之前同朋友傾起話大家都連續番左咁多個月工,係時候好好獎勵下自己,所以就約左黎呢度食番餐好既餐廳位於大廈頂層25樓,踏出𨋢門左方係成塊落地玻璃,可以眺望到大半個旺角、深水埗區既景色望住個咁開揚既景食飯覺得特別放鬆可能因為有book同埋早到既關係,有得坐窗邊位,好好彩~食住飯睇日落真係好chill,入黑之後店內氣氛唔同晒,天花板鋪滿燈飾成個星空咁,氣氛變得十分浪漫-呢度食物水準好高,雖然晚餐價錢中上,但個人認為係值得既食物選擇眾多,有選擇困難症既我地揀左成三個字先決定到食咩:‘(同埋呢度有得食生蠔~-煙三文魚沙拉上第一道菜已經同朋友一齊wow左聲佢既擺盤特別用心,廚師用多塊煙三文魚砌左朵玫瑰花出黎,沙拉菜就放左係朵花下方,外圍再用薄切青瓜包左下,成個presentation好工整、artistic除左個樣好掂之外,食材都十分新鮮,抵讚!-虎蝦義大利飯伴龍蝦牛油汁義大利飯醬汁帶有十分濃郁既大蝦味,醬汁做得好creamy,好惹味如果大蝦有多幾隻就好啦🥺佢個size好大、做得好彈牙又燒得好香最鍾意係係大蝦下面既risotto,因為d 大蝦醬汁超級可口,mix埋d risotto醬汁真係好鬼正- 義大利手卷意粉伴野菌、辣肉腸及巴馬臣芝士上網查先知道呢隻義大利麵叫做“Strozzapretti”,中文叫做掐死麵係源於義大利既一個大區Strozzapretti,起源十分有趣(Copy from web)“這種麵的起源有著許多的傳說:一說是古羅馬馬涅地方的婦女做麵給教士來抵扣部份地租,她們的丈夫見到腦滿腸肥的神父吃自己妻子做的麵就生氣,恨不得把他們都掐死;也有一說是這種麵形狀像是扭乾的毛巾,可以用來勒死神父。總之就是反教會人士發明出來的料理。”入番正題先,意粉面質厚實有好香既蛋黃麵粉味道辣肉腸質素很不錯,佢濃烈既鹹香風味令我唸番起之前去外國食到既個d腸仔味haha醬汁偏酸十分可口,食落會有仲上癮既感覺,真係會食到唔停口!!-檸檬蛋白脆炸彈呢餐我同朋友票選既No.1都係呢個甜品佢好得意架,上菜既時候仲附上埋個鎚仔比你dup難黎食(有d核突請見諒:P)外科硬身甜度高但放入口後會瞬間融化,有d似食緊棉花糖既感覺入面又有分兩層,上層係酸酸甜甜balance得剛剛好既蛋白泡層而舖係下面既係d 酸度較高既mixture,食家朋友話似係檸檬,蛋黃同糖既mix-整體黎講,雖然價錢偏貴但係個人認為係真係值得比既呢度環境很不錯,d食物又做得十分用心有水準,遲d有節日聚餐想食好d既時候都會想番黎呢度食多次! continue reading

