今次嚟到Sky726搵食! 一直以爲旺角只是得一些頹頹餐廳~原來彌敦道726號有一棟新式大廈~內有大量餐廳!Sky726位於大廈頂層的25樓~店內裝修簡潔~店中間是調酒區~窗外是旺角的矮房子和繁忙的街道~除了大menu~也有set menu~田園沙律($128)這個沙律調味的醬汁不多~味道最濃的是松子~另外有火箭菜、蘑菇、風乾蕃茄等~而醬汁則是黑醋~但份量不多~不過因松子很多~吃下去很香口~又脆卜卜~是全新感覺的沙律!Frozen  Berry  Punch ($70)一向喜歡莓類~這杯Frozen Berry Punch有Homemade Raspberry Purée、Blueberry、Strawberry 、fresh Pineapple juice & Orange juice、with a dash of Lemon非常色彩鮮豔~看到已經想一口氣喝光!因為是沙冰狀~非常透心涼~而且都是真材實料~即使溶掉也不會太淡~味道酸中帶甜~開了胃口去迎接其他菜式!焦糖低溫浸鵝肝($158)份量較少~但超級無敵好味道!因為鵝肝被焦糖包裹~表面是脆脆的焦糖!再加上廚師淋了一些草莓汁~整片鵝肝酸甜得來又不會掩蓋鵝肝的鮮味~而且完全沒油膩感!全力推介的小食!三文魚韃靼伴黑蒜辣根泡沫($168)韃靼就是把食材弄碎成一粒粒的狀態~這個是三文魚跟青瓜的組合~非常清爽~而且上面有三文魚子~更為豪華!而旁邊的泡沫由黑蒜跟辣根做成~辣根具有刺激鼻竇的香辣味道~跟wasabi相似~沾麵包粒食~perfect match!橄欖脆燒慢煮有機雞胸釀蟲草花($178)食雞胸肉最怕佢又乾又鞋~呢道菜色餐廳用慢煮的方法鎖住雞胸肉汁~保持肉質嫩滑~雞肉入面饟了蟲草花~味道濃郁口感爽滑而雞肉上面放了用芝士做的脆片~非常可口!香煎海鱸魚配牛油苦白菜($238)鱸魚的肉質嫩滑~魚味都好鮮濃~加上煎到香脆的魚皮~入口層次分明最重要係魚皮無鱗片!曾經試過其他餐廳的鱸魚~自以為煎到魚鱗都脆口~結果強差人意⋯牛油果醬、蘆筍和苦白菜都係清新口味作為伴碟唔會搶走主菜的鮮味~諗得周到!雲呢拿朱古力慕絲伴焦糖榛子($78)食甜品賣相要靚係基本野~呢個mousse cake都合格~黑白分明的雲呢拿同朱古力味道好濃好夾~其次係佢甜而不膩~成個食晒都冇問題!而我最欣賞的係面上好似四分音符的焦糖果仁~好食又有創意~值得欣賞喧鬧的旺角竟然有一間環境寧靜~食物可口的高層餐廳~可算是隱世高地呢!❤️而且仲有openrice 9折coupon~正! continue reading

726係旺角新食物地方之一,係旺中隔離,由朗豪坊行去10分鐘內,算係四通八達啦。好多餐廳擇,今日選左食西餐既Sky726希望有境欣賞下啦,哈哈。沙律$128希臘沙律有青瓜 洋蔥 蕃茄 Feta Cheese Olive,份量大及沙律菜非常新鮮,多Oliver oil都健康同去左菜既青味。芝士好cream配菜食好味,乾蕃茄比平時新鮮蕃茄實汁 無咁爆汁。洋蔥同青瓜就新鮮脆。前菜$188牛油白酒煮藍青口伴法式薯條,面上有辣肉腸。