To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年我都去這裡2至3次飲茶,因為地點對住在不同地方的朋友而言,都算係方便。咁多年以來,覺得這裡點心的水準一直維持得幾好。唔會令人食到有好味到曉飛天,但樣樣都算幾好食,點心種類都算有幾多選擇。服務方面,同其他街酒樓一樣都係唔會好夠人,但都算ok,未至於叫天不應,叫地不聞,而且態度亦幾好。

今日Lunch好想去飲茶就約兩位同事一齊去呢間位置上環的星月樓啦開頭都擔心無book位會唔會等好耐,好彩完全唔洗等位仲要有好多位,開心有好多野都想食,我地三個人一共叫左8樣野食haha 最後緊係食唔洗要打包啦好啦,當日我地叫左: 咸水角, 椒鹽炸魷魚酥, 雞絲粉皮, 鳳爪, 蒸排骨, 牛肚, 腸粉同家鄉炒火粉我覺得炸魷魚酥唔夠味, 雞絲粉皮唔太好食, 其他都正常如果平日想飲茶又無book到枱,呢間的確係唔錯既選擇

在繁忙的上環,星月樓以多樣化的點心和合理的價格吸引著不少食客。這次的午餐體驗令我期待已久。我們點了多款招牌點心,蘿蔔千絲酥外皮酥脆,內裡則是細緻的蘿蔔絲,口感層次分明;燒排骨肉質鮮嫩,醬汁入味,肉與骨的結合恰到好處;栗子餃皮薄而透亮,內餡的栗子清甜可口,不過略嫌味道偏淡;鮮蝦翡翠餃的蝦仁十分新鮮,餃皮厚薄適中,色香味俱全;黑椒金錢肚味恰到好處,口感亦不會像其他地方的過硬;椰香核桃包外皮柔軟,內裡的椰香味與核桃出奇地夾;春風得意腸腸粉滑嫩,伴隨著炸米網及鮮蝦,味覺及口感都很豐富;白灼芥蘭選用較嫩的部份,不會因價錢便宜而將貨就價;五穀什糧糕口感細膩,本來以為是煙韌的口感,但出來的效果是軟滑的,也很不錯。在我們用餐過程中,發生了一個小插曲。原本點的五穀什糧糕誤被送上了三星燒賣。店員發現後,立刻主動跟進,並迅速將五穀什糧糕重新蒸好送到我們桌上。這樣的服務態度讓我們感到十分滿意,為用餐體驗增添了不少分數。今次的午餐體驗十分愉快,多樣化的點心選擇、合理的價格以及優質的服務,都是這家餐廳的亮點。無論是與朋友聚餐還是家庭聚會,這裡都是一個不容錯過的好地方。期待下次再來品嚐更多美味的點心!蘿蔔千絲酥燒排骨栗子餃椰香核桃包鮮蝦翡翠餃黑椒金錢肚春風得意腸白灼芥蘭五穀什糧糕

好差服務,我地10人,要求幾碟辣椒醬,職員不肯給辣椒醬,說衹可2碟,要加收費,要求加水黑面,經理不在管理服務,衹對熟客友善(相信因為快會收會議新年利是),..香港多幾間這樣垃圾的服務的樓,真是拖誇旅遊業

本身同一位女侍應講一個「甜酸醬咕嚕肉」,之後佢幫我哋落咗「脆皮金薯咕嚕肉」,之後同佢哋講出錯咗,之後佢哋話「冇辦法,廚房出咗,彈返轉頭會比廚房鬧」,咁客人呢?最後我哋要自己食。。。我都係做餐飲,伙伴落錯,應該係自己孭飛。FYI:有位外國朋友過嚟,想帶佢嚟試吓香港酒樓嘅特色小炒,點知。。。完全試唔到,失望。
