之餘唔會太滯。甜品又令我地選擇困難,一人揀左一個,後來發現兩款都好有視覺效果!檸檬意大利軟芝士泡沫伴草莓雪芭一上檯我地即刻嘩一聲,好有仙氣,檸檬意大利軟芝士泡沫口感輕滑,好似食芝士蛋糕嘅light版,草莓雪芭有香濃新鮮草莓味,仲配上幾塊草莓蛋白脆增加層次感,呢個甜品我地好滿意,就算已經食到好飽都可以照叫,兩個人share一個唔會太飽,又睇得又食得。火焰朱古力球店員先將甜酒點火,一淋落去朱古力慢慢溶化,入面嘅雲尼拿雪糕同埋brownie蛋糕漸漸浮現。用上黑朱古力,甜度岩岩好,加入酒令朱古力更濃郁,雲尼拿雪糕係有雲尼拿籽架,間中可以食下伴碟嘅野莓清一清味蕾。呢度嘅甜品真係出色又有趣,有驚喜。呢度亦有為French May而設嘅特別menu。 continue reading

今日同朋友慶祝生日。揀咗呢度因為OpenRice好多好評,這裏景觀無敵,居高臨下,落地玻璃,可說是煩囂的旺角的靜中帶旺,環境優美的一個好地方。我們點了一些食物一齊share. 朋友愛好牛扒所以叫了《香煎美國頂級安格斯西冷扒》。牛扒肉質鮮嫩多汁。油分充足。肉味濃郁,非常juicy. 牛扒上佈滿炭燒痕跡特別香口。質素高。我個人尤其喜歡此道菜。《燒原隻慢煮墨西哥春雞》由於是慢煮,春雞肉質特別嫩滑,不會太乾或太鞋。味道原汁原味,只要輕輕落晒調味料已經有很不錯的味道!《虎蝦意大利飯伴龍蝦牛油汁》虎蝦香煎兩面,非常香口,肉質彈牙爽口,很好吃。龍蝦牛油汁非常濃郁,很香龍蝦味亦很creamy。意大利飯軟硬適中煮得剛好,咬落去煙煙un un 口感十足,朋友對此菜式讚不絕口。《香煎帶子闊條麵伴煙紅椒汁》雖然只有三粒帶子,但是十分大粒,而且十分新鮮。略為醃過再煎香兩邊,味道十分鮮甜可口。闊條麵處理得剛好。麵質彈牙不會太淋。個紅椒汁很creamy,另外有大量菇菌,口感十分豐富。整體來說質素頗高。 continue reading

朋友話呢間餐廳唔錯,我見6:00pm過去有5折,就去食餐廳環境還可以啦~ 有個無敵市景不過我6:00pm去到坐低,個西斜真係晒到我背脊有啲滾。。。講番正題,食物:Sky of Blue: 要咗杯Cocktail,因為見到餐牌上佢藍色,上面有一層雪白既忌廉,好襯個無敵景觀,點知一上枱,好失望啊... 忌廉太多,藍色得1cm左右... 名不副實囉... 飲落,oh dear,好大陣椰子葯水味,唔好飲囉濃郁奶油蠔湯拌魚子醬:呢個湯係全餐最出色既,香香濃濃,食得出有蠔味,真材實料法式薯條:就係薯條囉... 我睇錯餐牌,以為係松露薯條,但點解食落一啲松露味都無呢?睇番餐牌,有松露既係薯蓉,薯條係普通薯條... 攪錯晒... 個薯條炸得夠脆,不過唔夠咸,落多少少淮鹽會好食啲意大利生牛肉刺身片伴火箭菜沙律:啲生牛肉好新鮮既,但問題係,啲火箭菜沙律去咗邊?問個侍應,佢話面果啲係,我話,面果啲係菜苗,唔係火箭菜,跟住佢問完又話火箭菜賣晒,所以改咗放菜苗... 唉... 咁你又唔o係落單果陣同我講?我點呢道菜,就係想有火箭菜沙律啫... 英文明明寫住係 Beef Carpaccio and Rocket Salad (詳名見圖),正常人一睇就以為係有好多火箭菜,多到可以叫做沙律啦,係米?點知比幾條菜苗hea我...田園沙律:因為無火箭菜沙律,叫多咗個田園沙律,都話我要食菜架啦我個人好公道既,雖然個火箭菜呃鬼咗我,但我唔會因此寫衰佢,呢個田園沙律係好唔錯,菜好新鮮,最正係落咗啲切成絲既杏甫乾,加咗少少甜味入個沙律度,畫龍點睛香煎美國頂級安格斯西冷扒:個賣相好一般,啲配菜都好一般,啲青黃瓜有少少苦味,個扒無加sauce;塊扒呢,2百幾蚊貨仔黎講算ok,一定唔係頂級貨,但都唔差總結:因為我有半價,食物除飲品外有半價,埋單$530兩個人,呢個價錢既話,性價比算高,比起一啲餐廳定價$300一個既set dinner好;不過呢,如果無半價,我就覺得好把鬼了,果然,食野除左色香味,仲要計埋性價比 continue reading

旺角選擇實在有太多,但要食到高質又經濟實惠既都係要自己荷包縮下水交過學費先知,今日食呢間價錢唔算平,所以幾期待食物質素。餐廳內外雖然係對住樓景唔係海景,但因為夠高,景觀都好開揚,有自然光透入好舒服,而入夜因為望岀去五光十色又別有一番風味。食物選擇選擇十分之多,Dinner Set上面既食物未見可以單點,所以一定要點Dinner Set先品嚐到,今日想鋸下扒,但又唔係好肚餓,就唔揀set。另外仲有一部平板電腦係Drinks menu,十分多選擇,仲好多造型十分精緻既特飲添。香煎美國頂級安格斯西冷扒 $288要左五成熟,不過師傅有少許控制火候控制得唔好,遠遠超過咗五成,兩邊煎至較燶,但幸好食落去冇礙味道。牛味濃郁之餘,縱使西冷扒煎得比較熟,但每一口都有肉汁擴散係口中,唔會有渣,有點岀乎意料之外。香煎帶子寬條麵伴煙紅椒汁 $188由於唔係好肚餓,唔想點兩份肉類,就叫左一款意粉,食物上枱速度都算快,比預期中大份,帶子有三粒,粒粒都有五蚊銀咁大,外面煎至少少硬身,而內裡好爽口,亦帶清甜味道,寬條麵十分掛汁,唔知係咪有加淡忌廉/奶落去同煙紅椒粉一齊煮成汁,煙紅椒汁十分creamy,如果怕膩,兩個人share一碟就岩岩好。雖然只係試左兩款主菜,未有試其他小食/前菜,又或者飲品,不過都算有驚喜,食物味道、賣相都有講究而且用心,雖然安格斯西冷煮得過左龍,幸好味道搭夠,今次同朋友前來,相信下次會再帶女朋友黎試試其他食物,相幾想試下佢啲特飲。 continue reading
