鄰近旺角道及彌敦道交界的插針式建築物,地點方便,旺角站一出過對面就到。餐廳是在頂樓,一開門就已經是餐廳。就快到Halloween,餐廳都出了個Halloween menu,據說套餐是每個月都會更新。點了一個香煎慢煮牛肩胛,因為在OpenRice 一早訂枱,所以有八折優惠,就算唔記得都唔緊要,即時like fb,都可以享受這個優惠。小食是泡沫磨菇撻,細細件約五蚊銀大少少,一啖都吞左落肚,磨菇味濃郁,撻皮很香鬆脆。南瓜羊奶芝士菠菜沙律份量很多,菠菜有點鞋口,羊奶芝士味道濃郁,還有幾粒麵包槺,羊奶芝士簡直係整個沙律的靈魂。燒胡桃南瓜濃湯的南瓜香甜,帶點胡桃的苦澀味,味道清新。主菜牛肩胛共有七小片,色澤帶點鮮紅,表面煎得焦香,牛肉味濃郁,肉質嫩腍,看似比較生,但一點血水都無,師傅火喉控制準確。另外牛肩胛下面還舖了點薯蓉,奶味比較重。甜品是法式香濃65度朱古力撻,初時以為旁邊的是雪糕,原來是朱古力慕絲,應該是落了很多牛油,所以又軟又滑,而且有朱古力的苦澀味,另外朱古力撻裏面的朱古力醬比較甜,整個甜品甜度十足,喜歡朱古力既朋友可能會鍾意,但我個人唔太喜歡食朱古力,而且食完好飽滯。飲品點了杯Very Berry,有菠蘿疏打、草莓、藍莓等多款雜攪成,色澤鮮艷,味道有濃郁的雜莓香味,甜中帶酸。總括而言,牛肩胛絕對是必食之選,晚餐都幾較貴,正貴要四百多元,好彩有去openrice做定 research,訂枱有8折優惠,條數即時唔同哂。 continue reading

老公也算待我不薄,久不久也會和我去一些高級餐廳浪漫一番今天就和我去彌敦道的Sky 726,說餐廳有落地大玻璃,環境非常優雅想不到才10月頭餐廳就已經佈置成萬聖節主題,確實有點驚訝呢由於餐廳是全大廈最高的25樓,所以落地大玻璃可以看到非常開陽的景觀。既然餐廳都布置成萬聖節主題,我們當然要選萬聖節套餐應節一下,最終選了兩個套餐分別是魚類和豬類。先來餐前精美小食,雜菇撻。撻的表面有一些泡泡,充滿萬聖節的感覺!撥開泡泡後可以看見有一些小雜菇放在薄薄脆脆的撻皮上。淡淡的菇香配上脆脆的口感,感覺很有趣雖然只是普通的小餐包但是奉客的時候是熱辣辣的,感覺就好像剛剛焗好一樣,誠意滿分接着便是我最愛的燒胡桃南瓜濃湯登場口感有着忌廉般的棉滑而且南瓜味十分香濃南瓜羊奶芝士菠菜沙律,雖然只是輕輕用了芝士粉作調味但是吃沙律就是要新鮮和清淡,所以新鮮的菠菜和南瓜便已經足夠值得拿滿分💯老公選了真空慢煮燒西班牙燒乳豬,乳豬的外皮烤得非常脆,不是鬆脆而是薄薄的那種脆片的脆!燒乳豬的脆脆外皮下有着嫩滑的肉肉,由於是慢煮的關係所以能夠保持着肉汁和油脂,非常香口而且惹味吃過一道紅肉,當然要點一道白肉來平衡一下,所以另一個套餐我選了香煎多利魚。多利魚是連着薄薄的一片魚皮來一起煎的,所以可以做到<魚皮煎得香脆,魚肉嫩滑>效果。沒有嘩眾取寵的調味味,只是輕輕用鹽調味一下就已經足以令到整道魚的味道層次更為豐富飲品方面,作為莓控的我當然選擇Very Berry!果然沒有令我失望,香甜的莓汁雪得冰凍再加上一點點薄荷葉和新鮮莓肉蓉,感覺清新甜美老公則點了cookie n cream。這杯屬於酒精類,因為除了有傳統的Cookie n cream外還加了咖啡百利酒。老公非常滿意最後甜品是朱古力Mousse和朱古力撻。軟滑的mousse和撻的餡料有着對比的口感,同樣是朱古力味十分香濃,而且味道不算過甜,為這份浪漫的晚餐甜美作結最後結帳的時候才知道,只要到sky726的Facebook like and share就可以獲得八折優惠,而且在Happy Hour時段飲品同樣八折優惠,有興趣的朋友緊記要取盡這兩項優惠喔 continue reading