份量好多,好有法國食既感覺。青口每隻都有,足哂,有細 中size,都不錯多汁,特別係點底下既蕃茄汁。另外,薯條好炸同熱,有鹽 黑椒增味。配菜$98日式照雞搥好濃燒汁味,男仔可大口當一口肉,女仔斯文點幾口啦。雞肉好大肉同無雪味,雞皮好易去,雞肉有點雞鮮味。食完又係時候換碟,同時試下用青口薯條點燒汁,嘩,好味嫁!甜啲,無蕃茄醬既酸。主菜$328, $178煎慢煮紐西蘭煙燻薄荷羊架,配菜係奶味重的薯蓉汁,上面有層脆香葉。慢煮既羊肉食落無煎個種既熱氣,同非常林。可以好好享受件羊肉,同羊肉既肉汁,要再食,欣賞滿分。日本蜆蒜片辣椒乾天使麵係有少少辣引起味道多點。天使麵本身thin,Oliver oil令麵好厚味同滑口。峴肉多,全部無沙無腥味,多得蒜片香葉同埋蕃茄既功勞。而日本峴肉比中餐食既峴無咁爽但硬淨點。甜品$78雲呢拿朱古力慕絲伴焦糖榛子,2人share岩岩好。雲呢拿淡朱古力濃,match配搭,底仲有朱古力醬同餅碎,焦糖榛子似戲院炮谷味,錦上添花。飲品$98, $98Sky high係st.Germain Kwai Fee 荔枝 新鮮檸檬汁 蘋果汁 Blue Curacao 同自家雲呢拿foam,微微清爽喊,荔枝味重,冰冰涼涼。Bahama Mama係Don Julio Blanco Cointreau Kaffir Lime Leaves 薄荷葉 新鮮菠蘿汁 檸檬汁 青檸汁,整個感覺係泰國風情,好清新。薄荷葉同檸檬葉重味,開胃解飽呢。今餐好滿意,環境睇到都靚靚落地玻璃,店員好快手快腳幫我地,每菜都有換碟避免交叉味,食物質素好喔同上菜時序好順序,愉快的晚餐而又唔係食到急急腳。 continue reading

一年一度的老公生日終於來到,當然要帶佢去一個又有美景又有美食的地方渡過一個浪漫的晚上!63 °C Japanese egg (63度溫泉蛋配芝麻菜日本粟米)在滑溜溜嘅溫泉蛋黃之中,食到甜甜的日本粟米同埋鹹鹹地的煙肉,口感同味道都好多重層次,好特別。Salmon tarte (三文魚韃靼伴黑蒜辣根泡沫)喜歡食西餐嘅其中一個原因係佢哋會將食物陳切得好靚,好似眼前係一件藝術品咁樣,就好似碟面那個綠色的醬汁,好似一抺油彩連繫着三文魚他他同泡沫。細切的三文魚tarte,口感好軟滑,其中加入了黑蒜的調子,令到呢個tarte 精彩很多。Organic chicken breast (橄欖脆燒慢煮有機雞胸釀蟲草花)有機雞扒,之前同朋友食飯試過,係真係有別於平時的雞扒,雞肉特別嫩滑,而且雞味好香,切開可是想不到原來裏邊係釀着咁多蟲草花,呢度菜式可以巧妙地加入中式的食材,又冇違和感,好有創意!又好味又養生,拌埋佢嗰個甜甜地的醬汁一齊食,好滋味。Squid ink spaghetti (海膽香檳墨魚汁意大利麵)墨魚汁意粉俾我相中好味好多,首先個墨魚汁好夠味,雖然食到成口黑晒,但係個意粉好香墨汁味,而且煮得好chewy。上面仲有滑滑又香溜的海膽,拌埋意粉一齊食,更鮮美!Miso salmon (日式麵豉三文魚配魚高湯茄子)呢個慢煮三文魚我估佢真係煮得好慢,因為似乎熟透的外表,裏面的三文魚其實係幼滑到極點!