絕跡寫食評一段時間，有好多都未分享，現在補回新年前既年夜飯。今次係去運輸公司既年夜飯，每年都係海鮮餐，海鮮都係酒樓供應的，唔需要喺出面海鮮檔再買，當然可以另買海鮮加工，適隨專便。第一道先嚟個招牌燒鵝，太失望了，實在太肥太肥，食咗2舊都唔想再食，有待改善。第二道，豉油王爆大蝦🍤，蝦大大隻，有膏，食落仲爽脆。第三道，蒸魚🐠，時間蒸得啱啱好。第四道，上湯龍蝦🦞，啖啖肉, 足料第五道，冰鎮鮑魚，驚喜之作，一D都唔韌，加埋個醬汁仲好野味。第六道，酥炸生蠔，就咁食又得，包生菜亦得，唔同風味。第七道，蟶子，通常食開都係豉椒炒，喱個做法又有另一番風味。第八道，小炒王，相當足料，好多象拔蚌，飲啤酒之選。第九道，海鮮炒飯，越簡單既菜越難做，炒得粒粒分明，但實在太飽了,，要打包。第十道，壽包，完美落幕 continue reading