最近工作非常忙碌,差唔多晚晚都要加班。加上公司成日追數,令到我有d透唔到氣。好耐都未試過出去食餐開開心心嘅飯。老友見我最近好耐都冇出嚟食飯。佢話今晚帶我去一個,浪漫極致嘅餐廳。佢話哩間樓上餐廳,環境好優雅,而且有落地大玻璃,可以俾你睇到出邊攝人嘅風景。佢仲話因為臨近萬聖節,哩間餐廳仲特別位客人炮製一啲專為萬聖節而設嘅特飲哩間餐廳真係帶俾人一種好特別嘅感覺,而且佢嘅環境真係令人好深刻嘅印象。佢地會播住一啲時代嘅音樂。但系個環境又比你覺得好浪漫極致。尤其是一對情侶黎談談心....都系一種特別嘅氣氛。正如我朋友話齋,佢地個落地大玻璃,真係可以俾你睇到成個旺角嘅景致,加上你坐喺窗邊嘅位置,每一張台都會有一個點燃起嘅蠟燭.....就好似一顆晶瑩通透嘅鑽石,帶有光輝系你面前閃閃發光哩種感覺真系好舒服而且佢地嘅環境會搞到有少少昏暗,再加上一啲黃黃嘅燈光令到你有一種好和諧嘅感覺。當你同朋友嚟到呢度嘅時候,都會有一種好想暢所欲言嘅心情而且情侶黎談心都會令到你有一種浪漫嘅遐想。以上就有一個專為萬聖節特別而設嘅晚餐。頭盤當然唔少得一個香草麵包。再嚟一個酥皮蘑菇橽呢兩個湯真系好好飲。上面係..!燒糊桃南瓜濃湯...下面就系..燒番茄大茴香雞絲是濃湯...兩個湯嘅味道都非常濃郁然後再嚟多個...南瓜羊奶芝士菠菜沙律...哩個沙律非常特別...我都未試過生食菠菜,但原來生食菠菜都有一種好軟熟嘅感覺....加埋羊奶芝士味道啱啱好恰到好處之後嚟多個...蒜片橄欖油虎蝦....哩個虎蝦特別之處不單止佢每只都大大只...而且肉質更加彈牙爽口...連我自己都忍唔住食左四隻到尼一個主菜真系好味到不得了....佢就系...香煎多利魚配葉菜泡沫...肉質鮮嫩而且啖啖肉對鍾意食魚嘅客人嚟講系一個非常特別嘅選擇...而且佢仲用好多細細朵嘅什菌伴碟....再加埋一顆特別嘅大菜苗.....令你覺得有一食再食嘅感覺到最後一個主菜...義大利手卷意粉伴野菌辣肉腸及巴馬臣芝士....淨係聽個名都知勁野佢哋用呢隻意粉囗感非常特別....喺一般餐廳都好難搵到....食落去好有口感而且好彈牙令到你有非常飽肚嘅感覺再嚟兩杯萬聖節特飲到最後甜品時間....上面嗰款好味都不在話下...下面嗰款對喜歡食朱古力嘅客人嚟講係一個必然嘅必定選擇....佢個名叫做....法式香濃65度朱古力撻....淨係睇佢個濃旭度....已經流哂口水最後埋單走人....原來出面已經坐滿人喇 continue reading

每逢週末假期也會約好友出外吃頓飯,好好享受假期的美好時光,為方便大家交通,所以相約在旺角區吃午餐,慢慢享用午餐,一邊聊天,時間充裕得多,早兩天來了這家西餐廳吃午飯,朋友之前來吃過晚餐,不斷讚賞菜式味道不錯,所以毫不猶豫就來嚐一下午餐質素是否也讚不絕口我們一點左右到了,人客並不多,所以很順利入座和安排在窗旁位置,有陽光的照射下格外和暖又精神。由於快到萬聖節,餐廳以萬聖節主題作佈置,日光下亦有神秘的氣氛包圍著早餐還沒吃的我們,已經海鮮癮發作,點了兩款生蠔各三隻,分別是愛爾蘭和紐西蘭,一送上後,六隻生蠔排好在冰盤上,切件的檸檬放在大夾子中,利用夾子擠檸檬汁在蠔上兩款生蠔入口鮮甜十足,蠔味濃郁帶忌廉口感,咀嚼時金屬味不斷滲進喉中,完全沒苦味,很好味,另附了洋蔥椒粒橄欖油配吃,令味道更清新自然,是開胃的"頭盤早餐"吃完生蠔,餐湯、沙律和麵包熱呼呼的送上,是日是周打蜆湯,湯中有很多紅椒黃椒粒,而且蜆肉份量非常多,鮮甜肉厚,喝的時候有陣陣的香椒味道,濃郁香滑。柚子醋沙律吃起來味道相當清新可口,最驚喜的是麵包有烘熱過,很香小麥籽的味道,軟熟口感,配湯吃完美到了主菜上場,吃西餐很難避免不點英式早餐配炒蛋,當中有炒滑蛋、雞肉腸、煙肉、雜菌、車厘茄、焗豆和脆多士平常吃的焗豆一般都是暖,想不到這裡的是熱呼呼出煙的,煙肉亦比平常吃到的更重煙燻味和厚實,雞肉腸煎得外皮脆口,入口濃郁不會過分鹹,炒蛋吃起來嫩滑蛋味香,是真材實料沒有加稀煮成,配一口爽滑雜菌很滿足另一道主菜是手打和牛漢堡,和牛是用了肉眼牛肉製成,漢堡包烘得挺酥脆,手打和牛果然出色,咬的時候有肉汁湧出,肉味濃郁,配有甜醋洋蔥、芝士、蕃茄和薯條,薯條炸得香脆可口,薯仔味道非常強烈,好吃喔吃到飽飽,怎少了喝杯飲料,我點了這杯色彩繽紛的Coco tail,賣相相當可人,是用了新鮮香橙、菠蘿榨汁再加入椰奶、車厘子糖水和雪碧調製而成,水果味道格外清新,有解膩的感覺,入口時有陣陣椰香,想不到兩種味道合二為一會有出奇美味效果我朋友點了這杯可愛趣緻的Choco chip,當中包含朱古力粉、濃朱古漿、牛奶、朱古力碎和忌廉沖製而成,朱古力味十足,喝起來不會太甜,喝完心情也份外開心整體而言,由頭盤到飲料都相當有水準,吃得出選用的食材有質素及廚師對烹調有要求,店員服務亦很友善,仔細回答我們的問題及解說,在旺角區的西餐廳來說可算是數一數二,現在原來也推出了單點飲品和單一帳單滿四百元就即可享有七折優惠,的確是性價比高的西餐廳 continue reading
