好似好多韓國遊客黎食要等位 入面坐得較逼點單寫紙揀咗小鍋米線 (有湯)因為驚涼拌好伏自選配料 要咗腐竹($6) 蟹柳($6) 蟹籽包($7)走辣 全走😂份量方面 佢啲配料較少 丸得2粒 蟹柳1切3 唯獨腐竹多所以建議至少叫2隻餸但係麵份量足夠味道方面湯底勁勁勁鹹!!!第一啖已經覺鹹然後如果你揀咗酸一定會嫌佢酸但係麵質好好食 少少彈牙 韌韌地👍🏻睇樣有啲似意大利粉添😂配料就一般般啦埋單$47 都抵食嘅只要能夠調好湯底鹹度/酸度就好啦 continue reading

我都已經有好耐冇食過星林居啦。因為我依家成日都去食米線陣。所以尋日經開就走咗入去食啦。首先真係一定要講佢衛生環境係差咗好多嘅。我一入到去搵咗個位坐,佢成地都係竹筷子嗰啲套。唯一不變嘅係佢嘅餐單落單嗰張,價錢都依然係平民價錢👍面嚟到,我覺得佢啲面嘅份量少咗好多。我食完都唔夠飽要走去買其他小食🥺🥺而我覺得佢唯一仲可以吸引我嘅地方係佢非常酸係好啱我胃口,因為我係好鍾意食酸野嘅人。以佢嘅酸係其他米線鋪頭做唔到嘅🙆🏻‍♀️總括嚟講 分量少左 continue reading

最近去了尖沙咀星林居食小煱米線,這次是第一次的光顧。餐牌上除了中文和英文外,還有韓文,聽聞之前有個韓國you tuber 嚟食過,還在網上推介,從此就吸引了很多韓國人光顧。是次光顅剛巧坐在鄰座也是韓國人。這裏地方不大,而且有啲迫夾感,頗有小店的感覺,這裏要求每個客人必須光顧一樣食品。雞翼、麵筋小鍋米線生莱、肥牛小鍋米線每款米線均包括上湯,酸菜、韮菜和芽菜,而辣度也可自由選擇。個人覺得米線又偏淋身,湯底味道太濃,而且過醎,食完比較口渴!奇怪的是走時竟然有人排隊入座,可能是網路效應罷! continue reading

下場之前, 碌下手機睇下之前雜誌抄低影低嘅美食,就決定咗去不少雜誌都都推介星林居酸辣米線小鍋米線底價好平只係28蚊,不過個加一個餸就最低消費12蚊,婆仔數計下,其他酸辣米線都係7-8蚊一個餸 ,其實真係比其他舖頭貴好多因為有下場,所以點咗個小米線(減量)+魚皮餃提提你係冇得平㗎。我叫咗魚皮餃, 小辣普通酸 $40等食嘅途中望下四圍先好多人入嚟食嘅都係拎住部手機左lok右lok,我估係因為尖沙咀麻辣唔多,同埋星林居宣傳都做得好足夠,雜誌推介尖沙咀嘅酸辣麻辣米線都會有都會榜上有名。不過環境係點係令人不舒服嘅。唔好講地方殘舊始,終都係C級料理,唔可以睇餐廳裝修。不過店內勁多烏蠅,枱櫈都係黐立立。食完都冇清潔過,又或者佢有抹個不過抹布應該係成個禮拜都未洗過…等咗一陣上菜啦第一個印象非常之差, 因為所有嘢食都係求其倒落去。我明白配料都係一個一個分開整定, 執藥咁最後熱一熱就拎出樓面。不過呢個求求其其大集會賣相,仲差過我屋企煮畀自己食 魚皮餃:咬落去凍冰冰,成舊又凍又硬又 ,我即刻 把魚皮餃 擺喺碗麵嘅底下浸一浸,熱少少入口先咁食。少米線: 我唔知道少量米線嘅定義係小四分三份一定係少一半, 不過我可以好肯定講佢畀我嘅少量米線分量係出麵食嘅四分一。 好細碗真係好細碗其實食麻辣米線唔應該計較咁多最重要都係湯底。 湯底係令人極之失望已經確定咗我一定唔會再返嚟食佢。首先個湯係完全冇味 ,味精粉嘅鹹味都冇,更加唔好講話有芫茜芽菜豬肉碎又或者其他配料煮過嘅味道。。。 我完全可以想像到廚房係將一碗冇味嘅有色湯水加辣醬撈埋唔知點解咁多個雜誌嗰度 飛介紹 我個人一定唔會再嚟 continue reading

餐廳服務態度一向都麻麻,員工好似同你有仇咁... 但係一向都食開。佢有兩間分店,我比較鍾意呢間分店湯底味道比較香濃,不過呢個始終係我既印象喇!可惜而家既味道已經唔同豬軟骨豬紅金菇 過橋米線豬軟骨 — 本人原本好鍾意食豬軟骨,但呢個真係太硬,太難咬,食完一碗豬軟骨牙都痛😢 金菇 — 金菇吸左過橋米線湯底嘅汁,重口味嘅人會鍾意豬紅 — 原本冇咩味道,靠湯底外沾既汁,味道不夠其實以前呢間米線好好食你行到門口都見到佢攞獎既相但係今次尼到.....點解見到攞相嘅人由男人變咗女人既❓❓❓餐廳轉左手? 🤔 continue reading