魚高湯甜甜的,令三文魚的鮮甜點發揮到極致!下面的茄子將三文魚同埋湯的精華的吸收了,而且軟林林咁樣,好好味。Dark and Fluffy 充滿薄荷香的飲品,質感奶滑,上面仲有燒熔了的棉花糖,外觀十分之吸引!Cu Cu 好清新的味道!今餐飯食得好開心,雖然我哋都要趕住回家,因為老公第二日返早,但係佢好滿意我帶佢去呢間餐廳,因為覺得啲嘢食好精緻,地方好靚。而且價錢唔貴,我同佢講,下次就到佢請返我。 continue reading

一直有留意這餐廳,原因是覺得那裏的夜景很美,但一直以為餐廳在朗豪坊,因為以景色、格調來說,直覺覺得在旺角的話,只有朗豪坊內的餐廳才可做到。但餐廳原來位處工業貿易署隔離的大廈,有點意外,第一次到訪這大廈,發覺大部分都是餐廳,而sky 726則在頂樓。一出電梯已經是餐廳,正中間有一360度的BAR枱,餐廳則邊是有超大玻璃窗的廚房,客人都可清潔看到廚房內的一舉一動。餐廳播放著輕快的音樂,環境氣氛都令人很舒服。先來兩杯飲品,由於我不太飲酒精飲品,drink list內也有mocktail選擇,我的Frozen Berry Punch是比較生果味濃的,有很重的雜莓味,夾雜著粒粒莓籽,帶有少少橙汁味,酸酸甜甜是女生喜歡的味道。前菜是三文魚他他,將三文魚切粒再壓成撻型。上面特別加上數片青瓜,中和了三文魚的油膩感。63度日本溫泉蛋,其實就是半熟溫泉蛋,如果我是一個人吃,會將整個溫泉蛋一啖放入囗,但跟朋友一起就要分享了,先刺穿溫泉蛋後,將蛋汁和煙肉混和一起吃。加了蛋汁的煙肉入口更滑。再來餐湯,一個雜菌湯,一個蠔湯,蠔湯的蠔味十級強烈,喜歡蠔的應該會大愛。蜆肉天使麵,比較清,不是有很多醬汁那種,但可以突出蜆肉的清甜。羊架,可能是慢煮關係,肉質好林好嫩,未食過這麼嫩的羊架,約四-五成熟,無血水,可以看到肉仍是嫩紅色。 continue reading

相知同阿媽喺旺角食咗一間都幾好食嘅西餐,今日上嚟打篇食評分享一下。餐廳叫做Sky726,喺彌敦道726號大廈頂樓。餐廳嘅位置其實係同區最高啦,所以窗外可以望到旺角區嘅景色,餐廳入面有沙發位亦都有高枱,我哋坐低左之後就睇睇餐牌,原來都幾多嘢食。煙三文魚沙律$118賣相好精緻,好似一朵玫瑰花咁樣,而且煙三文魚嘅份量好夠多,食落都覺得新鮮。青蒜馬鈴薯濃湯$85蕃茄濃湯$85以湯來講呢個價錢有啲小貴,不過個湯都好濃郁,亦都唔會話好鹹味道啱啱好,有時仲食到裏面嘅材料。燒慢煮麵豉三文魚$186彈珠嘅關係,三文魚食粒非常幼滑,麵豉醬甜甜地,同三文魚出奇咁夾,三文魚份量夠多,兩個人食到好夠。法式鴨腿$188鴨腿都算係法國嘅傳統菜式,今次叫咗黎試吓,鴨腿肉非常幼嫩,好容易切,而且炆得好琳,入口即溶,醬汁亦都好夾,味道啱啱好唔會太咸。另外仲叫左兩杯mocktail飲,呢度嘅嘢飲選擇都唔少,款式都新穎,而且用新鮮嘅生果製作,唔會話味道非常人工。兩個人差唔多食咗$900 ,旺角食呢個價位唔算平,不過食物質素都OK。 continue reading