今日小編同朋友放假,我哋去咗旺角行街,朋友帶咗我上嚟食,嘩呢間餐廳好靚呀,可以望到香港滿滿嘅高樓大廈,縱橫交錯嘅街道,咁靚咁舒服嘅環境好chill呀😍。而且餐廳嘅廚房係開放式,可以望住廚師整嘢食,同埋可以望住調酒師調酒👍🏻。🍽頭盤我地食左Buffalo Mozzarella Tomato salad$138,蕃茄好新鮮,水牛芝士亦唔會太鹹,Parma Ham 肉質嫩滑,肥瘦適中,上面配上橄欖油同埋鹽粒,再加上羅勒葉👍🏻,聽講呢道菜嘅綠白紅三隻色係代表意大利🇮🇹。Crispy fried chicken$98炸雞我就食得多,而佢哋最特別嘅就係墨汁炸醬整既炸雞,真係第一次試呀,好新穎有創意,另外金黃色嘅炸雞係用咗啤酒醬造成既,雞炸得好酥脆,而且入邊肉質嫩滑👍🏻。Oyster soup$90蠔湯拌魚子醬,忌廉打到好滑,湯好濃郁,海鮮味道好鮮甜,配上牛油麵包👍🏻,好鐘意呀🥰👍🏻。到左主菜 我地叫左Iberico pork chop(2pcs)$358,黑毛豬肉質外脆嫩滑,係用左慢煮既方便去烹調,以面頭兩邊都煎得好脆,底下有啲牛肝菌同埋鮮菌炒埋一齊👍🏻😋。而另外我哋叫咗Asparagus kimchi pasta$158呢道菜好新穎,好fusion,將泡菜混入西餐,有幾夾喎,意粉夠晒「 al dente」,好鍾意呀,喺香港好少餐廳可以做到👍🏻👍🏻。最後我哋甜品叫咗Lava Cheese tart$68個塔嘅餡料係流心芝士,好好味,個Tart皮都焗得岩岩好。另外,仲有一個雪芭雪糕,簡直係甜入心,甜品控必食😍😍。Bay Breeze$98有檸檬同青檸既味道,再加上Gin,感覺好清新好Fresh😆。Lavender Garden$88紫色嘅薰衣草,味道酸酸甜甜,而且充滿花香,好有獨特風味😛。另外,只要起Happy Hour時段嚟到,飲品就可以享有八折優惠😎😆。 continue reading

Sky726這個名稱一看而知是在高層有景觀的餐廳,726 是甚麼呢? 原來是街號,這家在彌敦道724- 726號的樓上餐廳,名字很易記啊! 果然是居高臨下,一排寬濶的落地玻璃窗,相當開揚。倚窗邊吃邊看街景,欣賞都會夜色,心情特别舒暢!主打法國菜,餐牌的食物選擇不少,頭盤、沙律、主菜、甜品、飲品等。散點主菜 $188-348,晚餐 $428-568 ,點了套餐,主菜是慢煮羊西冷$498。Set Dinner (小食、沙律、湯、主菜、甜品、咖啡或菜。)  精緻小吃 - 鵝肝醬水餅~ 將鵝肝醬唧成花在香脆的餅乾上,味道很夾,拿起才看到下面鋪了苜宿芽,細緻位都很認真。 龍蝦肉沙律 ~ 沙律只是一小碗,但龍蝦肉不少,鮮甜而啖啖肉。生菜、紫椰菜、車厘茄都很新鮮,麵包粒夠香脆。自家製沙律汁有淡淡柚子味,略輕手了,放多點更好。 牛油麵包~ 麵包鬆軟,配咸味牛油,不錯。 是日餐湯 - 甘筍湯~ 橙黃色的甘荀湯,賣相已很醒胃,香滑濃郁,十分美味。 主菜- 慢煮羊西冷伴手指薯~西冷部位的紐西蘭羊架慢煮,熟度恰到好處,軟嫩多汁,緋紅的肉質夾著潤滑的羊脂,齒頰留香。手指薯粉腍綿密,連皮焗甘香可口。蕎頭托底,伴以番茄乾、甘荀汁、黑醋汁,酸酸甜甜,與羊味相當配合。 慢煮羊切成三大卷,擺盤精緻獨特,從外觀至內在都一絲不苟,回味無窮,記憶猶新,超贊! 甜品 - 杏桃撻~ 口感幼滑,清甜帶杏桃果香,味覺有幸福感。 咖啡或茶~室內燈光柔和昏黃,天花以小燈泡裝/飾點綴,營造了點點像聖節的歡樂氣氛,餐枱上放了水晶蠟蠋座,映襯著迷人的都會夜色。牆上畫滿顏色對比強烈的牆畫,連電梯門也畫了鮮黄色的巨型羽翼,型格帶點浪漫,下次打算與另一半再來吃飯! 地址: 旺角彌敦道724-726號25樓 +852-  23903889 continue reading

這餐廳我都已去過三次,奶油蠔湯非常有蠔味,令口腔滿有蠔的味道,每次我都會order都唔夠喉。慢煮黑豚豬有驚喜,好味👍,牛扒也煮得好食,意粉也用心煮,如果甜品可以增加一些蛋糕或梳乎厘就更加好。由於疫情,所以餐廳於十點鐘要關門就有點趕,因為近期限聚令關係,幾個朋友相聚食飯已經非常少,如果可以坐夜D先走,就不用急住食甜品,可以坐多一回才order ,不需要食到太飽後離開。餐廳整體來說食物都係很好味值得推介比大家。👏🏻 continue reading
